Great Chinese food, especially the general tsos, and the service is great. Only had one problem ever and they were happy to remedy it.

Typical Asian take out. Decently priced for what you get. Service was quick and to the point.

So far I've tried the Chicken Chow Mein [L9] and the Boneless Spareribs [L34] and was thoroughly satisfied with both meals.

There are literally ten waiters and bus boys constantly making their rounds. As soon as you put an empty dish to the side it's going to be cleared. When you enter and leave five different people will greet you. We unfortunately live in a time when restaurants will use the bare minimum of staff, and no shade to them, because times are tough. So it will never fail to blow me away how many people this restaurant employs and how well they take care of you. Enough about service - what does the food taste like? Super yummy, duh! I've never had anything I didn't like. The food portions are nice and big - you will have leftovers (which you take home in a reusable bag!). The highlight for me is their drinks. The bartender knows what they're doing. I highly recommend the lychee mule, my absolute favorite!

The person who took my order was very nice and you could tell she was passionate about the food she brings to her customers. When I first heard of this restaurant, I was hesitant about the quality of the food, due to the fact that it is multiple Asian cuisines under one roof. However, once I took a bite of my food, my concerns were gone. I ordered the Veggie Ramen (Spicy). Trust me, the spice really brings out the flavor. The noodles were perfectly cooked it holds firms on the chopsticks. You have the option to either have your tofu steamed or fried (I chose fried). The black fungus gives a meaty texture to the dish, which works well for any vegetarians missing out. The real star of the dish, in my opinion, is the broth. This is where the flavor really comes from; the savory elements blends with the noodles and the tofu every time you dip your chopsticks. The crunchiness from the corn, scallions, and bamboo shoots balances out the noodles. After this fantastic experience, I have no doubt that I will return to Kazu and relive it all over again!

I got the udon noodle bowl with shrimp and vegetable tempura. My appetizer was shrimp shumai. The shumai was a good warm up . Very light . The room has these large bamboo ceiling lights that are lovely giving it a relaxed atmosphere, it's tucked into a smaller mall with ample parking pipped in a soft jazz. What can be better than this? If you follow my reviews you know I love ambiance ! Fantastic experience, Michelle is gracious shines her smile with a welcoming invite as to make yourself at home. But it is also tasty, has online ordering that you can do before the commute, and gets the basics right. The service is also friendly and unforced. The general manager, Mason, noticed that my mother and I had not ordered drinks, so he presented us with water cups once we motioned towards the dine-in tables. They are happy to take orders verbally, but there's also a kiosk for punching in your order. (I always prefer verbal; my job has enough apps in it for a day!) My go-to is the chicken breast teriyaki with veggies and white rice. The char on the chicken breast is so delicious!

The food was a bit pricey for the portion. Next time I'll try it as dine-in to see if there is any difference. Overall it was ok, will try again.

We stopped in here a little early for dinner, right around 5pm, and the mall and the restaurant were pretty empty. It was hard to get a feel for how the restaurant might feel when full, but the lights were low (not dark) and it seemed like it could get loud when packed. We were seated right away by a very friendly hostess and the bartender/waitress was over pretty quickly. She came over and made a couple excellent recommendations for drinks and we put in an order for pork dumplings. She came back over and we then placed our entree orders. I had the Mongolian Trio and my wife ordered the Orange chicken. The pork dumplings were great. Our drinks were great. The entrees were a mix. My wife loved her orange chicken - it was tender and had lots of flavor. My meal - fried chicken, shrimp, and beef was cooked a bit too long which made it a bit tough and the sauce was pretty salty. Because of previous meals years ago and because my wife's meal was very good, I'm gonna go with this was just a bad day with my meal and leave it at that. Our server was FANTASTIC - super friendly and helpful and we had a very good experience other than my entree. I'll go back and give them another shot.

But my black pepper chicken was a highlight entree. Usually served breaded, this chicken had crunch and crisp seemingly directly on top of the protein, with a good ratio of crisp in each bite. We waited like 3-4 minutes to be seated, which wouldn't be worth mentioning except that there was no line. And the bench-style seats are ridiculous: not supportive and too low relative to the table. I wish we'd tried the chaired tables or one of the booths.
