Service and food were great at this 24hr Arby's. 2nd time I've been here and this was the case both times. Jamie deserves employee of the year, a raise, and potentially a promotion. Her work ethic and attention to detail led me to believe she was either the owner of the franchise or the cleaning crew contracted to clean the store. She was - I believe - finishing cleaning exterior windows when I arrived. The temperature was around 22 degrees at 0' dark 30 when I arrived. She greeted me, took my order, presented my food in a timely manner, and went outside to finish cleaning at least one exterior window. She also did some exterior maintenance with a large mat, etc. I had asked her before I received my food if the area I intended to sit was closed. She informed me it wasn't. As I ate, I marveled at how much she was doing as she was so meticulous about replacing tables and chairs. It's hard to get/find good help these days, which is what led me to my previous assumption. Out of curiosity of an answer to my assumption, I asked her if it was a corporate store or franchise. She informed me it was a franchise. I asked if she was the owner. She said "I'm not even a manager" to my complete and utter surprise. I legitimately just knew she was going to be an owner based on her work ethic and apparent level of care and pride she seemingly took with regard to the store. She's a keeper! read more

Service was good food was not. Ended up with food poisoning from what I believe was bad meat on the Greek gyro. Never had issues with Arby's food before, but was so sick I probably will never eat it again read more

Don't waste your time here if you're leaving the bars or maybe leaving an event at midnight. I pulled up just before midnight to be told that their "system" has to update and it will be several minutes before they can take my order. What a joke, who in their right minds sets a system up like that. That's something that should be done after bars have closed for the evening. Not at midnight. What an absolute joke. One of the few that serve breakfast. I had a sausage egg and cheese that was great. Sausage was surprisingly spicy, in a good way. Everything was fresh. We loooove Arby's Market Fresh sandwiches which come on very fresh, flavorful bread. The deli meats are good quality. We really enjoyed the turkey and bacon and the corned beef Reuben. We stopped in after a long day at the zoo and running around it was like 8pm and the drive through was backed up so we went inside to grab a quick bite. Staff was nice, it was crazy to see a guy with few inch long painted nails at the register. He was nice I just know I could not function like that. We went to grab drinks and condiments, there were No cups for sauce and they were Out if ketchup. Floor was dirty, but not the worst. Food was ok, average fast food. read more

Second week in a row I've come in for breakfast. Last week I was ignored totally, this week I was greeted promptly and my order was taken. Then it took forever to get my food. It must be the area, because the Burger King across the street is the same way. Don't get fast food around Went in for lunch today. It's soooo damn expensive. I got the beef and cheddar bacon brisket. The ham was a good 80% fat!! I couldn't even bite into the ham it was so nasty and stringy. The Curley fries were dry and burnt and in little pieces. It's Arby's, so what do you expect? It is a fast-food joint but it does a pretty good job.......at selling meat. A couple weeks ago I indulged and went to this Arby's. I walked up to the counter to order and had to wait a good five minutes for the cashier to become available to take my order; which is something I'm not really used to. She was a nice, older lady. I got their pork belly sandwich, which was tasty and priced accordingly considering its generally a higher-priced piece of pork. My order came up really fast too. All in all, it's Arby's. You get good sandwiches full of meat from a fast food joint. I'll probably wonder back in here in a while to indulge. read more

Stopped by here for a quick lunch in the drive thru after a meeting at the MAC. Service was very slow for the small order I had. I always check the bag before pulling away but I was in a hurry and drove back to work and sat down and was missing my fries. The food was ok but didn't seem as fresh as other Arby's locations in CB. I called them to see if they could just refund the fries over the phone with my CC info and receipt and they said I had to come back with the receipt which is understandable. I realize we are talking about fast food here but my expectation is that I get what I pay for and it should be part of their process to check the bag to ensure items payed for are in the bag before they hand it to you. I'm not in this area often but if I am I would likely not return. read more

This was a bust horrible customer service and the fries were super cold. Unfortunately we got in late and it was the only option for choice as a place to eat. It was clear they were short staffed one cook and cashier that both had an attitudes. We couldn't go back to get fresh fried as the hotel shuttle driver was getting off after dropping us back off at the hotel. I definitely won't be going back here. read more

This Arby's is connected to a truck stop. A classic roast beef sandwich and burly fries are super satisfying. I had some questions regarding how the roast beef is prepared (pregnancy questions) and the guy was not able to tell me much. My husband got a jamocha shake, which by the way does have caffeine even though we were told it was just a flavoring. We got our food quickly. Is open 24 hours. If you are dining inside, the PA can get a tad annoying. read more

Decent roast beef sandwiches, but their au jus is just plain disgusting. Comes in a pre-packaged powder and they add water when you order it. I have only tried the classic roast beef and pretty much taste the same as every other Arby's. If you're an au jus fan like I am, you will be disappointed. By the way, this Arby's is located in a gas station, so I guess I shouldn't really be expecting too much. Only plus side, is that it's open 24 hours. read more

6pm not overly busy. Went through drive through, very friendly service, drinks ready when we got to the window, food followed quickly after. Order was prepared correctly. My husband was pleased with his food (classic roast beef). I wasn't overly thrilled with the bun my sandwich was on as it was rather dry and chewy. Fries were alright. Certainly not fresh and my soft drink was on the flat side. Overall it was edible but I probably wouldn't return if I had other options available. read more

went to the Arby's on South 24th Street ordered my sandwich I ordered all my items on the side so I could going to put my sandwich together myself because there not good at assembling the sandwich they brought my meat out in a dirty Bowl when I asked about it they said they would put my meat into a clean Bowl instead of giving me fresh meat I decided to get my money back and called the corporate office to complain they never called me back even though they have a make it right policy but they never made it right read more

We walked in and missed the poorly marked directions on which way to go to order (due to covid) There was no one ahead of us, but the older lady with the leopard print mask still screamed out for us to go around. She was very short with us at the register, and the next two customers behind us. We got our food fast, but again due to covid there was a sign saying they will give us sauce. We hadn't been asked, so when the woman who delivered or food came out, she tried to drop and run. I asked if there was sauce in there, she said no, then sighed and asked what we wanted. We each told her, and she came back with 1 packet each, handed them to us, and left. We got out to the car, and saw that one of the sandwiches had more meat out of the bun than on it, and the cheese barely made it in the bun. AND they didn't give us napkins. How do you wait on an immunerable amount of customers and still answer the phone sincerely and talk to the person asking if you're stil open 24/7 during the pandemic? How are 3 people running their butts off waiting on an innumerable amount of drivethru customers while still being polite and patient and conversational while only providing made-to-order fresh, hot food? I don't know. BUT the staff here knew tonight and made feel feel appreciated with conversation, eye contact and a sense of urgency while still running 90 mph to get the non-stop drivethru customers taken care of!!! Midnight cravings during COVID-19 should take a quick trip to Arby's on S 24 ST in Council Bluffs to FEEL APPRECIATED while being waited on urgently and served food on the fly!!! (After all, it's only a 20 minute drive even from W Dodge ST.) These three made my day!!! (& my tummy's happy so I can sleep well!) My food was quick but the mozzarella sticks were cold and hard, my jalapeño poppers were dried out except for like 2 of them and the lady kept trying to pressure me into getting extra meat on the sandwich for some odd reason. I got home and brought the bag inside to throw it away And the bottom of the bag was all destroyed and chewed up like mice had gotten it.
