First of all, the staff is so nice and accommodating. The owner Lucky and the chef Jose Manuel are great as they go out of their way to make you happy. The bagels are all homemade, boiled and then baked - the only way to make a good bagel! It was absolutely delicious. My friend and I both had the same thing which was Taylor ham, egg and cheese.
