Big chunks of nicely cooked, tender, thigh. A few al dente large pieces of broccoli. Next order, I'd also include a vegy dish to better balance the chicken and veg. Also tried the Szechuan triple delight. The dish is described as spicy, and I requested extra spicy, but it still had just a light touch of heat. It was a nice mix of protein and veg. A bit too heavy on the onion. There were just a couple shrimp but they were big tasty and tender. I have been a loyal Panda Express customer for many years, but unfortunately my recent visit was very disappointing. The food quality has gone down drastically compared to what it used to be. I noticed there may have been a change in ownership or management, although I don't know if that is related to the decline. What I do know is that the food I had today was nothing like the food I remember enjoying in the past. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and Fried Rice. The chicken did not taste the same, and the fried rice was also noticeably different. The flavor, quality, and overall freshness were far below the standard I had come to expect from Panda Express. What stood out to me even more was how empty the restaurant was. I visited around 5:00 PM during the dinner rush and only saw one other customer inside. I remember this location being packed at dinner time in the past, so the difference was very noticeable. It's disappointing to see such a significant drop in quality from a restaurant I used to enjoy. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning. Save your money! This place has the absolutely WORST customer service around. Their managers are worse than the workers! In addition they get orders wrong all of the time and instead of making food that they are running out of they stand around on their cell phones! Then when you want to order they act surprised that they are out of items and tell you it's a 20 minute wait. This place is the worst! Our family and friends will never eat at this nasty location again! They need to clean up their store and do housecleaning with their managers who arent paid to stand around playing on their phone instead of offering real customer service! In also sick of being hounded unnecessarily for extra money for their charities when I go in. read more

While I'm not super proud to sling 4 stars to a fast food restaurant, whenever I eat here I'm not angry or in pain like I usually am after eating other fast food, so I'd say it's justified. As far as 'American Chinese food' goes they always kill it with their orange chicken, general tso's, and cashew chicken. I'd rather go here than most Chinese restaurants in town. But if I'm missing any authentic, good Chinese joints in town, please do let me know. I'm kind of just 'treading water' here until someone lets me know about awesome Chinese. read more
