My husband and I had a date night here right before Valentine's Day. We felt welcomed as soon as we stepped inside. The person working the register was so nice! We had never been there before and he had a lot of great recommendations. I decided to try the special. It was a mashed potato bowl with delicious chicken, corn, gravy and more. I loved every bite! My only complaint is that it was tiny! If I hadn't eaten a late lunch, I would have still been hungry. I felt like for $12, it needed to be bigger. My husband got the pork nachos and the flavors were incredible! The portion size was great, the price seemed a little high, but we'd get these again. He also got a beer (the one specifically for lagoon) and loved that as well. I loved how they decorated for the holiday. It was cute and fun and gave the place a great ambiance. If you want to try this place without paying a huge price tag (lagoon ticket + parking), then go before lagoon opens for the season. I highly suggest trying it out!

Biergarten has been opened since 2019, but this year is the first year their other building is up and running! Their main restaurant is larger and serves burgers, nachos, salads and German inspired food. Their second building has pizza! I normally order the 1886 burger, but today I gave their German pizza a try. It's their Flamkuchen pizza. It comes on a cauliflower crust, and is covered in cheese sauce, bacon, onions and artichoke. It was very good! The second building is more of an express style, and I got my pizza within 5 minutes. The Biergarten is very clean. They have employees cleaning that place non stop. The food is made well, and even though it is pricy, you get much more food here than you would anywhere else in the park!

Probably the best food in Lagoon. The area it's located is German themed. Feels like you're in Germany. Atmosphere is great. It also has the cleanest restrooms in the park. Food is good.

I've been wanting to try a burger here! I got the 1886 burger and it did not disappoint. Lots of food and it was great quality. 3 onion rings on top, with double patties, cheese, BBQ sauce, and fries. I was not disappointed!

    Nice little fakey German buildings...

Nice little respite from the roller coasters and "terror" rides. They've got a decent menu. Sit in or outside and take a break.

Most of the food at Lagoon is pretty bad. This is one of the only few places to get food that's actually worth going to. Even the Arby's is the worst Arby's we've ever been to. At the Biergarten the nachos are really good. They are covered in cheese and pork. This is what you need to get if you're going to eat at Lagoon.

This is one of Lagoon's best, if not their best restaurant. I had their fish and chips. The fish was nicely breaded and served with good sauces, and the portions of fries were generous.

Burger and fries. Burger not so good. Fries were double fried and AWESOME

Ok, hear me out. We all know this is amusement park food, so why would anyone expect anything better than that!? Having said that, I'm really excited about this place. One reason....the pretzel with beer cheese. Wow. So dang good. I LOVED it. My entire party of five devoured two of them. And just so you know, they're HUGE! Note: get an extra cup of beer cheese; the one they give you just isn't enough. So here's the breakdown: Cheeseburger: 2.5-3 stars Fries: 5 stars (they're double fried. That = delicious) Chicken strips:4 Stars Pretzel: 5 stars Beer cheese: 5 stars We are regular patrons to Lagoon so we wanted to come and try a lot of the menu to see what this place was all about. If the burger had been better, I would've given this place 5 stars overall for sure. But it just wasn't that good. Average at best. And the way they have this area decorated is adorable. I felt like I was in a mini Disney for a second the way it was themed. Really, really cute. The pretzel is now our go to snack at lagoon, no question about that!!!

    Corned Beef & Cabbage.

Excellent Corned Beef & Cabbage/ Irish Stew Lagoon Biergarten! Corned Beef was very tender and tasty.

You know, for an amusement park joint I typically have low expectations. For this place, love the ambiance, love the friendliness of the staff, and love the idea I can come into the park and eat here even when the park is closed. Fun for the kids to see the rides and park without all the chaos. Food is good and fair priced for the volume of food. Definitely better than overpriced amusement park food that typically plagues places like this. I'd fully recommend coming here to enjoy the experience.

This was a great improvement to Lagoon! The old amphitheater that was there was a bit of a drag but this really steps up the game for Lagoon! Hopefully this is a way they can start updating the older parts of the park and revamping them. A great nicer-dining option with fairly reasonable pricing and a spectacular view! I got the most expensive burger ($15) and a side of fries ($5), and was unable to even finish the portion! The value is spectacular, but the ambiance is what sold me. Thank you so much, Lagoon!

Portions felt very fair, and everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. Also ordered the immune boost smoothie, which was both delicious and felt like a healthier treat. There are so many well-labeled DF/GF/vegan options- bowls, plates, Acai bowls, desserts- the menu looks intentional and amazing (especially as someone who's DF). It's also a cozy, thoughtfully-decorated place. Anyone with food restrictions or anyone who likes fresh, healthy food could find something to eat here. The ordering process was lengthy and a little chaotic. I asked to sub the spicy mango sauce (which sounded great) for whatever came with my bowl, the cashier said it already came with that sauce, and it actually didn't. However, relying on a sauce to season an entire bowl of food is questionable- in the end, season the food while cooking it. I may still need to return to try the Acai bowls or DF dessert, but Vessel does the rest of this type of food better and more inexpensively.

The cilantro sauce with the sweet potato hash and chicken made up one of the best bowls I've ever had. The pita was crispy and warm with a really yummy hummus. I ordered the Custom Protein Plate to include Al Pastor Shredded Chicken, Fresno Cauliflower, and Cilantro Lime Slaw. I also requested a side of their pita bread and hummus along with just a side of pita strips. Lastly was the Habanero Ginger Hot Sauce and Israeli Pico. After waiting nearly an hour for my food to be ready to pick-up I was absolutely starving and stupidly didn't check the bag (which was sealed/stapled in a sturdy brown paper bag). Was very disappointed to see that I did not receive the pita bread and hummus side. I did receive just the plain pita strips that I also had ordered, and thank GOD I requested the Habanero Ginger Hot Sauce and Israeli Pico otherwise I would have had no spice or dipping for the bread and my meal. The Habanero Ginger Hot Sauce is spicy (but not too much so). It has the perfect kick that will definitely have me returning. The Israeli Pico was also fantastic and extremely fresh and flavorful. Both sides/sauces were so good that I honestly want to try them all eventually. The Al Pastor Shredded Chicken wasn't anything spectacular. It honestly tasted pretty much like any shredded chicken that you would receive at a Mexican restaurant. The Fresno Cauliflower was absolutely fantastic! Definitely could've used a larger portion size than what was included. The Cilantro Lime Slaw was also flavorful and very healthy/light on the abdomen. Only thing I will say is that it definitely didn't taste as good on day two so you might want to keep that in mind if you like to have leftovers such as myself. The pita strips were a bit disappointing. Almost rock hard and not very fresh though I will say they were all gone in the same evening as the seasoning is good and they aren't very large to begin with. Definitely do plan on returning but not quite sure when. I work a lot of long hours so I depend on takeout for most of my meals and I'm indifferent about a restaurant that couldn't get my order correct the FIRST time visiting (especially since I had already been warned; obviously it's a problem at this location). Vessel Kitchen definitely is a good, non guilty way of indulging without breaking the bank.

Everything comes out fairly quick for all being house-made from scratch. The meals are flavorful and great. There isn't anything on this menu that stands out, everything seems pretty standard for a nice Italian place. Our bread and salad starter were great and we cleared those quick ! I chose the chicken parmigiana and found the marinara sauce to be a bit watery/bland in taste. My chicken was a bit dry so perhaps a bit overcooked. The alfredo that came with it was DELICIOUS, perfectly creamy. However...can I justify $30 for the plate ? No. My boyfriend's spicy sausage a la vodka pasta was delicious but again, the red sauce was lack luster for me. It's almost like it was lacking tomato paste and garlic ? The potato side was delicious and surprisingly large for the price ! The aioli that came with it was great in flavor as well. We finished our meal with a creme brulee. It was perfectly torched and the creme itself was delicious and perfectly chilled. The strawberry was a bit sour for my liking, especially for coming with an expensive dessert. But this dessert was one of my highlights of the meal. Although a nice once-off meal, I find Bartolo's to be pretty overpriced, even for delicious italian dishes. I have had ruth's chris meals for this price and understood why it was priced the way it was.
