    Great spot for lunch
    Gerard S.

Great lunch specials that includes a starter, an entrée, plus rice and noodles for just $14.99. Food is always tasty (albeit it is a chain restaurant). Great cocktails, at the bar seating, and lots of interesting choices. Don't miss the chicken lettuce wraps.

Pulled up to P.F. Chang's and, as always, had to start with the lettuce wraps--never miss! Fresh, flavorful, and a solid way to kick things off. For my main, I tried the Mongolian Beef Trio, which came with shrimp and chicken. While everything was cooked well and had good flavor, I'll probably just stick to the beef next time--three proteins was a bit much. My friend got the honey chicken, and I stole a bite--solid choice if you like a sweeter dish. Ambience was nice, very classic chain restaurant vibes but well-maintained. The service was great--attentive but not overbearing. Overall, a good experience! Would definitely come back but with a more streamlined order.

Kung Pao chicken with white rice

I was eager to try food here after my mom raved about their major tofu dish. We ordered food for takeout. I called last night to order by phone and I was out on hold for almost 10 minutes before someone took my order. The staff member told me it would take 15 minutes for my order to be ready. It wasn't ready at the time they said it would be. Secondly, the food was a bit oily. We ordered mapo tofu with white rice, Kung Pao chicken with white rice, and teriyaki chicken with brown rice and another serving of brown rice. While the teriyaki chicken dish was flavorful, the brown rice was al dente. I don't like to eat my rice al dente, don't need the stomach issues. The chicken in the Kung Pao chicken dish was burnt. We had to scrap of the burnt bits to eat it. And the mapo tofu was decent. I was really disappointed in their dishes and service. They need to do better.

Had a delightful lunch at P.F. Chang's recently with two of my sisters. We all enjoyed our meals which included Sesame Chicken Bowl with Lo Mein, Sweet & Sour Shrimp ( the shrimp was subbed in from chicken), and a Honey Chicken Bowl with fried rice. I also had an egg roll that was just okay. One of my sisters got the Peach Boba Breeze which she enjoyed. We shared a (generous) piece of Chocolate Peanut Butter cake. The service we received from Tara was over the top! Bathrooms are clean. The restaurant is located in the mall, so plenty of parking. Would not hesitate to return.

Haven't been to PF Chang's in years. It was pretty good for a chain in the mall! Our waitress was awesome and answered our questions. When we first walked in they asked if we wanted to participate in their daily specials for apps and drinks, in order to do so you need to sit at the bar or the patio area. The "patio" area is located outside the restaurant in the mall area. It can be very noisy out there. I enjoyed the food more than I thought I would and what I remembered it to be.

    Practically Empty Restaurant

Service is horrible. They are always behind even when restaurant is practically empty.. just horrible service... will not go back!

Food was decent, but our waiter was awesome! Ty was absolutely hysterical. From the minute we came in until we left. Very pleasant guy and was great with checking in on us. Not overly hovering but just the right amount to see how we were doing. Chicken with broccoli was good, lots of garlic and onion in it. Orange chicken nice flavor with a tiny kick.

I paid $17 for 8 pieces of orange chicken, brown rice, and soup. I was disappointed with the amount of food that was presented, since this was my mother's day dinner. The other reviews show more amounts of chicken, so I'm not sure if they ran out or intentionally put that little amount of chicken. Here's a photo reference

But it is also tasty, has online ordering that you can do before the commute, and gets the basics right. The service is also friendly and unforced. The general manager, Mason, noticed that my mother and I had not ordered drinks, so he presented us with water cups once we motioned towards the dine-in tables. They are happy to take orders verbally, but there's also a kiosk for punching in your order. (I always prefer verbal; my job has enough apps in it for a day!) My go-to is the chicken breast teriyaki with veggies and white rice. The char on the chicken breast is so delicious!

Couldn't decide so we ordered a few apps (KFC chicken, edamame and scallion pancake) all of which were delicious. Decided to get bao buns and fried rice. Note: ordered chicken and shrimp but should have specified we wanted one dish with both meats - instead we got 2 bowls - which just means more for lunch tomorrow! Staff stayed calm when the lights flickered a few times and just said "hopefully the chefs are almost done with your meals because we don't have a generator"). I stopped…read moreby for lunch with my top-tier chum, a native of the Kingdom of Sussex who has been here before and has spoken highly of it. I don't know why I was surprised to discover this was in a strip mall, but that's on me. A nice one, at least. The place was relatively busy but we were able to secure a table easily with zero wait time. Pleasant vibes inside. I don't mean this as an insult at all but I was expecting more ethnic decor in line with the restaurant's menu - instead, it's pretty Americanized and feels like a classic suburban NJ establishment. I liked the painted brick on the lefthand side that has Blue Spice's logo/sign on it; spiffy. The bathroom was also a high point, which is...not something I say often. It was very clean and smelled nice, and I liked the dark cruise-ship lighting vibe. We decided to split the scallion pancake app, which was an excellent decision. I work in the city and regularly have this item from a place in Chinatown, and I honestly thought this was better, mostly because it was thicker/denser than what I'm used to. Super tasty and would get that again in a heartbeat. Giant portion as well - we split the pancake, which was roughly the size of a small pizza. My chum had leftovers there, I did not; so it goes with us. I've had a few mediocre chicken katsu experiences of late, so this seemed like a chance for redemption. I ordered the Akiko Curry entree, which was their spin on chicken katsu curry. Honestly wasn't my favorite. Again, a HUGE portion here and was only able to finish about 60% of it despite having a pretty legit appetite coming in. And the presentation value is excellent as well, as far as that goes. This could easily just be a personal palate preference, but I wasn't crazy about the curry itself (which had a weird tang to it) and didn't resemble the standard curry I'm used to with this dish. Also, as you can see from the attached, the curry is basically on the side of the dish, separated from the chicken and rice. Because of that, the chicken is on the dry side, which is my primary beef (pun?) with the item to begin with. So a miss for me, but I could see why other people would like this (and apparently do). The service was excellent, full stop. Our waitress was very nice and personable; she had strong command of the menu and you could see her consistently engaging with other patrons throughout our meal as well. She took several group photos so this is apparently a Kingdom of Sussex hot spot for that, which I wouldn't have guessed. She was so good both of us remarked on it multiple times during the meal, which is a rarity. But a great example of hospitality markedly improving an experience and making what was already an overall positive situation that much better. Huge marks there. Would definitely come back but would explore other parts of the menu once I feasted on the scallion pancake.

That sadly was the best part of the night. We ordered; 8 AYCE and 2 ordered ala carte. My wife's vegetarian and doesn't eat much and my mom doesn't eat raw sushi and ordered the teriyaki shrimp. 1. The service is horrible. We waited 20mins to get our first appetizers. The waitress just dropped off plates and didn't explain what they were. My mom noticed the table next to us ordered what she got and a few minutes later, the waitress asked if she received her entree, which she replied no, and then she went to the table next to us and grabbed their plate and brought it back to the kitchen. We assume they reheated and replated the dish because it was way overcooked. 2. Long wait. Some items didn't arrived after over an hour and we asked about them multiple times. As we were ordering our 2nd round, we just reordered them. We got our waters refilled often but they never checked in to see if we were receiving our food or if we wanted to order more. Like they didn't ask one time. 3. Lost in translation. My parents are immigrants, so I am pretty understanding but the waitress didn't understand much of what I was saying and when I asked for extra ginger while pointing at it she looked very confused. I also asked her what a few items were when she brought them, and she didn't respond. 4. 10% coupon: don't bother trying to use the 10% off coupon from their own website. When we asked for the check, I showed her the coupon and she looked confused like I made it up and I let her know it was from their website under "coupons". She went to the back to ask about it and returned to say it was for online orders only. I mentioned that the coupon doesn't have any fine print except it can't be used with any other offers, and she didn't try to help at all which was frustrating. At the end of the day, it was probably one of the worst meals I've ever had. The food quality was ok except for my mom getting a reheated meal. But the service was terrible. It sucks to have to wait so long for food and things coming out randomly and my son and wife waiting over an hour for their items while others are pretty much done. Save yourself the aggravation and try something else.

We were very excited to discover Malay nearby in Morristown, and we had to check it out. We ordered the Malay Prawn Mee, Chicken Sambal, and the Roti Canai. Roti Canai is one of my favorite Malaysian dishes, but this didn't quite hit the spot. The roti wasn't soft and dip-able. It was kind of flaky and kept falling apart every time I tried to use it to scoop up some curry. The curry was a little watery and not all that flavorful, and I defintiely would've appreciated more than just one or two chunks of potato and chicken. The chicken sambal and soup were additionally a bit disappointing. The chicken sambal was just okay for me, and the flavor didn't really blow me out of the water. It almost felt like something I could make at home. The soup similarly did not have a particularly rich or flavorful broth, and left me a little dissapointed. Another thing that really influences my review is how cold it was inside. It got even colder when people opened and closed the door. It was so cold that our food didn't seem hot. I think the cold air cooled it off instantly and we were left eating room temperature chicken and soup.
