I ordered A LOT of food and they didn't miss one item and the female employee at the window was super nice and friendly. Every time I go there, my order is wrong or the staff has an attitude. SMH based on the other reviews, I see why the ratings are low. I ordered something on the app and when I got to the window, they told me the item was sold out. Then they prepared my other items wrong so I told them they need to remake it or refund my money. The worker tried to argue with me about my own order, so I said just give me my money back! This place is sketchy late at night - try to avoid if you can. Very long waits, drive thru menu screen turned OFF, and they name whatever price they want to since the screen is down and you can't see prices. There are several people working inside (with one guy even sitting on the counter just chillin) so staff shortage shouldn't be a reason for them taking an order and fulfilling it before taking the next order and holding up the drive thru line for hours at a time. read more

Sorry I can't give this pathetic place a 0 star. I tried to enter my order on the Taco Bell mobile app before walking into the store, and the only thing I could do was say oops there was a problem. So I walked in the store. One kiosk was out of order when I got in and in the middle of my order, the machine I was using froze when I was ordering a drink. There was a employee at the front desk giving a Uber order out and I asked if someone could take my order and he probably said no try to use the other kiosk. With this kind of pathetic business model, which is strictly on management and probably not the store itself, but Taco Bell management all I can hope for is they go out of business because you're too cheap to pay for employees ! read more

I ordered a Mexican Pizza and Luxe Craving Box. All of the food taste biter and nasty. It taste like old frying oil and burnt. Please change your frying oil at least every 2-3 days. Quite possibly the worst drive thru fast food experience I have ever experienced. Pulled up and the line was around 7 cars deep. Not a big deal as it was noon. Also I figured it would be worth the wait as I was hyping up the new, bright, big, and beautiful drive thru menu. (It's absolutely stunning). We noticed that every car was taking AGES to order. Turns out when we finally get to the menu 30 minutes later, it's because this location is incapable of basic fast food operation. We sat for probably 5 minutes before being asked for our order. We now realized that it is taking so long because the restaurant is not taking the next order until the transaction is complete up at the window! Now I get up to the window and the women gives the total for just the second order. So I ask for clarification about with order the total is for, and you would have thought I asked her a final exam question on a calculus 3 test. Confusion ERUPTS. We seemingly get it sorted out and then she doesn't ask to swipe for my other order. 5 more minutes pass. Now she gives me the total for the first order. Then hands me the food for the first order. Did not put the sauce in the bag so I asked for it. Then hands me the sauce while getting oddly touchy with my hands making me uncomfortable. Still waiting for the second order, she then rudely says "OKAY" as if I should be driving off now. I say that we never received the food for the second order and CONFUSION ERUPTS. 3 or so minutes later we finally get the food for the second order, no sauce in the gif here either, woman gets very touchy and uncomfortable handing me the sauce again. I wish I could give this place no stars. I went there last night and asked for 2 chicken quesadillas and 4 tacos added on with a pepsi. I get to the window and the girl working hands me a bag of just 8 tacos I politely tell her she has the wrong order and she asks me what I ordered I say 2 chicken quesadillas before I can even finish telling her the rest she slams the window in my face and I'm like wow okay maybe they found my order and it was a mix up. BIG FAT NO! I apologize for the mix up and pay for my meal, she hands me 2 quesadillas and not the rest of my order. I ask again for my pepsi and try to get the rest but she just rolls her eyes and tells the worker to give me the pepsi so I can go like huh??? The other lady hands me the pepsi and slams the window in my face again!! I just drive off and I look at my account this morning and these people charged my card three different times! I probably paid for the people behind me orders i'm just appalled with the service. I work in hospitality and I would never treat a guest of a customer with that much rudeness. I love Taco Bell, however this review is based on service. I normally drive through and i get the same order every time. Soft taco, bean burrito, Med drink. When placing my order I'm always get rushed by the person taking the order and this is not peak hours that I'm going. Today was probably the worst yet. I couldn't even get out my small order finished. Every time I order, my order is anywhere from $6 something to almost $10. I don't understand how it can be so inconsistent. And i can't tell you the real price because I have yet to ever get a receipt. I'm not sure if that is a TB thing where they just don't give them anymore or what? The food is a hit or miss on if I get the correct thing. At least 50% of the time it's wrong. Most of the time they don't give napkins (because of rushing I'm sure) and they even missed my straw time before last. read more

Tonight, my coworkers and I decided to order some lunch. My supervisor decided to eat Taco Bell. Well, we were in for a rude awakening. We ordered Mexican pizzas and some other items and my goodness!!! I ate one slice of my Mexican pizza and noticed immediately some weird taste as if it was near or accidentally sprayed with some type of cleaning product or chemical. So I went to retrieve my soda to flush down the taste. Well, my other coworker was like, I thought it was just me, so we went to ask the other coworker, and she was like yea she thought it was just her too. So, we called to Taco Bell and asked to speak with a manager. As I was explaining to her the reason why I was calling she stated to come back tomorrow because if we were to come back tonight it might still taste the same. That was weird to say, but my coworker stated she will go back go back now but also noticed that there was not a receipt given but went anyway because we didn't have money to throw away. She did take the food back and they replaced the Mexican pizzas with what supposed to be steak burritos and there was barely any steak just a bunch of beans, and whatever else and we were like where is the meat? But to my surprise I never knew it came with chopped onions. It's been a minute since I ate Taco Bell so if onions come in it then okay. The service at this facility was not good and I will not be returning. To also know when I asked to the manager her name she turns around and say, and say, " I am the manager". I get that but the manager has a name which she acted as though she did not want to give but she finally gave it to me and her name was LaTisha. I hope she gave her name honestly, because she was the acting manager on 10/17/2024 and this all took place between the hours of 7:30pm-8pm. A few words of advice. If a customer comes into your establishment and spend money with your establishment you should at least treat them with some respect. I did not feel that when I called to report the issue, but my coworker did say, when she went back to return the food, they were nice. We should have received our money back for the inconvenience. Sadly, this place has gotten worse in the last few times I've come by. Service has gone downhill, and you can tell that management doesn't really care at all. On my most recent visit, it was pouring rain and I opted to go through the drive thru rather than to get soaked walking to and from the door. The guy refused to take my order at the window and had me order through the voice box, which has no cover. He couldn't hear me over the rain, so I had to repeat myself constantly. When I complained about their so-called policy when I got to the window, the jerk had the gall to tell me that I should have come inside if I didn't want to get wet. He obviously doesn't understand how rain works. After I notified him that I would be complaining to corporate, they conveniently "forgot" to give me my receipt until I asked for it, and even then handed it over only reluctantly. Taco Bell has it's place. While they aren't the very best tacos around, they still have their unique flavor and hot sauces. I always enjoy the crunch tacos when I can eat them right away as they don't last well. If I need something for later I enjoy the steak tacos. I try and always stick with originals and that's it.
