I used to like to get a 2-scoop ice cream cone. Fool me once, shame on you, but twice? Each time, usually around 7:30 pm, there's cars stacked up waiting for their orders around the curve, as well as, filling up several parking spots along west side of the building facing US-31. I love the food and the ice cream, but the wait is ridiculous. The next time I try, I'll take photos and send it to Culver's home office. It's about training. read more

I stopped going to the Culver's on West Shore Drive more than a year ago. It's a disaster, terribly mismanaged. Recently, I decided to give the new location on 16th Street a try. I found it to be excellent. I have been back several times and it is always top notch. The 16th Street restaurant is representative of other Culver's in general. The West Shore drive restaurant is an anomaly. read more

For a burger and fries place, this place is on the slower side so be patient. Having said that, my kids love the hamburgers and on top of that, we heard about them hiring and giving opportunities to a marginalized group of people who wouldn't have opportunities elsewhere. For this, we give them grace and will support a business that recognizes and supports individuals with disabilities. read more

One mistake too many. Consistently incorrectly made my order. Usually I was just too hungry to bring it back to them, but I finally had enough. The manager DID NOT CARE. I called customer service in Wisconsin, and left a message, asking that I be contacted, but never received a call back. Culvers has become too big to care read more

First time ever at a Culvers. Locally, there has been a lot of hub bub around a new location on 16th, but unfortunately, I chose the location on West Shore. Not good. This location needs to hire a manager to oversee operations in the worst way. The burger came out charred so much it reminded me of my drunk Uncle Frank burning burgers on the Fourth of July. Not good. The tables, trash cans, condiment bar, floor all needed more than a quick touchup. Seems to be overstaffed yet it appears nothing is getting done. Not good. Gonna give the new place a try to see if being new means having a better experience. read more

Waited 30 minutes for a cold burger and onion rings. The staff appeared confused and poorly trained. Witnessed a couple send their food back due to the same experience. read more

We were waiting for our food for 1 hour and the cars in the drive through who were waiting for minutes got their food before the people who were sitting inside the inside of the restaurant was not even busy don't come here unless you have an hour to sit and wait for your food! read more

We are taking a short trip to see friends in Michigan. It appears as if no one cares there is a pandemic. Rather than enter Culver's after we saw not even the staff wore masks, we ordered at the drive through. Our order was very clear - two burgers one for someone with a milk allergy (no butter on the bun, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, onion, and pickles. The other was a normal Butter Burger. If you have ordered this way at a Culver's before, they make their burgers to order. After placing the order, you drive forward and wait. I need to say even when some comes to your car, their employees don't wear a mask. They got the allergy part right and that was great. But there were no condiments. The person who took our order at the window even repeated it back to me. So, while the burger was good, it was disappointing to see no one cared about how COVID is on the rise again. And, while I was pleased the got the milk allergy right, they still messed up the order. Does Culver's care about the health and welfare of their customers? read more

We love their burgers and fries so we go often, but now lately 7 out of the last 10 times we have gone, my burger is NEVER correct. I always get a single burger with Swiss cheese, bacon, ketchup and mayo. That's it. I end up with either no cheese, a double burger, American cheese, no bacon, or no mayo. I have to go back to the counter and get it corrected. When I show them the receipt with what I ordered on it, they just look at me like I'm crazy. I never wanna be "that person" but it's frustrating when it's hardly ever correct. But Culver's hands down has the BEST honey mustard ever. My favorite by far! read more

The restaurant had been given 2 SEPARATE orders to make for the same vehicle in the drive through. However, upon coming to the window, we were charged for both orders on one card. This alone took 5 minutes of conversing with the two employees that were working the window; both of which were still in training. After this, we had to wait another 15 minutes for our food. Finally, once the food arrives, a group of underage employees brings us our food with the comment: "You n***** look fried as f***". None of us were under the influence, nor was that comment needed. We got here at 11:20 and it's 11:45 with still no food. We ordered after waiting in line for 5 mins and the rest of the time has been waiting for our food. They can't use the "so busy" excuse because they were not until 15 mind ago. When my swiss & mushroom came it didn't have mayo like I requested. I had grease all over my hand because it was dripping in grease. We hadn't been in a whole & we won't be there for a meal for a long while again. Not impressed. read more

Jaeden the shift leader was amazing. He was able to recommend the Wisconsin burger because I mentioned that I like patty melts. He did not steer me wrong! He also gave me two sample spoons of flavor of the day and vanilla so I can see which custard I like more. The place was immaculately clean and everyone looked like they were operating efficiently. Order was wrong through drive through. I corrected them and the second order was still incorrect. When handing me my concrete mixer, the employee dropped the entire cup and the ice cream spilled all over my car. I wasn't going to make a big deal about it but there was no offer for a coupon or to comp my meal. I went through the drive-thru last night hungry and feeling drained from my day so didn't even know what I wanted. I was lucky to cross paths with Courtney P. because, although she didn't say it, her attitude was like "Oh, I got you girl!" as she made a couple of recommendations. I went with a cod basket and I tried the flavor of the day (caramel peanut butter cup?). I enjoyed the food but I especially appreciated getting such a friendly person. She was helpful, fun, and brightened my evening! Most of the staff are friendly when I visit but this woman stands out so I thought I'd give her a shout out and overall kudos to the restaurant as well. Thanks! :) read more

I love Culver's Food, but this Holland location has messed up my order multiple times over the past couple of months. From forgetting to put fries in my bag, giving me less butterfly shrimp than I ordered, to Sprite that was just seltzer water, I rarely get what I paid for? Been to this location many times. They still haven't got my order right! Today was the craziest. My coworker went to pick up lunch for our office. She asked the worker behind the counter if all 4 orders were in the bag, and she said yes. Looked at the order, one big plastic bag with fish plate and one large paper bag and 1 small paper bag in it. Thinking there were 3 burgers in the big bag and 3 fries in the small bag she came back to the office. When she got back to the office in the small bag was the tarter sauce and stuff for the fish plate, in the big bag was 1 burger and fries. To make a long story short she went back to the store to make it right. The manager gave her the cold food that had been sitting on the counter for 40 mins. When she asked for her money back the manager called the cops on her. Needs less to say, I'll never go to this location again. read more

I have never been to Culver's before so did not know what to expect. We arrived and the wait was not long to order. Since I had never been there before they offered me a child size single scoop of custard on the house. We found a table and the room was very clean. Our food arrived and it was delicious. We then ordered our custard and it too was delicious. The service was great and the room again was clean and people were constantly going through to make sure it was. A definite plus in pandemic mode. I will absolutely return. read more

First, I had ordered Two chicken sandwiches with NO BUTTER on the bun because I have a terrible dairy allergy. I get my order and realized they had mistook it as no buns at all. I go back in to get the buns and ask again for NO BUTTER on the bun, and even said that they didn't have to toast it to make it simpler. I was on a time sensitive trip so I couldn't go back a second time to correct it again. Terrible service and listening skills. Very dissatisfied. read more

Myself, son and wife ate at this Culver's. I ordered the Wisconsin Burger - which had a lot of cheese. I didn't order the add-ons like lettuce, tomato, etc. The burger was very tasty. The quality of the meat in the burger was very good and this was one of the rare burgers that was grilled to perfection and for which you could taste the excellent meat taste. The cheese added a lot of grease but I think the cheese was also high quality and overall didn't detract at all from the overall burger. Bun was fresh and excellent. I would definitely go back to this Culver's and order this again. Wife and son also had burgers with a side order of cheese curds and enjoyed them also. read more
