Cheese wontons and everything we ordered take out was incredible. Love this place! Didn't realize a hidden gem was right here in town

My advice to anyone ordering from this restaurant or any restaurant for a to go order, check the order before leaving the restaurant. I had to call the restaurant about Two items of concern. By the way, I had to dial the restaurant number five times, because it kept going to voicemail, which the voicemail system said it was full and to hang up. So, I dialed again and finally got the original person that I placed the order with. I called to warn them about the foreign object in my food, so that someone else did not get the same thing and bit down hurting, or breaking a tooth. (See attached image, for look and size comparison). The other issue being the ingredients in the Kung Pao dish. 1. There was a black chunk of some sort of Charcoal, hard, thing, that was extremely hard it looks like a piece of the equipment or something broke off into the food. (See attached picture) This foreign object was found in the Kung Pao dish. 2. My order was Kung Pao Scallops and Shrimp, which included: Red and green peppers large scallops and shrimp bamboo shoots crispy peanuts in a special hot sauce with red hot peppers. The order that was cooked today had zucchini and some other kind of squash; I would say, I removed and discarded about 2 soup-bowls full of squash, which seem like a filler in the dish. I do not like zucchini or summer squash, It was not in the menu as one of the written ingredients, so I didn't know to tell them not to include it. They also had in the dish, onions which I like, but they weren't in the written ingredients either. However, bamboo shoots were not in the dish at all and they were part of the written ingredients, which I was disappointed. The menu description on the 5 scallops, mention them as being large. But, they were not large they were about the size of a dime or a nickel. Plus, I would dare to say they were not very fresh either. They had a slight odor, or slight bad taste. I ate a couple and could not eat the rest. However, the 6 shrimp where large and delicious. On a positive note; the broccoli and carrot dish was stir fried nice, it was done, but with a fresh color and a crisp bit. I requested that these vegetables are prepared without sauce. It's the best way to have them, with no sauce. The person that took my call, she offered an apology and 15% off my next order. I told her that I was not looking for a percentage off and thanked her for the apology. I thought she would get it, and understand, or acknowledge that they would inspect, and make sure each dish going out the door was safe to eat. Also, that each dish is prepared correctly per the menu ingredients.

My son and I stopped for lunch on a Tuesday at noon, we were seated quickly and the waitress was real friendly and seemed to like her job, unusual now days. There were only 3 couples in the restaurant at the time but quite a few came in for take-out. The restaurant was clean and tidy, looks like they care about the way it looks. Our questions about the food were answered quickly and we ordered shortly after. I had the lunch combo Chicken chow main, ham fried rice, one tons and hot & sour soup. I have to say Im putting Changs in the top 5 Chinese restaurants. Hot & sour was really good, rice and one tons are the usual fair the Chicken chow main was good, im not a fan of bok choy in my chow but it was a good main dish. My son had the Chicken lo main and said he really enjoyed everything. We shared an appetizer of egg rolls and was somewhat disappointed in the abundance of oil in and on them. Yea I'll go again, its good food, good service.

Quick service. Good sweet and sour but sesame beef was inedible. Hard and chewy. Not likely to return despite the convenience

Really bad food. First time there...never again. Enough said. Chopstix in Ogden is quite good. Very disappointed in the Farmington location.

Some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We will not be going back. Too bad, it's right by our house.

Our waitress was attentive during our order, I found the advertised "19.99 per person" feast to be perfect for us ! Only to find that there is small text stating that the $19.99 per person pays for one appetizer for the table ?? The advertisement insinuates that it includes the appetizer per person until you read the small text... I did find that people passed us multiple times with water while we sat with half empty cups for a lot of our meal. Our crab rangoon was room temp/cold and -in my opinion - completely lacking in flavor. My boyfriend didn't even realize there was cream cheese in them. The sauce was great but I felt like I had to drown every bite in the sauce in order to get good flavor payoff. We received our two soups. The egg drop soup is well made and flavorful ! The hot and sour soup was flavorful and had a lot of texture which was nice. However, at the bottom of my egg drop soup, I found an odd shaped and gelatinous blob...upon asking, the waitress wasn't even sure what it was. And I had bitten into it thinking it was a part of the soup !! Until I looked up what is in their soup out of curiosity and GELATINOUS BLOB WASN'T AN INGREDIENT. Our entrees were warm and flavorful ! I loved my pf changs spicy chicken. I loved the crunch and different textures that came with the sauce on the spicy chicken. My boyfriend's Mongolian beef was flavorful but I did find it to be a bit salty for my taste. He did have pieces at the bottom of his entree that were extremely overcooked bits of beef. They were so hard that he had to spit out a bite because he couldn't get through it. We completed our meal with a peanut butter and chocolate cream pie dessert. It was okay, truly nothing outstanding to say about it. Overall, I was disappointed in my visit today at PF Chang's - considering I have had a good experience at this location in the past. But that was over a year ago and I'm not sure what has changed since then. With how much money you spend at PF Chang's, you expect quality food and service and I found neither of those things in my visit today.

If you are on the fence about this place like I was, RUN don't walk to another Chinese restaurant!…read moreRead the reviews on here and the vast majority say it is absolutely awful and I have to agree with them. By far, the WORST Chinese food that I have ever had in my whole life! Complete waste of money that ALL went into the garbage. Ordered the C6 Mongolian Beef combination that also comes with Chicken Chow Mein, an egg roll, and your choice of soup or salad. I requested the Mongolian Beef to be extra spicy and it was anything but! It was all charred and both tasted and smelled burnt. The Chicken Chow Mein was slimy and gooey with very stale tasting chicken that honestly seemed like it came from a different animal. The Hot & Sour Soup not only didn't look normal..it had an off-putting horrendous taste. The Fried Crab Cheese Puffs have hardly any cream cheese let alone crab. They are just a big fried tooth breaking hard PASS. Paid extra for a bag of crunchy noodles on the side and they literally tasted like dog food. As a matter of fact, even my dog refused this garbage after I did! Last was a side of their extra fortune cookies (12 pieces), that are just thrown in a flimsy white bag that must've expired a good five years ago...there was absolutely no flavor and they weren't crisp. It took Little Orient forever to make and have my order ready yet they weren't even busy. Horrible waste of time and money. So I'm still without dinner. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
