Don't get me wrong, I love Chick-fil-A! My experience at this location just wasn't up to par today. The lady taking orders was very difficult to understand and she also had a hard time understanding us. This made the line take forever to get through, and we had to correct our order a few times. The whole process was pretty frustrating, and we were already feeling "hangry" after waiting for so long in line. Aside from the difficulties with ordering, it took a very long time to get our food! I told the attendant that brought the food, and he said okay I will leave your table marker here. Still didn't get my drink. I go up to the front and none of the workers (including the manager) acknowledged me. I had to ask for assistance. One worker just told me they were working on it. The manager continued to stand there. I was standing next to the front desk (no one else around) and another 5 minutes passed and I had to ask for help again. The manager STILL ignoring me. I've been to this location a time or two over the years and have only had great customer service from the people on shift during my visits. But tonight I have to give a review simply for Evan going above and beyond with my friend and I during our visit. They were very busy but I was a bit of a pain with a couple of questions I had and a last-minute request on my order. He never got short or stressed about me calling his attention away from the rush of business going on and made sure we were taken care of. To top it off, in overheard him mention that he had only been working at this location for about a week! Wow, couldn't believe it. When you go to chick-fil-a with you 3 kids 10,8,5 and they start asking why its taking so long becuase they have never waited this long at chick-fil-a i think something is wrong. Appearance: well its exactly as you would imagine it would be, except for the counter was sticky. Ill give them a pass this one is located next to a school i think based upon the peope there while i was. Chick-fil-a are usually pretty clean this was no exception. Service: service was good, the guy who took my order was patient with me as i dont usually order the food and walked me thru all the options. I will say he asked me for my sauce preference and i never saw the sauces (sad face) Product:(food) once again it's chick-fil-a you know what your getting, overpriced chicken, but my wife and kids love it so here take my money.
