Pretty decent for, I'd say 3.5 stars, but I'll round to 4 for now. This was nearby my friend's house, but she hadn't tried it yet so I called in our order and they said it would be ready soon. It was easy to find and was clean from what I could see. It has quite a bit of seating inside, so maybe good for groups? It was really quiet for a Saturday with no one else there. The fries were really good and I loved that they came with a fry sauce cup. The gyro plate was decent sized and felt like a good value for the price. The gyro had plenty of tzatziki sauce which I felt like is rare, but very welcome. My friend enjoyed the lamb, I had chicken and it was ok, it had a curry flavor to it which I wasn't expecting. I was a first time visitor to the Bountiful Greek Café, so I asked the man behind the counter for his recommendation. He suggested the gyro with lamb and a side of rice, which I happily agreed to. I was surprised by how generous the portion size was-there was so much rice, I couldn't finish it all. The lamb was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. The pieces were thin and easy to eat and the pita bread was amazing. I don't prefer the white sauce on the gyro, but it's totally a personal preference (I don't like most sauces). I'm sure everyone else loves it! There's a good amount of indoor seating and a couple tables outside on the raised patio. It's a place that I can imagine is hopping most days for lunch and I'd happily return again. read more

I had been to this restaurant when it was up on Main Street in Bountiful and I really enjoyed the food. However, I went today and it was $14 for a gyro with salad. The Gyro was inedible because there was so much Taziki sauce on it, I had to pick apart everything And eat it all separately scraping off the Taziki sauce. I also didn't care for whatever marinade they used for the chicken. I'm afraid I probably won't go back again. read more

Passing through the area and decided to try this little green spot. The service was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. The tzatziki sauce was fresh and the lamb meat was flavorful and really moist. The fries were perfectly crispy. read more

Consistently fresh and delicious food! The lamb gyro is dynamite! My only suggestion would be to add lettuce on the gyro.

Note new location on 1025 S500 West! (No longer on Main Street. Souvlaki skewer (chicken ) is so fresh and delicious, $4.99 side. I had the abundant Greek salad w lamb gyro meat. Amazing food, but DO NOT USE GRUBHUB! This restaurant has cancelled their account with GrubHub due to GrubHub making so many mistakes, but the same delivery guy continues to take orders and call them in pretending to be a regular customer. And he's still making mistakes, like he did with our order. We paid for a full order and then GrubHub and the delivery guy took our money and placed a smaller order with GrubHub, paying them less then we paid, and pocketing the extra. Then we received this smaller order which was missing items. Bountiful Greek was so good about it. They offered to give us the missing food for free, but I paid for it and got receipts so I can try to get my money back from GrubHub. The GrubHub situation was a nightmare (and I haven't even tried to get my money back yet), but the restaurant was amazing! And the food is so good! The chicken is perfectly seasoned. The ztaziki sauce is fresh (as evidenced by the cucumber chunks and herbs ) and tasty. Pita is soft and not dry. The rice is better than most Greek places too. I like more flavor on my rice. I've only found one place that's more flavorful (but it's not around here). We will keep visiting here, but we will use DoorDash (the restaurant's preferred delivery company) or pick it up ourselves. I also love that it's in the cute part of Bountiful, right on Main Street and near the new splash pad. This is a really great local place. I have gotten the hamburger with fries here twice and seriously loved it both times. It's turned into one of my favorite places in Bountiful for a burger. The burger itself has a Greek spin on it that makes it super lovely and light. It's a ciabatta bun that really makes for a great burger as well. It comes with a either a salad or fries. I've had both and the fries are fresh and lovely and the salad is also really nice when you're wanting a lighter meal. Give this lovely local spot a chance if you're in the area. read more

I loved this place! Casual eating environment where you order at the counter before sitting, but all the food is super delicious. I live in the Salt Lake City area and any greek or mediterranean food I have tried has been extremely overpriced. This place has great prices for the food quality, I enjoyed the vegetarian platter and their falafel is fantastic. I also tried the mango lassi, a little Indian twist, a yummy smoothie beverage. I would drive back up to Bountiful just to stop at this greek cafe again, we loved everything we got. You can also tell the people behind the counter (owners maybe?) really care about their customers too, they remember you and bring the food over to the table and are always checking in to make sure you don't need anything else. read more

Yum! The people that run this little place clearly have a grasp on service, hospitality, and simple, delicious food. The chicken kabob was perfectly seasoned and grilled. The fries were delicately seasoned and cooked beautifully and the sauce was to die for. I only have two complaints: firstly, I don't live in Bountiful and secondly, they have yet to open a place in Nampa, Idaho. Ok one other complaint: too much styrofoam. I am glad we have a local Greek option finally. That said, this is average Greek food, not great but good enough. For me it just lacked flavor, but everything tasted fresh and the salad with my lunch plate was plentiful and the dressing less acidic than most Greek places, which I liked. The lamb gyro was ok, but there is where I felt something was missing. I couldn't quite tell you what, but compared to my favorite Greek in SLC this needed something more. The service was friendly and fast! I am sure I will give them another try, but not the kind of place I will crave. read more

They have good food, and the service is ok. And what is "Ambiance," I ain't never heard of a word like that...

I'm really glad that I decided to stop in today. The place looks a little rundown but the food is SO FRESH AND DELICIOUS!! I had the chicken gyro and an order of dolmas. Yum! I'm definitely going to be coming back for more. I was able to place my order over the phone and just went in to pick up so this is perfect for a quick lunch run. I'll have to bring my husband here too, I know he will love it as much as I did. read more
