Very disappointed with this location. I was at the window for about 15 minutes because my card was not going through. The cashier said that there machine probably isnt working. Last week I went into Panda Express and was appalled at the lack of customer service. We waited to be helped for nearly 10 minutes and in that time not one of 4 employees working even looked up to make eye contact. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time as well.... First off, let me start with saying, I absolutely love Panda Express. I eat it at least once a week. But sometimes, coaching opportunities need to be addressed and plus I was no too happy that I had to throw what I had to wait for in the trash. Now, it looks like it's gonna be sandwiches for the fam tonight. After ordering my food and having to wait 10 mins for chicken that I had ordered, I got home just to open the boxes to see that the chicken I had to wait ten mins for was totally burnt. Now waiting ten mins isn't an issue for me, I get it, I've worked in the food industry to know how it works, but how is it that anyone in their right mind, when seeing that the chicken you're about to serve someone is totally burnt. Like, why would you put that trash in a to go box. I guarantee that had I been standing in line in the store, they would not have served the food. You already know that's gonna poss someone off to the point of complaining, so why do that. Just a terrible customer experience that hopefully gets addressed in the future so it doesn't happen again. read more

Food is somewhat decent despite lackluster service and management. They are always missing something and always apologizing. Seems to be a common occurrence across this chain. The employees here with their headsets, the vast majority of which remind me of the Borg from Star Trek, are similarly oblivious to the presence of outsiders / customers. read more

I love Panda Express... This location has single handedly make me not want to eat at Panda ever again. I am not one to criticize an individual and I always give a restaurant a second or third chance if I have a bad experience. After the last 3 bad experiences in a row I will not ever go back to this location and possibly will avoid Panda Express altogether and I will advise of my friends to not attend this location. I do not want to ramble on about previous experiences so I will give you a short run down... I arrive one evening and have to wait over 4 mins for someone to tell me "we will be with you in a minute"...I understand it can get busy..no biggie. I ordered chow-mein, orange chicken, and sweet fire chicken. I got a scoop of each entree... when i looked at the plate i literally had 4 small, dried out pieces of sweet fire chicken (i asked the girl if I could have more and she politely obliged). The chow-mein was good. The sweet fire chicken was not spicy, and dried out...the orange chicken literally tasted like shrimp... I waited a minute and took a bite and confirmed that I was tasting right (i would have been very nervous if someone with me had a shellfish allergy). Another employee from the back comes over to the buffet line behind the counter and begins wiping down the counter with a dirty rag. He wiped down the entire food section, then emptied the trash he had gathered in the dirty, wet rag, and then stirred about 3 different items on the buffet without washing his hands. The girl who had served me my food as well as worked the POS for the drive through then TOOK THE TRASH BAG out of the trash can and moved it to the opposite end of the kitchen...placed the bag down and then walked directly back to the food line and served the next customer...without washing hands... I almost threw up in my mouth and wondered what else had been touched before she served MY plate...the fishy off taste could have easily come from a number of spots... Its a shame I had such bad experiences because I like the food, but I will not be visiting a Panda Express anytime soon. read more

The food is like any other panda, and I normally try not to rate chains since they generally all about the same. I was just compelled to review do to the terrible service.... everyone behind the counter seems like they are on horse tranquilizers, you ask them how they are doing and they stare blankly into your eyes and not answer. Any question I asked I received no responce and was just shuffled through the line in a hurry, there was no lunch rush and I was the only one in line so I know that was not the reason. I went to this panda express on 2/27/17, and had outstanding service. Everyone on the line was extremely friendly with outstanding customer service. Since it was busy with lots of customers inside on this day, I went back today 2/28/17, but I went through the drive thru since it was on my lunch break, and it's a little ways away from my office. They did get my order wrong in the driveway, so I went inside, and the manager on duty, sorry I forget her spelling of her name, think it started with an "O", was so super nice and understanding. She took care of me right away, and was very sweet. She is actually the reason of why I came back to the store. She was helping out and so friendly. She makes this Panda Express better than any other. Thanks to her, I will be a regular customer at this Panda Express. read more

I love Panda Express but this location always has their rice off course!! Either to moochie, hard, uncooked, or no flavor!!! My teeth hurt for days but I was hungry. And never going to that location. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! Got to Panda Express about 20 minutes left till closing time and was told that we couldn't go inside and order but instead we had to go through the drive through. On the sign on the door, there was nothing about drive through hours, only had hours of operation; closing time was 10. Then when going through the drive through I was told that there was basically nothing left but orange chicken and rice. read more

My friends ordered from the catering menu for a baby shower. We were in from LA and were a little hesitant to order from here based on the review, but we had a good experience. The food wasn't quite ready when we got there, but the gal gave us a free drink while we waited.
