First off Panda is one of my favorite quick places to go. I get the walnut shrimp and kung pao chicken pretty much religiously. This location has offered over the top service on multiple occasions. In the rare occasion they are out of an item they bring the item to your table personally and even gave me extra rice once with my fresh potstickers. I really enjoy this Panda Express---they are always busy so I think the turnover and food is typically hot and fresh. I like that they give you a little sample while your in line and it really got me addicted to getting the honey walnut shrimp...yummm.. I always get the small bowl with noodles and the shrimp and a cream cheese puff/wonton and it is like 5.00 and some change and they cram that bowl full. Panda Express gets so much traffic that they're constantly making fresh batches of different things. That's a huge plus, because nothing is sitting there for too long getting stale and bad. It doesn't have the variety of a more traditional Chinese food place, nor does it have much of the authenticity - but it does taste good, all the same. For Franklin, it's a good place to appease your Kung Pow craving without having to take a long lunch and go to PF Changs, or Pei Wei. read more

Ok Keep in mind this is fast food, so don't hold it to the standards of an authentic Chinese bistro. Good for a little variety in a quick, cheap meal, but chicken can be a little questionable. However, they offer an extensive menu with flavorful options, you just must know what is good and what isn't. Overall I would say the cream cheese rangoons and the shrimp are the most consistent dishes, be careful with the steak. read more

To say the least, a Chinese restaurant is a very welcome addition to the plethora of restaurants in Cool Springs. Driving to Brentwood for Pei Wei has gotten old. That said, it has also spoiled me in regards to being able to get reasonably priced Asian take-out. Panda express was good, but nothing spectacular. I ordered 2 entrees, a side of fried rice and two spring rolls. The entrees and fried rice were ok, definitely not bad. I suppose it's the little things with take-out that makes a big difference. For their take out, they provided the standard fare of cheap Styrofoam plate. They did not include any silverware or any sauce for the spring rolls, but to give the benefit of the doubt, they may have expected me to grab the extras myself. I'll have to figure out how that all works the next time I go. The Spring Rolls definitely needed some hot mustard or Sweet and Sour to help the taste. The rolls were not all that impressive. But then again, I'm comparing it to Pei Wei, so I may be spoiled in what I compare their food too. They are obviously different types of service and different kinds of restaurants, right? The price was affordable, and they had a great selection to choose from. They also offered free samples...Kind of like they do in the mall. It's good and will definitely be a place I'll visit again. It's like the little cheap local Chinese restaurants, just done on a national scale. I'm glad they are part of Cool Springs, but still wish Pei Wei would have taken that spot! read more

Panda express is OK if you have never had very good Chinese food. It's more like factory Chinese. Also, at the Franklin shop they will give you a good portion of rice or noodles but when it comes to the main course you ordered, it is a rather stingy portion. It is not a good value unless you really like rice & noodles. Most small Chinese takeout places will give you a better portion and a tastier meal. read more

I had ordered through Uber eats as I have never tried it. I like Uber eats. But, I was very disappointed in the food at this location. I had order potstickers and they gave me something else deep fried with cream cheese. I couldn't eat it so I just wasted my money there. The Kung Pao chicken was awful. Not good at all. Never using this Panda Express again and nothing against Uber eats but I may not use that kind of service again because when I had called panda they didn't have a driver to bring me the item I had ordered. So I wasted money on the service fee from Uber eats and I wasted money on a item I didn't get. read more

Priced in the middle of the pack, the area really needs to provide another source of Chinese food to get some competition. I come here frequently because their really isn't any other choices, but at least I know the food is always good, mostly hot, and mostly fresh. Peak times make it hard to get my favorite foods like teriyaki chicken and beef broccoli, but during the off hours theirs no issue. The one area that disappoints me is the price. I used to frequent a panda express back in California years ago and I am always saddened when it literally costs twice what it used to in only 6 years. I haven't had any bad dishes here, but if any other Chinese restaurant opens anwhere near this one, I can very well see a decline in customers as long as the price or quantites stay the sae. read more

We loved Panda Express when we lived in California. This location started off a little shaky, but management has stepped up. It has replaced our local Chinese restaurant that is closer. My only remaining complaint and reason for 4 stars is the inconsistency on spicy flavor in Orange Chicken. It's either too spicy or too sweet. Never know which you'll get. read more

I was in Panda Express last night getting multiple plates to go. There were several guys working the grill and one young woman who was at the counter serving food. The young woman never greeted us when we arrived, never cracked a smile and seemed to only speak the words "what else." She appeared to have disdain for us and/or hatred for her job. Either way, I won't be back. Almost all of us have worked in direct customer service at one time or another during our lives and know there is no excuse to act like a salty teenager just because you would rather be somewhere else. With so many options in Cool Springs, there is no reason to return to this place. The food is what you would expect from fast food (maybe a little worse), certainly not good enough to overcome terrible customer service. Out of the thousands of locations my friends and I could have chosen to have a decent/sub par meal, we chose this abomination of a restaurant. For dining In they have 3 main options. A bowl, a plate, and a "bigger plate. " Intrigued by the MSG ridden food, I chose the bigger plate. The three entrees that I chose were diabetes, cholestorol, and autism. I also added a chicken egg roll for an additional side, or as I coined it, "dog penis." Being the fine establishment they are, they also included a fortune cookie made of styrofoam. I used to always like going to panda express it was an easy way to get something healthy to eat and had items that I enjoyed I don't know what's going on with their company but Not only when I go in there anymore they're out of several items because the cook can't keep up or doesn't prepare it until after it's out completely out maybe they should take note that once it's 1/3 to 2/3 empty put it on the stove and cook some more how hard would that be maybe you wouldn't run out i'm not happy either with their new choice in the vegetable mixture I don't know what the hell is in that broccoli but it taste like crap go back to the old vegetables they were much better and more consistent with what I think people will eat I also had the shrimp Walnut I don't know what I paid a dollar 25 extra for that wasn't worth the money Think you need to go back to your old practices not sure about all these new practices that you're coming out with one other thing you might want to go to Justin unsweet tea and sweet tea like most restaurants have your passionate tea is way too sweet for those that like unsweet tea read more
