I was out running a few errands in Metro Crossing and realized it's been a minute since I've hit up Panda Express. So I pulled in and made my way to the drive-thru. It was a little after 11AM on a Tuesday, and there were already a few cars ahead of me. That's usually a promising sign that the food will be hot and fresh. The team took my order cheerfully and got everything right. I also let them round up my total for whatever charity they were supporting. If I can afford takeout, I can afford to round up. Easy choice. I ordered the Black Pepper Sirloin Beef Bowl with half lo mein and half super greens, along with a large Coke Zero. Shoutout to another Coke Zero establishment. For my daughter, I got an Orange Chicken Bowl with fried rice, some crab rangoon, and a large Dr. Pepper. The total came to $27, which felt reasonable for two full meals and a few extras. I got everything home in one piece. It was still warm, still tasty, and pretty filling. Neither of us could finish our bowls, so it made for a quick and satisfying lunch. I'll definitely be back next time I'm craving some fast, no-fuss Chinese food. read more

Servers are nice and friendly. The food looks good, and the counter area is clean. Went with fried rice, orange chicken and kung pao chicken. Can't go wrong with orange chicken right? And decided on kung pao chicken so that I had some spice. It's not spicy at all. She had steamed white rice, honey walnut shrimp and super greens. Lots of people in the drive through and waiting for take out. I was surprised. The food was fine. Not the best Panda I've had but better for my body which had been unhappy with the amount of salt and fried foods I'd consumed. And the service made up for that. Private parking lot. read more

Came an hour before close the line is so long. And they are out of everything. The customer service is shit. So when I decided to just not get any food, I can't even leave because there is no way around the cars in front of you. It takes them 30 minutes to get through two cars which is INSANE. Get better service. read more

Got there an hour before close. Said it was 5 minutes for the Beijing so I order a plate with it. Got home to eat after a long day and saw it was only 3 pieces. I did not pay the price of a plate to get crumbs. If you want to be lazy and not make more then tell me there's none instead of ripping me off. I expect either a refund or free plate this is not acceptable. read more

Great food and very cheap about 12 dollars a meal never had any problems been there many times

Completely wrong items would not fix it. Wasn't even the same value as what I ordered. My pregnant wife was mad at me because of it. It was all bad. read more

This place is so slow that my dead grandma is faster. This is the slowest fast food place that I've ever been to. Not to mention that the staff is rude as hell. If I could I'd give it negative stars read more

Went to eat 5/22/25 with wife. Food on floor on 2 tables. Never seen one employee clean any tables. Did see customers cleaning table so they could eat. Employees actually watched them cleaning. Not recommended at all. And they want you to donate to a cause when you pay for the food. I do not go out to eat so that pandas Employees can beg money from me. Very sad experience to say the least. read more

It's been a reliable quick and tasty fast food place but in the recent years with my togo orders and drive thru experiences it has been lack luster. The fact that the red sweet and sour sauce has been changed to a packet form (tbh not a fan of that thx Corp.) and they still don't include the sauce/packets with the order baffles me every time. Don't get me started on the nonexistent utensils and napkins for two "plate" orders... glad the white rice wasn't sitting for too long this time. read more

That's pretty bold to take forever, be out of what I wanted, and then upcharge me for my second choice.

a lot of the noodles were burnt, and the rice has little to no flavor. Rest of the chicken and stuff was cooked okay. Really underwhelming especially for how much it is to eat here. read more

1/2 hour drive thru order. Refunded my money though and made it right. Food was awesome and first time it has happened

Wanted pickup when we were done at Homy Inn. Didn't want to wait, don't have smart phone, just a phone. Called with enough time to pickup. Host that answered said "No phone orders. You have to order online or come in to wait". My reply: "No, thanks. Bye". Guess our first experience with Panda Express is gonna be our last one. read more

Normally I wouldn't feel compelled to write a review for a chain... But come on. Panda Express is deserving of more than one fake review. It's fast-food, drive-through Chinese. This location specifically had very friendly staff and I haven't gotten food poisoning from here or any other location that I'm aware of. Prices are actually probably on par with a family-run restaurant, but here you can sample 3 entrees and fresh steamed veggies (or whatever other side) for under $10. Egg rolls, and of course, their famous orange chicken and kung pao chicken... Mmm. It's good. No need to hate on the panda. read more

So I just ate here. I told server the egg rolls were over cooked the manager said nope. I ordered it. Omg. Burned to crisp The meal was horrible. We had 4 different entries and none were good. We have ate at this location for a while. Will NEVER BE BACK read more

Shayla put so much rice on my plate (purposely) that I barely got any meat on my meal. This ruined my whole mood for the day.

From the moment we first arrived, I could tell that this place was a hit with the locals. It was packed! This location was clean from the bathrooms to the soda machine. The staff were delightful and had served us quick and efficiently, even warning me that the food I got was going to cost a little extra. Over all this is a great location, the one thing was our table was slightly dirty but over all great read more

Much better experience here than at the Panda Express on West Maple in Omaha. Here the staff was friendly and helpful from the get-go, and they got our order right the first time. We have learned to not expect any of that from the rude and inefficient staff on West Maple. The food here is fresher and tasted wonderful, too. We like Panda Express because as we are trying to improve our eating habits, Panda Express is one of the few fast food places with choices that are actually healthy and fresh. The lower sodium options like String Bean Chicken on brown rice. The prices are reasonable, and the servings are ample. So we feel comfortable with Panda Express in general and this one in particular. read more

Update: Good service here and clean with stable food. Got to give them that one more star they deserve now that a year has passed!

Not surprisingly, it's a really good place. They have a wonderful environment and colorful amazing and funny staff. They're all incredibly welcoming and funny, they're given way too much crap for things out of their hand and treated badly. Remember, the staff are people too they're trying hard. read more

Not impressed. 3 stars for cleanliness and friendliness but food was not prepared quickly and portions were extremely small compared to other locations. Maybe better next time panda. But like always, I love the ice tea. read more

I hate to admit that I love this place. They have a counter with numerous entree, rice, noodles, and extras like eggrolls. They always let you sample if you aren't sure about what to get, actually they encourage you to sample. One thing that bothers me is that all of the shrimp and steak entrees are $1.00 more. And they remind you every time. I guess so people don't complain when they are charged more. I usually get the steak entrees which I really enjoy. I have had the chicken and the shrimp too and I have liked them both. The portion sizes vary depending on who serves you. it looks clean too compared to other chinese places that are sometimes not very clean. But, it is a chain. read more

Don't know how to cook rangoons. The fryer must not be hot enough because the rangoons were white, not crunchy and REALLY GREASY. Ahmed was a real tool too. When my wife went back in to complain he disregarded her complaint and treated my wife with disrespect. NEVER GO HERE. ZERO STARS. read more

I'm from New York and I usually get panda expresss once a week, but this place is on a different level. The orange chicken is too sweet, and the beef is very disgusting too overly cook and the noodles aren't cooked right. I can usually eat anything but not this read more

I got off work early one night and thought, 'Chinese food sounds amazing' so I decided to stop in for some orange chicken. The food itself was of the sort of mediocrity you would expect from your typical fast food style chain Chinese restaurant, but what really deemed my visit worthy of a mere one star is the fact the location for some ridiculous reason did not possess chopsticks. My visit would have been just alright if I had not been left with the choice between a plastic fork or selecting sticks from outside. To say the least: I was disappointed and will not be returning. read more

I absolutely love panda express, i could eat there multiple times a week. This last visit was horrible! They were out of one of the entrees we wanted which was fine i said id wait, well 20min later it finally came up....wasnt cooked fully. Thrown back on the grill. 10min later its finally, some blonde girl jumped in front of the girl getting my food and started grabbing some for her order, the lady helping me said "this lady has been waiting 30min" the blonde proceeds to say "Not my problem i have shit to do". I was so pissed, she was worried about someone in drive thru who just pulled up, yet i had been waiting for 35min. I will be back bc of the other staff and the food, the young blonde tho, i will never let help me get my food. read more
