They're starting to fuck up! Love repeating myself twice & I still get the wrong thing

CFA is honestly my favorite restaurant, and I rarely ever have issues here. I placed my order through the app and asked if my fries could be made fresh. When I received them, some were fresh but most were not, so I went inside and kindly asked if they could be remade. The staff was very nice about it, even though they were clearly busy, which I appreciated. When I got my fries back, they were hot (which was great), but they were extremely salty... so much so that I couldn't eat them. I didn't want to bother the staff a second time, so I just gave them away. Other than that, the customer service was excellent, and both the drive-thru and inside service were quick and efficient. I'd just suggest a little more consistency with the fries, both in freshness and seasoning, because that small detail makes a big difference for customers, like me, who truly love CFA. read more

This Chick-fil-A is busy 24/6 (minus Sundays). My bf and I decided to dine in instead of going through the long drive thru to grab a bite to eat before watching the Red River Shootout UT game at Little Woodrow's Midtown. We appreciated the police officer who was directing traffic at the drive thru, parking lot, and pedestrians walking inside the restaurant. This location was nice and clean. There wasn't a line inside because everyone seemed to be at the drive thru. Each table had a fresh flower and greenery which was a nice touch. The motion activated trash bins are great! I love the touchless system cause I hate the dirty doors that you usually have to push open. My bf had been wanting to try the new honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich with spicy filet. I took a bite, and it was delicious. The sweetness from the honey, buttered bun, pimento, spicy filet and pickled jalapeño was a perfect blend of sweet, salty, savory, and spicy. The meal is $11.79 which is on the pricier end. I ordered the 5 ct nuggets kid's meal and used my points for a free side salad with avocado lime ranch dressing. I like to turn my salad into a chicken salad. Love the crispy bell peppers. Overall, this location on Shearn St. is solid. Before I became a psychiatric nurse, I was a classically trained chef. Although I still cook and cook well, I do love to eat at different places and go out to nice restaurants. I often work overtime a lot to fund my traveling and lifestyle so Before I head off to work I grab some fries and a cup of their delicious ice. I do love their frosted lemonade, the delicious mac and cheese, the plain chicken sandwich- keep pickles, their delicious chicken tenders- fresh and not greasy, and definitely the delicious chicken noodle soup with oyster crackers. That soup is so nice and tasty! Hot and packed with the grilled chicken, carrots, celery, onion, and noodles. That soup is good! I like their frosted lemonade but I especially love it when they add new flavors! They are all so good. They previously had the frosted pineapple dragonfruit which was very nice. Seems like they are offering a new pub chicken sandwich or something of the like. It looks like a huge sandwich and kind of off putting to me. The bun is a big pretzel bun with your choice of grilled or fried chicken, cheese and a sauce, lettuce and tomatoes. (The way I described it probably would make someone want to try it, lol) Im going to pass on the new sandwich. I actually don't like their new sandwiches. Like the one with the global of pimento cheese. No thanks! Now, they have a new flavor drink. It is cherry berry with Sprite, half tea, lemonade, or frosted. I love Chick-Fil-A so much because I can always depend on them to treat employees well, to provide great service, and to correct their mistakes. At least I thought I could. On my lunch break, I placed a mobile order and picked up the food in the drive-thru. (I made sure to get strips for my Great Dane Luna who loves the chicken!) Sadly, when I got to my home office, I learned that I had not received the strips. I called as soon as I took a break from my calls. I was told that I had to return to the store within 30 days to get the strips or I had to go to the store for a refund. I explained the fact that I travel often and probably won't return to that specific location soon. I asked for an email address or a telephone number to inquire about having the points on my app credited. The person answering the phone asked me to call back. When I offered to hold, the call was disconnected. I had previously provided my name and the order number. My telephone number appears in the order. She could have reached out if she had made a mistake. Crickets over here... I go to this Chick-fil-A a 2-4 times a month as it's close to my office and I really enjoy CFA. At first I had no complaints, the service was good, although this location was super busy everyday, your wait times are never long, and it was still very organized nonetheless. Recently, after trying different locations, I've come to realize the quality of this one just isn't as good. The nuggets and sandwich always taste a little dry like they've been made and sat out for a while before it gets to you. I understand that due to the amount of customers this location gets that their quality of food takes a hit, but I'm hoping management can somehow change that. read more

Great location close to other stores like Target. Has a parking lot and 3 drive thru lanes. I enjoy their food anytime of the day. They are closed on Sundays and wish they are open but I respect their choice to stay closed. Service is always sweet, nice and quick. This location has consistently had the FRESHEST chicken strips I've ever had, and I've been 5+ times the last 2 weeks. I quite like this location - fresh food, clean facilities, convenient, fast, friendly, easy parking. Employees go around the dine in customers asking if they'd like drink refills. No playground here. Free food in Houston, Texas! I had a notification on my phone for free food! The Breakfast Before Books Program encourages everyone to start their day off right with breakfast! The only thing is that the offer is redeemable only before 10:30am. Also, Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays. Another obstacle was finding a nearby location. I drove to three Chick-fil-A restaurants in the downtown area and all three were nonexistent. Hmmm... I was determined to get a free breakfast, so, thank goodness that this location on Shearn Street was open. After parking easily, I walked up to the counter (because the drive-thru had a long line). I showed my QR code to the cashier and got my free Chicken Biscuit - no problem! Wow! This makes me want to return tomorrow! The REAL chicken was moist, tender, and seasoned well. Explained to the MOD that a piece of my order was missing, MOD stated the full order would be replaced completely free of charge. Arrived to CFA today, stated I had a replacement order and they didn't have my name on file, so the MOD on duty today 10/24 Vanessa 5:54:30 pm. Stated that she couldn't replace the entire meal because "it was too much food for her to replace" as I was promised by another colleague of hers you would expect what you were told. At the end of the day she replaced the one thing that was indeed missing from the oder but your management team shouldn't be promising customers free order replacements. I am here, and they charged me for my food and then claimed to have canceled my order AFTER I ordered a macaroni and cheese side instead of just substituting it for a fruit cup. My bank doesn't work as fast as the transaction. So, I am left with no food, and they looked confused when I said that was all the money I had. I live down the street from this location and I have a three year old. You'd think that would be a good combination but instead I am Charlie Brown and this location is Lucy. Tempting me to come back only to leave me absolutely enraged for like the 50th time. First the chance of getting your order correct is batting about .485. And if you don't cover every conceivable detail of the order like your prepping the space shuttle for launch can 100% percent count in the order being wrong. In our two years of misery we've experienced: - ordering a large amount of nuggets at the drive through. Paying. Going through the line. Sitting in the parking lot for 15 mins until someone came out to tell us that they can't sell us that many nuggets a through the drive. My favorite and most frequent is when I order a "meal" of nuggets for my son and then also order Mac and cheese only to get my bag and discover that they have substituted Mac &cheese for the fries. If I specifically order the meal and then I say I'd like to also order X it means both. That should be standard English. I shouldn't have to double and triple check every item in the bag. I wasn't expecting to see such low reviews for a Chick-fil-A, but it makes sense. The location does not hold up to the usual standards in customer service that you receive from other locations. It's a very busy one & they do move with urgency however, they have flaws in how guest should be treated when visiting. Especially if I've spent 10mins in line to support the business. For starters, the traffic cop (a woman) is rude as hell. I'm not sure if it's the heat outside or what but she is unnecessarily aggressive. She stands in the middle of the drive thru yellinging at people & that's not how I'd like to be greeted when first arriving anywhere. Secondly, I ordered my chicken sandwich (no pickles) then received a free one because it was my first mobile order (with pickles). I personally can not eat pickles. So I asked the manager if I could swap it for a sandwich without pickles. Since it's the same price. The manager wasn't tryna hear it, which is odd cause it's just pickles & I'm at Chick-fil-A. So on top of this chik fil a redesign that's awful (less parking because they added a drive thru lane that isn't even used when busy at night despite it blocking the pass through for anyone not doing drive thru) I've now had missing items 3 times and stale nuggets twice in a row. This might be the worst chik fil a location in terms of quality and service that I have ever been to and pretty sad to see in such an ideally busy spot for the franchisee who I am sure makes a ton of money off customers. Let's start by saying who doesn't like this place? I'm not a huge fan of it, but I do eat it once a month, or less. You have to when you run out if options, I am in a virtual annual sales meeting at Home , watching and interacting from the comfort of home, the last thing I want to do is drive, so I order in for two , up sized it for more fries and drink , asked for specific sauce because every have different preferences, but to make it shorter , I get the food in a good time, but as I open my sealed bag I see the fries are half empty, and there was no sauce of any kind, and I don't keep anything like that at my place , just ketchup, my next option was to drive to a close location, but I couldn't because of my limited time, also that would defeat the purpose of paying a delivery fee. So in the end it was a bad lunch , it was like eating milk and cookies , without the milk if you get what I'm saying. Someone should look at their location and get it together, delivery and pick up to go is the new way, please get the orders properly packed. Disappointing!!!
