I ordered the steak fajita burrito and got it wet. When they say the burritos are massive, they aren't exaggerating -- I've picked up toddlers that weighed less. The portion size alone is impressive. The steak was well seasoned and cooked perfectly, and everything inside the burrito was packed generously. The red enchilada sauce used for the wet burrito was decent, nothing over the top, but it did the job. The amount of cheese melted on top was generous and would give some of the cheesiest pizzas a run for their money. Chips were exactly what you'd expect, and the salsa was solid and flavorful. Overall, a good spot with huge portions and well-cooked food. I'd definitely come back again when I'm in town.

It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by placing an order. The cashier who took our payment was also very disrespectful, which only made the experience worse. The only positive part of our visit was the person who handed us our food--they were pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, when we got home, both of our burgers were made incorrectly. We specifically ordered both with **no onions at all**, yet both burgers had onions on them. It's frustrating to pay for food and then discover your order wasn't made as requested. Overall, the poor customer service combined with an incorrect order made for a very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses both the customer service issues and the attention to order accuracy, because this visit did not meet even basic expectations.

Today 01/31/2025 at about 5:15 pm I placed an order through the McDonald's app. I then went through…read morethe drive thru to pick it up. Just before I got to the pick up window, there was only one car in front of me and that car took at least 10 minutes. While it was obvious that something was messed up with the order, the people in the drive thru kept discussing something with him and asked to see his phone showing the order he intended to pick up. This created a very long delay. Why didn't they have him pull into one of the available parking spots for pickup?? It was very clear that they should have directed him to pull off to the side or pull forward. Nevertheless, they kept trying to work with him for a very long time. Once I finally got to the window I was happy that they handed me my order right away. Down the road a bit, I realized that the contents of my order was incorrect. I turned around to go back to the restaurant. I went in and walked up to the "counter" hoping that maybe someone would help me out right away. Instead, the workers were focused on the drive thru and ignored the internal customers. Once I finally got their attention, a person that seemed to be the manager brought me what I thought was the correct meal. Once I returned home, it was clear that the meal was made incorrectly (with certain exclusions made clear through the app) and was missing an item. This was a very frustrating experience, especially since McDonalds was supposed to be a quick meal and a bit of a treat for my son!! This location continues to be, in my opinion, the worst McDonalds in Holland. My biggest issue is that this happens to be the closest location to my home. Will the owners and/or management address this please!! I believe that some training is in order for the people working there. Thank you!! Douglas Woodard

This worked well, and the overall vibe of the restaurant from the ordering to the seating choices is quick service. Service: The restaurant was relatively slow due to being so newly opened, but the service was great. The staff worked hard to answer our questions to the best of their ability. Food: The menu had a few mixups with the things that were labeled gluten-free, and the staff seemed unclear what the answers were until another person (owner) could be available. This is critical for my friend not to be sick. In the end, my dining partner kind of did her best guessing and was happily correct. However, we will probably not be back together until they get that sorted out. It's not worth getting her sick. Pros: - Efficient - great choices - delicious beverages - The food was so good I dug in before I even snapped the picture Cons: - despite being labeled gluten-free on the menu, there were clearly some mixups - beverages were quite pricey
