Do NOT order online!!! I came in with an online order made and waited as person after person came in placed a new order, then got their food made and then left. They ignored my online order. I had asked about my order and paced back and forth in front of them, so they knew I was waiting. I asked if it is better to never order online and they said "some days". I am fine if you choose to focus on the people waiting in line, but your app needs to say that!! I would have gotten my food so much faster if I had just walked in and placed a normal order. Woweee. I go to jersey mikes all over town and this has to be the slowest service I've ever experienced. We waited in line for 40+ minutes and only 3 customers were ahead of us. I understand being friendly and chatting but if there's a huge line waiting, chatting should be cut to a minimum. Not to mention the pace at which they made the sandwiches was unlike anything I've ever witnessed. I am a huge fan of the food here but this location gets no stars for service. Please do better. My friend and I ordered for pick up on a Thursday evening. Service was quick, and the location was easy to find. The restaurant appeared clean. The parking lot is a nightmare and I was almost hit at least twice. Keep an eye out to be safe lol. The sandwich was good! The sweet aspect of some of the peppers kind of threw me off, but it was alright. A decent amount of meat, the bread seemed fresh. I would think about having this sandwich again. We used to get sandwiches here a lot, but we've just had a busy life lately so we haven't been to this Jersey Mike's for a while. We decided to go today since we were craving the best sandwich around. Service was great, so I'll add a star, but the quality has changed. Meats and cheese were unusually cut super thin, oil, vinegar and bread tastes off. Horrible. Prices increased and quality went way, way down. Sad to say, but we will not be returning. The sandwiches are great but I had to leave a review for the poor service last night. We waited 45 minutes for TWO sandwiches. If there was a lot of demand, it would have been understandable but there was 1 customer ahead of us and I saw 2 online order pickups. The staff consisted of what appeared to be 6 teens (one new kid getting trained) and one "manager"? There seemed to be zero organization amongst them as they swapped out roles moving bread around, cleaning and (sounded like) a lot of horsing around in the back. I am only giving this a one star because the order was DoorDash and I was delivered the wrong soda. The driver said the employee verified the drink and I was sent a diet instead of a regular. The rest of the food is good, but it would be nice to have the correct order when one cannot leave their office. It also isn't right to punish the driver who asked the employee if it was correct. I placed my order for two sandwiches and the very sweet young ladies quickly went to task, chatting with me, (I was on a road trip) and they were both so pleasant. I decided to take the plunge and try it out yesterday and this is my third time here in less than 24 hours!! I've never had a better sandwich!! Outstanding. Everything is absolutely fresh. I got tired of playing the tomato lottery at Subway. Always trying to push crappy tomato's on me. The prices here are great, the bread is fresh and not gummy and all the vegetables are freshly cut. Did I mention it is fresh? So Jersey Mike's makes amazing fresh cut sandwiches. We go all the time. I love their turkey sandwich and could eat it all the time. The reason I am posting is because this Jersey Mike's has delicious sodas. I almost always just get water, but I had to try their soda and it didn't disappoint. I mixed the orange and pineapple with just a little vanilla at the end - yum! Plus the employees were super friendly and even gave my little girl a cookie that was fresh and yummy too! read more

The sandwich was good, nothing spectacular, but I liked the multiple size options and the online ordering was also super easy. I do however prefer the French roll (bread) and "speedy fast" service of Jimmy Johns, if I have to make a choice. read more

I keep seeing how good the philly cheese steak in the comments so I ordered one and it was very good but not the best I've had. The bread was very good the steak was good but a little dry for me. The price was on the high side. Employees were wearing masks but two customers were not! Businesses can't confront anti maskers because they might pull out their AR 15s but I am at high risk if I get the COVID! But that isn't a problem with anti maskers! This location is horrible. Went to order at the restaurant. There was no one else there. Waited 25 minutes for our 2 sandwiches as we watched them pump out like 10 to go orders completely neglecting to make our food. Finally get the food and they completely made my order wrong. She then remade it in less than 5 minutes. Why would I come to a sandwich shop and spend the amount of time waiting that it normally takes at a sit down restaurant?! And to watch them actively make other orders? Clearly to-go is their ONLY priority. Also if you make someone wait 25 minutes it better be correct and it was not. So disappointing. Two years and 22+ visits have passed. It is time to update the review for my favorite Jersey Mike's location. The world's greatest sandwichista, Heather, has been gone for a while now. There was a notable decline in service and wait time after she left, but they have since found their groove and I'm happy to report that the Woods Cross location is a well-oiled sandwich machine. Pro tip for all Jersey Mike's visits: Order online or on the app. The wait times (especially around lunch) are always frustrating and order accuracy is decreased during busier times. By ordering online you can avoid the cumbersome assembly line situation and just pick up your sandwich upon arrival. It does take an average of 15 mins for an online order to be completed. However, it is always ready when I arrive and the accuracy of online ordering is about 95% which is a lot higher compared to trying to communicate my order in-person. I personally cannot stand onions on my sandwich and this location gets it right more often than not. Picking up online orders at this location used to be somewhat of a challenge. I found myself standing there trying to get someone to make eye contact or even acknowledge my existence just about every time. I'm excited to report that they have fixed the problem (likely due to the growing trend of food delivery services). Now they acknowledge me almost right away every time when I'm standing in the pick-up station. One thing to be aware of for all Jersey Mike's is to be prepared to pay a little more than other sandwich shops. Jersey Mike's uses the extra money earned to give back to the community which is always a cause I'm willing to get behind especially if it involves a delicious sandwich. You can expect to pay close to $15 for a regular sandwich (I highly recommend the #56 with no onions), chips and a drink after tax and a minimal tip for the hard working assemblers. I did notice during my recent visit that they changed the fountain soda machine. Sadly, the previous machine was one of my favorite parts of Jersey Mike's. They had various Stubborn soda flavors on tap before, but now it seems Pepsi has tightened the vice on flavors aside from the traditional Pepsi offerings. Now they only have a couple of non-Pepsi choices and they have done away with my favorite black cherry with tarragon. I dislike Pepsi more than onions if you can believe it. As a result, I have found myself forgoing the soda option altogether with recent my orders. If I could express my discontent to Jersey Mike's corporate, I would not hesitate to do so. With that said, I don't believe this location is deserving of a star deduction for something that is out of their control. The same could be said for the horrendous parking lot situation. It is deadly to say the least and whomever designed it can feel free to taste the business end of my size 11 loafer. To sum it all up, if you're passing through the Woods Cross area and you're in need of a sandwich, you should stop by Jersey Mike's where you can expect friendly service and a clean restaurant. read more

My wife had the California chicken something... it was a hot sandwich and it was pretty good also. The one gripe I had was that all of the exotic soda they had tasted good at first. Then after about halfway through it, my wife and I both said it left an aftertaste like diet soda in your mouth... Not sure what was up with that.
