This Panda Express has no manners at all We asked to get to go boxes and got yelled at by two employee's tonight for getting them and we got paper plates instead which isn't the same size as the to go boxes! Then my girlfriend asked for some fortune cookies and the dude slapped them in her hand and gave her a rude look! I always find it interesting to see such low ratings on fast food restaurants, as though you can compare fast food to a sit down restaurant. You can't. Got to keep it in the family. I've been here dozens of times and have never had a negative experience. The food is always warm, the service quick and friendly and the facilities clean. This location has done a great job and I think it shows because of the steady stream of customers that come through the doors. I was disappointed in this panda express because they had no vegetarian options for entrées. They only had vegetarian sides so I ordered three sides and they charged me the same as if I had ordered a normal plate with two entrées and a side. It seems like in now days and ages they would offer at least one vegetarian entrée. For me Panda Express is a good quality Chinese food (fast food chain). They get things right 3/4 times and prices are right on the edge of being a bit too much for what they provide (but that comes from a home that usually cooks these things and they aren't that complicated to do) but the level of consistency and service offered here is really good Pros: 1. Well it's Panda Express. So everyone knows it's fast and cheep. My issue is that they always skimp and get things wrong for online orders. So I'd just wait in line and go in. If I order broccoli beef online it's 90% broccoli. Where's the beef!? Also if you order online they'll just throw whatever's closest to your order on your plate if they are out. Why do you guys always forget my teriyaki sauce I even specifically asked for it this time and still was forgot. Every time

The service was good. The place is kind of dirty, didn't see anyone cleaning a single table the entire we were there. We had to clean our own table to even have a place to sit down. The interior is noisy and the sound echoes badly due to solid surfaces everywhere and nothing to absorb the noise. Hard to give it more than two stars because of these issues. The food quality was on par to Panda Express standards. Update 12/2/2018 - just finished lunch here. What a great improvement from the last visit. Nice to see a company that actually cares about their customers! Panda Express is our new favorite. Joel R. was the one who helped us today and he's absolutely awesome! Excellent customer service! We walked in and there was a huge long line. But that just means all the food is going to be fresh! Every item we got was freshly made and steamy hot. But man, everything was made soooo poorly. I'm talking biting into a huge chunk of cry-your-eyes-out raw onion. Our black pepper chicken was 75% undercooked large pieces of celery. The chicken was fatty and chewy like a sponge. The only thing decent was the fried rice. And the one thing that made this place unredeemable? The two managers standing in the back of the store chatting with each other and doing nothing to help the employees. They stood around for about 20 minutes before leaving in their logo'd Subaru. First impression: Half the restaurant was blocked off, the employees cleaned it and obviously didn't want to clean it again. The food, they were out of 90% of entrees and the food you could choose from was old and dry. Extremely small portions probably because the employees knew it wasn't edible. I think the health department needs to pay this place a visit. Food was obviously not kept at the required temperatures. Tables that were available were dirty and/Or full. I don't want to spend too long because its a large enough chain that people kinda know what they are going to get. The line was massive and it took forever for us to get to the front. Workers were kinda slow. My orange chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a little bit and my walnut shrimp was incredibly soggy! My noodles seemed a little bit dry as well. Okay... first off I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, but sometimes when you need your Chinese food fix it's a necessity..... And I have to say, compared to other Panda Express locations (like the one in bountiful) it's much better. Not 4 stars better, but just 3 stars better. I guess it's because it's newer, or they have better cooks or service, but it also tastes better (which is huge). I always try something different each time I go and so far everything has been enable and nothing has made me sick yet, so that's a plus... This location seems to always be busy. I would suggest ordering online, as they tend to have a line out the door on the weekends. It's nice to bypass the line and go straight for the register. It's been a while since I stopped at this restaurant and today's visit reminds me why. It's 4:20pm and there is literally nothing to choose from. Seven empty plates in the hot case surrounded by four tired and dried out choices. As if that wasn't frustrating enough there is no one cooking anything yet. When I ask how long before I have something to choose from I get an I don't give a crap attitude from the server. Listen, I know it's hard to predict customer traffic and be fully stocked forty minutes before 5:00pm but I should be able to expect an estimate on how long it will take to be ready to take my order. Went here today for a quick lunch on my break from work, fast service and good food, but rude employee. I was helped by an older oriental lady who snapped at me. I asked for a a bowl with no entree, just rice and chow mein, to which she started to get me orange chicken.
