I'm used to a more ground beef type of corned beef hash but this one had chunks of meat which were tender and flavorful. For just $2 extra, you can get a signature pancake upgrade so I ordered the signature honeyberry which had mascarpone cream with berries. It's a really fresh, not overly sweet pancake that isn't too heavy. Service was prompt and efficient. Our waitress got our drink orders and entree orders in pretty quickly and we got our food shortly afterwards. They have a vast menu here from avocado toast, to breakfast burritos, to waffles. I'm sure you'll find something to your liking for breakfast foods on their menu. A lot of their booths are made to seat 6 people comfortably and they have tables for smaller parties. Came here again as it is our go to brunch spot. As a vegetarian there are SO MANY options which I very much appreciate. We got the Southwest skillet and subbed the chorizo for impossible patty. I went with some friends on last Saturday, the server Lucero G or Lucy how she introduced herself was taking care of us, she was kind of friendly at the beginning, but after she took our order, she just disappeared. There were other servers helping us out with napkins and refills. The worst part of her services was when she brought our bill, and there was a mistake; she didn't like it at all, and some way she gave us an arrogant attitude, and she made us wait for so long with no explanation about what was happening with our bill. The first thing that I noticed coming in was that this place is big! It's hard to tell that from outside. It's also super modern inside and is reminiscent of the swanky brunch joints in the city. It's definitely unusual for the suburbs. The seating was comfortable in the booth and the lighting was well controlled for the sun shining brightly outside. I ate the corned beef hash skillet and I would highly recommend. The portion was huge and it was worth every penny. They gave me a carafe for my coffee so I was well stocked for the meal.
