I was the only person in line, yet when the person making my plate gave him my food, he decided to go fix a plate and chit chat with the girl that just fixed my plate. He didn't greet, smile or say "thank you". He also didn't put any utensils, napkins, or fortune cookie in the bag. He needs to work on his customer service skills, or find a different job. read more

Just wanted to share my awesome experience at Panda Express! It's usually super busy, but lately, it's been even better thanks to their new staff. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Sol,she's incredibly friendly, has such a great personality, and is always so kind! They're really on top of things. Everything's usually ready at the counter, and if something's not looking fresh, they'll make it fresh right then and there no worries! The place is always clean, too, even when there's a line out the door. You get to choose your serving size bowl, plate, or large plate and your base, white rice, fried rice, super greens, or chow mein. You can even mix and match! As for the protein, there are tons of options. The orange chicken is a classic for a reason it's delicious! The teriyaki chicken is another great choice, and they give you extra sauce on the side. The honey walnut shrimp is tasty but is a small upcharge. The black pepper sirloin is yummy but tends to be a bit more veggies than meat,that's been my experience at all Panda Express locations.If you have a sweet tooth, the sweet fire chicken,think sweet and sour, is the way to go. The Beijing beef is also good a little spicy, but not too much. Don't forget your fortune cookie! They've got all the usual sauces too, soy sauce, chili sauce, hot mustard, teriyaki, and sweet and sour. Their spring rolls are decent, but I'd skip the egg rolls. I love Panda Express but I just can't deal with this location, I had being help by Yuridia and she has a very rude attitude, I asked her for fresh item cause the one under the heat lamp looked over cooked, she said it will be like 4 mins, and I said okay, I'll wait but then I just turned arround and she said your food was ready! Went to the counter to tell the worker and asked who the manager was. He just Looked at me. They did send a worker out to clean tables but a customer shouldn't have to tell employees to clean. I came here after a baseball tournament and can honestly say that it was my first experience at a Panda Express. The place is clean and the folks are very friendly inside. Now, I'm known for partaking in spicy foods and they catered to that! I ordered the Peppercorn Shrimp and asked for a little more kick to it. They added some pepper sauce that did just the trick! This place is a joke. I would rather drive twice as far to go to the one in Dundee. I keep coming back every so often and always the same issues...slow service, workers going at the speed of a ice freezing..and tonight issues with picking up an online order. I stood in line for 20 min because there is nothing telling you what you need to do to pick up an order, and every worker looks at the floor so there's no chance you might catch their eye to ask a question. And the manager...again same issues with him. It's really sad that the corporate group would allow their reputation to be crushed by this place. read more

Worst location ever. Submitted an order and took them 1/2 hr to notify the customer that they have not received an order. Made sure I respected the employees by following social distancing and wearing ppe. I had to ask them multiple times after patiently waiting only to get an unaccountable answer. If I could give them no stars I would!! Went into eat and looked on the door to see if there were any signs about these mandates, I didn't see anything! Ordered our food went to sit down and they asked for our vex card when we said we didn't have it they said we had to leave, soo we asked for our money back and they said no we can't do that but you can't eat in hear either!! This Panda Express location is by far the worst I have ever been to. I placed my order online and requested it would be ready 35 minutes later. I arrived at the restaurant 40 minutes later and I still had to wait another 15 minutes. My order was not ready, they did not read the notes I put with my order and did not give me the chili sauce I requested with my order. I ordered beef and broccoli. The broccoli was not even half way cooked. I do not even want to give this location one star. One of the workers that gave me my food was very rude. As soon as I received my order he was yelling at me the whole time I was walking out he kept repeating, not to snatch it out of his hand. Unbelievably, very unprofessional. I take back all the jabs I made at Panda Express. I gave in to checking out Panda Express after an exhausting day. What grabbed me about it is actually the freshness of the food. I saw covered crates of freshly cut vegetables at the back of the open kitchen. Wow, not frozen. Fresh. And cut daily. The portions are generous, and truly quite delicious. The shrimp in Honey Walnut Shrimp is HUGE and wonderfully battered. To me, to be a decent Chinese eatery, the noodles have to be done right -- not soggy. Panda Express delivered on flavor and consistency. I'll take the noodles over rice any day. Lotfi is the manager at this location, and he's a wonderful man. The husband and I had a nice, short chat with him. We will certainly return, and it's definitely not for lack of ideas anymore. read more

Checked menu options PRIOR to my arrival. Upon arrival, I ordered the tofu eggplant bowl. I was told they do not have tofu. I asked why their menu states that they do. Employee advised me that their menu does NOT say that. After pulling up their menu and showing the employee that their establishment does, in fact, advertise a tofu bowl, she advised that that must only be for certain locations. The food is nothing out of the ordinary, but there is always something good about the food at Panda Express. I don't know what it is, maybe it is the MSG, but I am always drawn to this place whenever I'm at some food court at some mall. I placed an online order for 2 meals, one included teriyaki chicken. Unfortunately they didn't have any teriyaki chicken so I asked for a refund as I didn't have time to wait 15 min for a fresh batch. There was lots of confusion about how to refund for an online order. Eventually they decided to just give me cash - which was fine, I left with just the 1 meal then. Later the manager called (phone number is on the online order) to say they felt really bad and in fact had issued a full refund to my credit card. I was quite impressed they took the time to do that. The people working there are friendly and very attentive and professional. Overall cleanliness was very good and the food is always great! I took my sister-in-law from out of the country she was visiting us and she enjoyed the food. She said in her country of El Salvador there are no panda express. I try to eat healthy so I tried most of the chicken dishes and they're very flavorful my favorite is teriyaki chicken with sauce on the side and I get the brown rice. I eat there at least once a week and I always enjoyed my visit. read more
