Poor service - Spend you money elsewhere. Went to this location between games. Doors were locked 15 minutes after open time. Employees saw us at the door but didn't even acknowledge us. Employees at panda express are very rude they never let you talk they always interrupt you in the middle of you sentences. the food is great but the costumer service is awful. i went through the drive thru the other day and immediately got attitude on the speaker when i was giving my order, and when i ordered chowmein they said it would take 5 mins so they asked if i wanted rice instead. when i said no they proceeded to say "okay youre getting rice, drive to the window." and i immediately told them i wanted chow mein and i got no answer! then i kept saying hello over and over and the lady on the speaker said "yes ma'am? what do you want?" and i just told them that i wasnt done with my order and she said "fine what do you want" and i finally said my order. at the window the lady just put her hand out without saying anything so i assumed she was reaching for my card? so i gave it to her and she slammed the window, at this point i just thought i was overthinking everything. then she gave me my drink and said "drive to the front. BYE BYE!!!" and made the most bizzare eye contact waving goodbye and rolled her eyes when she closed the window, i was in disbelief. when i rolled up to the front i waited a good 5 mins and saw a young employee walk to his car for a break i assume and 10 minutes later he went back inside. he came out to my car with the wrong order and very apologetically asked for my receipt and proceeded to tell me they havent even started on my order. he went back in and brought my food in a matter of minutes and apologized for the trouble. the lady at the speaker was a somewhat short middle aged lady with an accent, my receipt said her name was miranda. i understand having a rough day but why would you insist giving someone rice instead of chowmein like they ordered and never make the order considering theyre waiting in the front? why make it difficult for everyone else and why let a young employee take accountability for something you foolishly and selfishly did? read more

The order was promptly taken and delivered quickly. The food was fresh, hot and delicious, but not too hot. I love the chicken mushroom dish. It's my go to dish. The staff was polite. I went thru the drive thru. It was after 2:00 pm so the lunch rush was over. read more

This Panda Express is usually not very busy, but even when they are they work quickly (as long as the customer in the front of the line has actually ordered at a restaurant in their lives)! I realize that your first time in a panda express may be a little daunting or confusing with all the choices that you have available to you. However I often see many customers in these lines when lines are long that just don't get it. The employees do everything they can to help them give them suggestions and move them along but for some reason every time I go inside I seem to be behind one of these persons! But let's get to the real reason for a yelp post. This location is always clean bright the employees are friendly and the food is fresh and hot. I have never disliked something that I've ordered there. And on the few occasions where it hasn't been up to par the staff was quick to fix it with fresh food. So we were on a road trip and looking for something to eat and keep going. Unfortunately nothing opened until 11am. I told my husband to stop by this Panda express location and it was 10:35am when I walked in. They had foods ready but the cashier had not come to work yet so they could not take my orders. I told them I'll wait in the car. A couple minutes later a very nice lady came out to the parking lot and asked if we were on the road trip and she could take my orders or something like that. I was happy to come back in with some cash. I got foods and a large drink and THEY DID NOT TAKE MY MONEY. They also apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you so much, not just for the meal that you gave us, but for your customer service quality. You valued customer's time and did the best that you can, and we appreciated it!! read more

I have been eating Panda Ex forever and I like their food. The attitude of the manager in this location was everything they teach not to do for customer service. First, the server made a big deal for an extra plate for sharing and insisted I take a small plate. I am certain he was acting under the instructions of the manager. Next, we had a drink with us which we were sipping with the food (which was quite good). I have done this numerous time in multiple Panda Express. In the past I asked the Panda Express and they uniformly said its ok, especially since they did not serve beer or wine. This manager claimed that we cannot do this because of health department regulations. We asked them to show the sign (all golf courses display one) and he said they do not post signs!! He has lost me permanently and I recommend you go to other locations. I noticed many other customers had the same experience here. read more

The "back ground music" was so loud that the people behind the counter could not hear you order unless you yelled. When I complained to the Manager he said he was not allowed to turn it down. The employees laughed that i complained. I asked for a number to complain ant was told it was on the ticket. The phone number on the ticket was an automated number for a survey. They got the order wrong (because they could not hear you talking). Other people left also due to the loud music also. The food we did get was not up to Panda Express we have had in the past. I thought the service was prompt and courteous. The food was delicious. the Kung Pao chicken had just the right flavor and heat. I also enjoyed the Orange chicken and especially the Honey Walnut shrimp. read more

Was feeling run down the other night and had a jonesing for panda, didn't want to cook. Pulled up and the doors were locked 10 minutes before closing time. The fat girl locking the other door started laughing, thought it was funny. I won't be back to this or any other location. Lost a customer for life. Good job, chuckles. read more
