If I could give negative stats I would. I am extremely disappointed. The quality is terrible. I used to love this place. We hadn't been in a decade decided to we were back in the area. It was $20 for a small chicken and rib combo. We got it home and the salad was old and wilted. The potatoes were cold and they gave us a chicken wing. I think that's what it is. There's like no meat on it. The little meat there was was super dry. They gave us one rib, which was also extremely dry and had no flavor. They gave us a small piece of pita bread that was old and stale. Honestly, it was just awful. It seemed like they gave us their kitchen scraps from the day before I would never go back and I am sad they went downhill. It had way too much ketchup or not enough mayo (you could tell by the dark color and the taste - way too sweet). Also, Utahn's want both ketchup and fry sauce options. Average sandwich or gyro price was around eleven bucks, not bad, but I'd hope for lower. Plates were way too pricey at sixteen bucks. I don't ever see me ordering those. You can tell they are near a high school because of their "two refills" sign, and no self serve on drinks. People are very nice. I have been craving a gyro for so long, and this place just happened to be close by where I was picking up dinner for my husband. Everyone was very nice, the restaurant is older but it's clean. The people were all so nice and that's a stand out around here for sure. I got the gyro sandwich and potatoes instead of fries and honestly that was the best choice. I loved the potatoes, I have been missing these types of Greek potatoes for ages. They were buttery and seasoned perfectly and honestly the star of the show. The gyro itself was pretty great, I like a little more tzatziki sauce but I tend to love tzatziki and order extra. The meat though was absolutely delicious, seasoned well, and tasted fresh. None of those tiny pieces of gyro meat here. The pita was also perfectly warm. I will be back for the potatoes, but I also can't wait to try more of their menu. Well done. Also the fact they didn't have more people here is very sad because I will be recommending this place. read more

Soooooo the other night, my wife and I were driving around kaysville looking for a place to eat. We are on the keto diet so it can be difficult to find a place. We're saw chicken and ribs written on the side of the building and figured that this place might work. We were right. We had the large chicken and ribs combo. 19.99 it had a half chicken and 3 ribs. It also came with salad grilled pita and a choce of potato. Since we don't eat potato we opted for extra salad. We'd had these rib sauce on the side since it's filled with sugar. They were great without it. These chicken was tasty as well. Most and juicy on the inside. Crispy on the outside. At this place you order at a counter, and they bring your food to you at your table. We're waited about 15 minutes, it seemed a little long based on how many people were there, but these food tasted great and the employees were kind. This place isn't much to look at. But the price was reasonable, and the food and service were great. I will definitely be back. read more

Thought we would give this a try, after all who doesn't like Chicken! Well it's a Greek place! Which we love, excited to order the Chicken Platter, the cook says they are out of Pollo. Heart broken. I order the pork platter. I really didn't want pork as it's somewhat fatty. As was this platter. The kicker was our plates came out to our table with one additional skewer on a small plate it was a Chicken skewer. Apparently they did have Chicken for staff and special customers as the dude from "Next-door" was able to get Chicken. The potatoes are buttery and cooked perfectly. The rice is fluffy and flavorful. And, if you have food allergies like my family, this place seems to be a great option because it doesn't cause inflammation issues. Disappointing! It has been a long time since I have eaten at a BC Chicken, I have never eaten at this particular location but have tried Ogden, Roy and SLC. I ordered the two stick chicken souvlaki with rice and potatoes. The gal at the counter, possibly the only one working, was friendly enough. She took the order handed me my $1.89 12 ounce can of soda and began cooking my meal. It was ready in a bit more than 5 minutes and she brought it out to the table. It looked good, as I would have expected souvlaki to look with the exception of the smaller than expected meat portion. The chicken was small bits on a skewer, browned well with a yellow tint and specks of red from the paprika. The coloring made me think it was going to be flavorful, unfortunately I was wrong. The chicken was actually quite bland, with small occasional areas with a bit more flavor, besides being bland it was also dry. The rice was cooked properly, fluffy and not over cooked, unfortunately it too was bland, I would have expected a lot more lemon flavor. The potatoes were just like the rice cooked properly but bland. Finally the pita bread, two small pieces amounting to half a small pita. No effort was made to warm, flavor or soften the pita so maybe it was OK they gave so little. Too little for too much with no flavor it will probably be a long time before I go to BC chicken again and it more than likely will not be this location. read more

We are locals here and tried BC chicken for the first time this past week and are back again. When we walked in, to be totally honest, we almost walked back out without ordering... as it looked poor, and not professional at all. But we decided to give it a try... and we were both impressed with the food. Because it is a place that totes on its meats, I expected better than average meat, and it was somewhat average, to me. But what really impressed me and my wife was the sides. They served the best pita bread that I have ever had in my entire life! They season it somehow, and it is fantastic! The other impressive side was the potatoes... they have a slight lemon taste with good spices that made the potatoes original, different and scrumptious... highly recommendable. Tonight I'm trying the chicken and ribs combo... with potatoes and extra pita bread. I think I ordered the meat sampler last time. I'll let you know my opinion of it in a revised post later. I really did want to like this place. Its in sweet little Kaysville and I was hoping to find one understated dining place there. Nope. First, a couple nitpicky things. They had either Western Family or Great Value brand ketchup on the table. The extra 50 cents or so per bottle for Heinz was too much? Really? The floor in the bathroom was so sticky my shoes stuck with every step I took. The big unused rotisserie in the middle of everything. What's that all about? ItWas really hot inside. And the kids meals don't come with a drink?! For 5 bucks can't we get a little 8oz cup to put some cancerous fruit punch in? Kids meal: $ 4.99 for one item and a side. We got a chicken kabob and fries. It also came with two small triangles of pita bread. The 3 year old scarfed down the bread and a few fries and pronounced it "dewishus mommy." Then he eagerly grabbed his "chickens on a sword" took one bite and said "yucky". Returned to eating the fries. The chicken was very dry. My meal: Gyro plate. # 6. $ 6.99 Sliced lamb, rice, salad and pita bread. The salad was edible but not great. The dressing was flavorless. The rice rated good and was well seasoned if a bit mushy. Pita bread was pita bread. Not bad. The lamb was pretty good. The tzatziki sauce was pretty bland though. Needed some flavor. Prices are alright, lady working was nice, food was meh. My husband isn't a fan of the snails-pace, with which food comes out of the kitchen; and he isn't sold on their food either. So, the only time I'll be back is when my husband is out of town, I guess? I'm not devastated that he doesn't want to eat at BC. The interior set-up of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. It's not very inviting. The food is ok. Nothing memorable. I have loved bc chicken at the ogden location.. This is the longest wait of my life for food. I have pinned a new board on Pinterest, scrolled through all of my Facebook feed, and knitted an entire sweater in the 24min that it took me to get my food. There was one couple in front of us who had ordered before we even got in the door. I ordered a salad and my husband got the rib and chicken plate (small plate is one rib and one piece of chicken for 8.99!) The three star is a generous review because the food was good, but I would have chosen somewhere else if I knew the wait would have been so long. The chicken souvlaki was over cooked and dry. The veggie gyro was a pita bread stuffed with soggy green salad mixings. The ribs were rubbery, sauces were bland, and the pita bread slices dry. The pita bread used for the gyro was the only thing that was good, but quickly became soggy due to the soggy lettuce. They need to at least substitute the veggies with ones that are made for stir fry. read more
