I live near the west end Panda Express but the food is not consistent at all. When the restaurant first opened the food was always the same, always pretty good. You never know if your going to have a good food day or an ehh food day. Heights location is always good! Worth the extra drive or extra fee to Uber. read more

I just wanna give these guys a major shout out. I stopped there Saturday after ordering online. My own fault that I forgot one item. They were packed and you can tell working as hard as they could to get everyone served. One lady was especially rude to them and they still served her with kindness and professionalism. We ordered some food and when we got home there was some food missing so we called in to talk to a manager who said we could come in and get the missing items. We didn't think it was all that time sensitive considering that they said we were fine to come get the items. When we did they told us our name had to be on a list and we weren't on a list so they couldn't do anything for us. I am writing corperate because employees are always messing up orders and it seems to not he that big of a deal which to me it is. It also seems like the food is not all that fresh either. I hope that they can get new managers that care about their customers because at this point we need to find someplace else to do take out. It seems like every time we go to this location no one cares about quality or correctness. My advice don't go here if you expect to get what you paid for. read more

Not gonna lie we literally just stopped in so I could grab a bag of fortune cookies. The line was crazy long and the food looked picked over (not very fresh) and the atmosphere seemed kinda cranky. On a postive, my favorite thing on the menu is Kung pao. I always get a kids meal. Plenty of food read more

Been here enough to know not to come to the lunch rush yet I did today to see if things were any better. They weren't. Staff was unprepared and out of half of the food items by 12:05, wanted to upcharge me for the 3 walnut shrimp left, never gave me my crab rangoon, and charged me anyway for the shrimp despite not getting it anyway. This is perhaps the worst Panda Express I have been to. I travel coast to coast for work and unfortunately live where this is my only option for panda express. They routinely stop preparing major menu items more than an hour before close, and the employees go out of their way to make sure you know that ordering your dinner is putting them out. One employee, Addy, is clearly the master and has taught the rest of them their horrible customer service skills. There is a panda express in the heights on main Street that is amazing with great food and great happy employees. Go there and avoid this one like that plague! read more

I love Chinese food, and try different Chinese restaurants constantly. However, I always return to Panda Express. I was the first customer on a Saturday morning at 10:30 as soon as they opened their doors. A few of the entrees weren't up quite yet, but they were being put out as I watched, so everything was steaming and fresh. I ordered the "Bigger Plate" for take-out, with all three entrees being the Honey Walnut Shrimp. (That stuff is amazing and I crave it constantly!) Adelene V was friendly, helpful and very efficient. She asked if I wanted my third entree in the container with the rest of my meal, or in a separate box. I asked her to please fit it into the main container if possible, and she did a great job. At other Panda Express locations they just put the third entree in a separate little box automatically, without asking, and it is a hassle to mess with it. I usually end up with sauce all over me and have sticky fingers throughout the rest of the meal. The entrees and chow mein noodles were cooked to perfection. Everything was hot and freshly prepared, and even though it took a few minutes for me to drive home to eat, it still tasted as good as if I had eaten it right there at the restaurant. Panda Express was WAY better when they first opened. The past 3 times I have gone something has been wrong and I go back to give it another try and it never works out. Either my food isn't cooked, my cookie has no fortune in it, or they give me the wrong food. Not having fully cooked food makes me not want to eat the rest of my meal obviously. Pulling up to the drive thru, there were only 3 cars in front of me. I waited 14 minutes before reaching the ordering speaker. When greeted I was asked to wait even longer before ordering. I waiting another 4-5 minutes before the worker came back to take my order. I waited a total of 20 MINUTES before even paying for my food. The guy at the payment window did NOT have a smile on his face, or seemed like he was happy to be working there. This time is RIDICULOUS. Not only should I have maybe gotten a discounted price for the long wait, or maybe a fountain drink to make up for SOMETHING. The food was subpar, but that's to be expected from a fast food Chinese place. The reason for the 2 stars was the service. It takes a lot for me to get irritated so when it took a while to order I didn't think anything of it. When the girl got on the speaker she was extremely rude. I chalked it up to being busy after all it is dinner rush. Then I got to the window and I was smiling asked how her day was going. She didn't say a word, not even my total (she said I'll have your total at the window when I ordered). She grabbed my card, said pull around and we'll find you when it's ready. I had been in before and that same girl who took my window was eating samples in front of the line of people. Anyways, 20 minutes later I was still waiting to be found. We ate there yesterday for the first in about a year and it has totally gone downhill. Food was cold, veggies were tough, beans and broccoli were not fresh, could hardly chew. Stopped by the grand ave location. They couldnt hear me through the drive through. I had to literally yell our order. I got the teriyaki chicken as usual and it was burnt. Really burnt. So burnt that whoever cut it up could not have possibly missed the fact that that the whole side was black. We're done. Never again. Got to be the worst Panda Express. I dined in most of the food was pretty much gone. I asked if they have sweet and sour chicken and was rudely told no we don't carry that. Your Heights store carries it but you don't she said yep. I had to wait 8 minutes for one of the items I ordered to be cooked said they bring it out to me when it was done which they forgot. My rice was cold. Drive thru employee with glasses is pissed off at another employee cursing throwing stuff around doesn't care if there are 13 customers around. 7 employees and a manager working and dining room is a mess but there to busy standing talking to one another. Food was ok, I ordered a sweet and sour chicken and I got way too much vegetables and barely any chicken. A customer came in angry from the drive thru because he requested something and overheard the worker complaining about him so he came in to confront the worker. I give him a lot of respect for standing up for himself. Even if he was wrong it's disrespectful for a customer service based employee to talk badly about a customer. After watching the employees get yelled at we seen three workers go on a smoke break right outside the window of the table we were eating at and it seemed so unprofessional and distasteful as a restaurant. read more

Typically, I enjoy my experience at Panda Express. Today a friend and I went there for lunch and decided to pick our meals up through the drive through. The woman at the window acted as though we were a bother to her instead of an important customer. I'm only 22 years old but customer service is very important to me whether I'm in a drive through or a sit down restaurant. In addition to the off-putting, almost rude employee, my friend and I sat in the car, waiting for our food, just to be told that we would be waiting longer because the kitchen had run out of a side dish that we had ordered. After receiving our food, my friend and I went and started to enjoy our meal-except that it was hardly enjoyable. The chow mien was mostly cabbage. The whole reason I get the chow mien is for the noodles-as they are the best part! In addition, the side I had waited extra time for was crammed into a tiny box, and looked different than a typical order. I didn't think much of it and continued to consume the lunch. Later tonight I wasn't feeling well-in fact I was downright nauseated. I decided to pass on dinner and go straight to bed. 2 hours later I was up puking my guts out. My friend was also experiencing some gastrointestinal issues of her own. I'm not sure what went on today at Panda Express but it was the only thing I ate, and the only thing my friend and I had in common to make us both sick. I would have waited longer for my food, so that you could cook whatever food borne illness out. We've eaten here twice as a family and I have to say that this is probably the best Chinese food in Billings at the moment. LOVE the spring rolls and cream cheese wontons! I don't eat meat but the fried rice is good and my family has enjoyed everything we've ordered here. Parking and access are no problem. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are spotless...always a plus to me. read more

Crap worst experience ever rude employee i think the name said stormie but not positive she was a tall white woman with brown hair and was very rude to me and my children.
