If you would like to watch your food get pushed around a back counter for 15-20 minuets, while 5 different employees look at your order and decide not to it give you while it gets colder by the minute. This is what ordering pick up is like. I've ordered pick up 3 different times, over the past 5 months and had this same experience every single time. It's infuriating. You will get passed up on being given your order so that an outdoor table can be cleaned or co-workers can gossip. Then when you request your fully melted shake get re-made due to you watching it sit on a counter for 20 minutes you're met with eyes rolling and attitude from management. Don't get me wrong, I love Chick-fil-A! My experience at this location just wasn't up to par today. The lady taking orders was very difficult to understand and she also had a hard time understanding us. This made the line take forever to get through, and we had to correct our order a few times. The whole process was pretty frustrating, and we were already feeling "hangry" after waiting for so long in line. Aside from the difficulties with ordering, it took a very long time to get our food! Everything was really disorganized. They claim to be "fast food", but that was far from what we experienced today. At least it tasted good when we finally got it. I will drive 8 miles south of my house to go to the Centerville chick-fil-a restaurant. Service is slow, lines are 10 miles long, and then there are mistakes in the order. I once got all the way home and didn't have chicken on the sandwich. Even when you order ahead you wait at least 15 minutes for your order. This isn't a one off experience! It's every single time you come here. It shouldn't take 20 minutes in a drive thru when you are the 10th car in line. Get your act together Seth! I ordered a chicken breakfast bowl. Cheese wasn't melted, chicken was pale and just looked off. I ordered I frosted coffee that didn't get delivered to my table with the rest of my meal. I told the attendant that brought the food, and he said okay I will leave your table marker here. Still didn't get my drink. I go up to the front and none of the workers (including the manager) acknowledged me. I had to ask for assistance. One worker just told me they were working on it. The manager continued to stand there. I was standing next to the front desk (no one else around) and another 5 minutes passed and I had to ask for help again. The manager STILL ignoring me. I've been to this location a time or two over the years and have only had great customer service from the people on shift during my visits. But tonight I have to give a review simply for Evan going above and beyond with my friend and I during our visit. They were very busy but I was a bit of a pain with a couple of questions I had and a last-minute request on my order. He never got short or stressed about me calling his attention away from the rush of business going on and made sure we were taken care of. To top it off, in overheard him mention that he had only been working at this location for about a week! Wow, couldn't believe it. He was handling everything like he was the supervisor or manager on deck and I was very impressed. I would have suggested this location beforehand, sure, but now I can do so enthusiastically.
