Probably the best Thai food in the downtown Billings area. Had spicy beef drunken noodles which was good despite not having the wider rice noodles I'm used to. Small portion but good flavor. It is a bit pricey for what you get. Lunch was $17 - $20 with tip.

Popped by for lunch because we were in the neighborhood when our Thai place lobby was still closed. Nice, bright place, fast service. We thought it was Chinese but now see it's fusion and they had a lot of options. We chose two lunch specials with pad Thai, a cashew chicken and a basil chicken. The plates weren't large, but plenty and the flavors were fresh and clean. A good, quick bite!

Been wanting to try this place for a while. To be honest, I was really disappointed. $10.95 for a small plate of rice with oversized pieces of raw veggies topped with tasteless chicken. Oh, and 3 cashews. And the egg roll got smaller and not very yummy. What a bummer.

Loves the egg rolls !!!

I think this was Phad Mahkeur, but not positive. Please correct me if my memory is failing me.

Horrible food. So nasty that we didn't eat what we ordered. Everything else was great. Atmosphere, service, prices. Everything. Just gross.

Recommended by friends. By far some of the best sweet and sour and orange chicken. The chicken seemed to be battered fresh

Good food. Excellent service and nice people. Authentic flavors. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the price v qty ratio.

The menu has many gluten and keto-friendly sushi-style items, wrapped like a burrito, or available as a salad. There are at least one or two items with chicken, but fish is the menu's main protein. That and the overall concept makes Rollin Ritos a unique food-truck. If you opt for the "rito", it won't come cheap, but it will be good and plenty of food. There are three sizes available depending on your hunger-level. What isn't available as a 'rito, is available as a taco on a corn tortilla. Most items come with a sriracha aioli, which brings together the flavors, but at times overwhelms them. On this visit, while minding my social distancing, I opted for the Ceviche Cup and the Shrimp Skewer. The cup was good, with large pieces of onion, cucumber and tomato, and some decent size pieces of scallops -- but light on the shrimp. It didn't matter because it was just enough to make it a lighter meal. On this, the aioli, although good, overwhelmed the flavor. As for the shrimp skewer, I probably won't get it again. It was dry, overcooked and had nearly zero flavor. If there was any flavor to the eel sauce, it was all on the wrapper or perhaps cooked into the coating and evaporated. Weirdly, the shrimp was so crunchy it was like having a side of chips with the ceviche, and in that way, it was a good combination. It's a change of pace, but not a cheap option.
