Our waitress was attentive during our order, I found the advertised "19.99 per person" feast to be perfect for us ! Only to find that there is small text stating that the $19.99 per person pays for one appetizer for the table ?? The advertisement insinuates that it includes the appetizer per person until you read the small text... I did find that people passed us multiple times with water while we sat with half empty cups for a lot of our meal. Our crab rangoon was room temp/cold and -in my opinion - completely lacking in flavor. My boyfriend didn't even realize there was cream cheese in them. The sauce was great but I felt like I had to drown every bite in the sauce in order to get good flavor payoff. We received our two soups. The egg drop soup is well made and flavorful ! The hot and sour soup was flavorful and had a lot of texture which was nice. However, at the bottom of my egg drop soup, I found an odd shaped and gelatinous blob...upon asking, the waitress wasn't even sure what it was. And I had bitten into it thinking it was a part of the soup !! Until I looked up what is in their soup out of curiosity and GELATINOUS BLOB WASN'T AN INGREDIENT. Our entrees were warm and flavorful ! I loved my pf changs spicy chicken. I loved the crunch and different textures that came with the sauce on the spicy chicken. My boyfriend's Mongolian beef was flavorful but I did find it to be a bit salty for my taste. He did have pieces at the bottom of his entree that were extremely overcooked bits of beef. They were so hard that he had to spit out a bite because he couldn't get through it. We completed our meal with a peanut butter and chocolate cream pie dessert. It was okay, truly nothing outstanding to say about it. Overall, I was disappointed in my visit today at PF Chang's - considering I have had a good experience at this location in the past. But that was over a year ago and I'm not sure what has changed since then. With how much money you spend at PF Chang's, you expect quality food and service and I found neither of those things in my visit today.

We ordered the wontons, orange chicken, curry chicken, honey walnut shrimp and beef fried rice. Everything was so fresh, hot and flavorful. My only down side, I wish the wontons had a bit more filling but we will definitely be going again

Another reviewer sums it up perfectly as "embarrassingly" poor service. Such a shame since the food for the most part is perfectly Americanized Vietnamese. The two servers hardly made any appearance up front at all. Thank goodness the chopsticks are sitting in a bucket otherwise we would be eating with out hands. Napkins didn't show up until the end of our meal when they brought the check. So glad we didn't order any drinks as not refills would have happened. I now know how this place can be virtually empty on a Friday night at a busy shopping location. Should be a one star but I give one stars after I see how management address the issues but with no one around, they get two stars.

I went with the Ginger Stir-Fry and explicitly asked for the HOTTEST (most intense "Thai Spicy") dish that they could possibly make me; they have 3 levels here (mild, medium, or hot). Sadly this restaurant fell very short in the spicy area. Definitely wasn't "Thai Spicy" or tear jerking/sinus clearing like I was looking for. If anything, their level 3 "hot" was about medium. I requested beef for my entree at an extra $3. I am very pleased to say that though it didn't look like it at first, there was plenty of beef throughout the Ginger Stir-Fry and equal amounts of the vegetables included (ginger, red bell peppers, onions/green onions, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, & zucchini). The amount of veggies definitely didn't overwhelm the beef which is what will get me back to this restaurant for another visit. The Stir-Fry also came with a side of steamed Thai Jasmine Rice and tasted pretty standard as opposed to other comparable restaurants. The flavoring in the Ginger Stir-Fry was nearly spot on. As I said previously, my only issue was that the spice level definitely wasn't up to par in regards to "hot" for a Thai restaurant. That said, I got two full meals out of the entree; so though it wasn't "Thai Spicy" , it definitely gave me more than I thought it would in the end.

The mapo tofu was good. I opted for no rice, which worked out fine. Requesting it be extra spicy did not yield results, but they provided some chili sauce on the side to liven it up. Their version doesn't go heavy on the peas, unlike some other places. Also included carrots, green onions and mushrooms. The sauce was notable. The hot sour soup was about average. It came to the table lukewarm, but had a decent flavor. I would get it again, but there are better. Friendly host, service was unrushed but efficient. By far, the WORST Chinese food that I have ever had in my whole life! Complete waste of money that ALL went into the garbage. Ordered the C6 Mongolian Beef combination that also comes with Chicken Chow Mein, an egg roll, and your choice of soup or salad. I requested the Mongolian Beef to be extra spicy and it was anything but! It was all charred and both tasted and smelled burnt. The Chicken Chow Mein was slimy and gooey with very stale tasting chicken that honestly seemed like it came from a different animal. The Hot & Sour Soup not only didn't look normal..it had an off-putting horrendous taste. The Fried Crab Cheese Puffs have hardly any cream cheese let alone crab. They are just a big fried tooth breaking hard PASS. Paid extra for a bag of crunchy noodles on the side and they literally tasted like dog food. As a matter of fact, even my dog refused this garbage after I did! Last was a side of their extra fortune cookies (12 pieces), that are just thrown in a flimsy white bag that must've expired a good five years ago...there was absolutely no flavor and they weren't crisp. It took Little Orient forever to make and have my order ready yet they weren't even busy. Horrible waste of time and money. So I'm still without dinner. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
