Man, we've loved this spot since it opened but like a lot of restaurants that scale up, Santorini's has lost the edge they made it a drive-to destination. Our last few visits the food hasn't tasted as fresh, the quality of ingredients is suffering and prices are going up, up, and up. Lunch for 3 set us back $70. Once you get through the insane traffic that always seems to exist in this area, you can find yourself at Santorini's-tucked away in the corner at Farmington Station. It's a little oasis in the middle of the chaos. The portions were plentiful and we were able to share a few things. My favorite was a surprise menu item (at least to me)-the sweet potato fries. Great option for fast casual meal. An employee greeted me right away and took my order, another employee added the additional toppings and a third rang me up. I opted for build your own bowl which consisted of lots of fresh ingredients. The sauces were a bit on the salty side so I would recommend getting it on the side. read more

Visited this place for the first time tonight. Had an idea what to get from looking at the online menu. The prices were hard to find though and were even more than what was posted in previous photos. But the food was good and the two gentlemen there that helped prepare the food were fast and friendly. Establishment appeared clean. Only taking off one star as again, I had a hard time finding prices and the ones I did see ended up being less than what I ended up paying. Overall, I will likely go back again for a quick take-out option doing a date night with my husband. I met my friend here for lunch. It was crowded with the lunch crowd but they were fast and have delicious food. I had a make your own rice bowl with lemon chicken plus all the other wonderful vegetables you can have on it finished off with Vignette dressing. The portions are huge in fact I just finished my bowl for dinner. This is my go-to at Station Park! I've been there several times and everything has been top notch. Yesterday I had the bowl with lemon chicken and had enough to take home for leftovers for meal. The REAL reason I'm reviewing is because of their service. It is nothing short of amazing. Our order was completed quickly and delivered to our table in a very timely manner. One of the employees came l and checked on us, asking how our food was, etc then took an empty tray away. What blew me out of the water was a comment that my mother made about the cashier. She said that he was so kind and polite to her- talked slowly and made sure she could hear him, he "made her feel seen". Thank you for being so wonderful! I always forget this place is here, and I don't know why because it is THE BOMB! The gyros are larger than any gyro I've gotten anywhere else and I'd say rate at least in my top 2 I've ever had. Looking for something with strong flavors and fresh ingredients...we opted to stop into this eatery while passing through on our way up to the northern mountains. We arrived off-peak hours, so we go right up to the counter for service. We were met with friendly faces, clean spaces inside and outside and were offered multiple options for our Mediterranean bowls. We had the gyro meat and chicken with all the fixings. Everything was great, crisp veg, garlic, yogurt, cucumbers, hummus and yellow rice were all great. All priced about right for what we expected. Not a wow in any way! The absolute worst lemon rice I have ever eaten. They call it lemon rice because it is yellow. No flavor at all! The food was just ok! The biggest disappointment was the service. No one cared! We were a party of 9 and they were not happy to have to take our order. I personally would never return. read more

My hubby loves a good Gyro so we decided to try this place when we were in the Farmington Area. Upon walking in I quickly noticed how super clean the place was. The menu was a lil difficult to read cuz they were high up and on a TV monitor. The two women behind the counter were super friendly and attentive. Hubby's Beef and Lamb Gyro was pretty big and you can tell them what toppings you wanted and sauces. This place had a lot of sauces to choose from and that was my favorite part. LOTS OF CHOICES FOR SAUCE AND NO EXTRA CHARGE! We shared the Gyro , an order of Street Cart Fries and Friend Zucchini Sticks. The biggest let down was the street cart fries. It was topped with Feta, Corn, Onions and Sauce. But I like to control the amount on my sauce cuz I was worried about Soggy Fries so I got it on the side. But the fries ALONE was great! I see why other reviews raved about them. They were kind of battered and I really like crispy fries. I loved the fried Zucchini --I'll go back for that alone! I have been craving a gyro and was excited to find this so close to my hotel. Let me first say the staff was nice, and did a good job walking me thru the menu, since this was my first time. Restaurant was clean, and pleasant. My food...bummer...pita bread was not soft or warm, meat was semi warm, and not much flavor...just didn't really hit that gyro craving I had. We often stop here after a day at Lagoon. The service is always fast and friendly and there are a lot of options. Our favorite things are the garlic fries. So much garlic, but I can't stop tasting them. Even with all that garlic the fries are still crispy and tasty. All the protein options are delicious. A perfect sear but the protein is still moist. The lemon rice is full of flavor without being overly greasy as many Greek places can be. All the flavors are bright and fresh. We highly recommend stopping by. read more

Absolutely the BEST gyro I've had the delight to have serendipitously discovered. It's also the largest gyro I've seen to date. So large in fact a string is employed in an attempt to restrain the wonderful fresh red onions, red olives, slight Romain for added texture and a contrasting color I presume, I withheld the two primary ingredients intentionally. Spit fired lamb and tzatziki are Fred Astaire, and Ginger dancing on my pallet. The culmination of the barely tart and neutralizing effect of the lamb.. well you'll have to make a trip to go get one for yourself to fully grasp the crafted flavors in perfect harmony. I especially like the fact you can build your own bowl/gyro- it allows for endless combinations to make everyone happy! I had a bowl with lemon rice, olives, falafel, tzatziki , and hummus. My husband had a similar bowl with gyro meat and a lot more toppings. Everything was very flavorful, including the fries. Lots of gluten free options as well! My order consisted of the Harvest Grain Mushroom Bowl. It is a mixture of kale, potatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, con, feta cheese, quinoa and a spicy sauce the gave it a really great flavor that included a three pieces of naan bread. You can also customize your meal by adding other ingredients. I added onions and tomatoes. I also ordered the Mediterranean zucchini fries. They weren't bad at all, but there was just too much breading for me; however, I can see other people loving that breading. Was recommended this spot by a friend. I really enjoyed it. I thought it was going to be your typical gyros like everywhere else but it was definitely not. Here you have the option to customize your gyro with tons of different toppings! Their gyro lamb meet was really tender and full of flavor! There was other protein options but I'd definitely recommend to get the original lamb. There's also rice bowls if you don't want a gyro and they have many options in rice. Loved how simple and easy their menu was to follow. I got loaded fries as well. I wish I would have added some meat! But even by its self it was pretty tasty. The fully customizable option at Santorini's was the draw for us. We'd looked at the menus ahead of time so we knew what we wanted. When we arrived, the smell of freshly grilled pitas was in the air and I must say, it was delightful. We ordered a bowl with Greek salad as the base with gyro meat, loaded Greek garlic fries, and a pita with smoked garlic herb chicken. They had lots of toppings - tomatoes, cucumbers, pepperoncinis, olives, feta cheese, onions, corn, garbanzo beans, and a Greek slaw that reminded me of a carrot salad. I was surprised to see that the Greek salad didn't have olives in it or cheese. Both were $0.50 extra to add, which I found a little surprising as these are staples in Greek food and the salad desperately needed the flavor of both. The gyro meat was cut thickly and it had some good flavor but the chicken was very dry and bland. After adding our protein to the bowl and pita, they sprayed it with lemon juice and added lemon pepper seasoning, which was interesting. I'm not sure that the intended flavor was achieved. The fries had potential but they too were not seasoned and were drowning in a heap of garlic and feta. I can see why this place is so appealing to so many. The menu looks great, many options for meals are available, and the price is right. The staff was also superb - welcoming, polite, patient, and engaging. We may have come on an off day as they were ramping back up after the COVID-19 pandemic but the food needed a little something more for us. read more
