I was out running a few errands in Metro Crossing and realized it's been a minute since I've hit up Panda Express. So I pulled in and made my way to the drive-thru. It was a little after 11AM on a Tuesday, and there were already a few cars ahead of me. That's usually a promising sign that the food will be hot and fresh. The team took my order cheerfully and got everything right. I also let them round up my total for whatever charity they were supporting. If I can afford takeout, I can afford to round up. Easy choice. I ordered the Black Pepper Sirloin Beef Bowl with half lo mein and half super greens, along with a large Coke Zero. Shoutout to another Coke Zero establishment. For my daughter, I got an Orange Chicken Bowl with fried rice, some crab rangoon, and a large Dr. Pepper. The total came to $27, which felt reasonable for two full meals and a few extras. I got everything home in one piece. It was still warm, still tasty, and pretty filling. Neither of us could finish our bowls, so it made for a quick and satisfying lunch. Servers are nice and friendly. The food looks good, and the counter area is clean. Went with fried rice, orange chicken and kung pao chicken. Can't go wrong with orange chicken right? And decided on kung pao chicken so that I had some spice. It's not spicy at all. She had steamed white rice, honey walnut shrimp and super greens. Lots of people in the drive through and waiting for take out. I was surprised. The food was fine. Got there an hour before close. Said it was 5 minutes for the Beijing so I order a plate with it. Got home to eat after a long day and saw it was only 3 pieces. Went to eat 5/22/25 with wife. Food on floor on 2 tables. Never seen one employee clean any tables. Did see customers cleaning table so they could eat. Employees actually watched them cleaning. It's been a reliable quick and tasty fast food place but in the recent years with my togo orders and drive thru experiences it has been lack luster. The fact that the red sweet and sour sauce has been changed to a packet form (tbh not a fan of that thx Corp.) and they still don't include the sauce/packets with the order baffles me every time. Normally I wouldn't feel compelled to write a review for a chain... But come on. Panda Express is deserving of more than one fake review. It's fast-food, drive-through Chinese. This location specifically had very friendly staff and I haven't gotten food poisoning from here or any other location that I'm aware of. Prices are actually probably on par with a family-run restaurant, but here you can sample 3 entrees and fresh steamed veggies (or whatever other side) for under $10. Egg rolls, and of course, their famous orange chicken and kung pao chicken... Mmm. It's good. No need to hate on the panda. read more

Much better experience here than at the Panda Express on West Maple in Omaha. Here the staff was friendly and helpful from the get-go, and they got our order right the first time. We have learned to not expect any of that from the rude and inefficient staff on West Maple. The food here is fresher and tasted wonderful, too. We like Panda Express because as we are trying to improve our eating habits, Panda Express is one of the few fast food places with choices that are actually healthy and fresh. The lower sodium options like String Bean Chicken on brown rice. The prices are reasonable, and the servings are ample. So we feel comfortable with Panda Express in general and this one in particular. read more

Not surprisingly, it's a really good place. They have a wonderful environment and colorful amazing and funny staff. They're all incredibly welcoming and funny, they're given way too much crap for things out of their hand and treated badly. Remember, the staff are people too they're trying hard. read more

I hate to admit that I love this place. They have a counter with numerous entree, rice, noodles, and extras like eggrolls. They always let you sample if you aren't sure about what to get, actually they encourage you to sample. One thing that bothers me is that all of the shrimp and steak entrees are $1.00 more. And they remind you every time. I guess so people don't complain when they are charged more. I usually get the steak entrees which I really enjoy. I have had the chicken and the shrimp too and I have liked them both. The food itself was of the sort of mediocrity you would expect from your typical fast food style chain Chinese restaurant, but what really deemed my visit worthy of a mere one star is the fact the location for some ridiculous reason did not possess chopsticks. I absolutely love panda express, i could eat there multiple times a week. This last visit was horrible! They were out of one of the entrees we wanted which was fine i said id wait, well 20min later it finally came up....wasnt cooked fully. Thrown back on the grill. 10min later its finally, some blonde girl jumped in front of the girl getting my food and started grabbing some for her order, the lady helping me said "this lady has been waiting 30min" the blonde proceeds to say "Not my problem i have shit to do".
