    Take out menu

I think this is one of the most flavorful Chinese food I've ever had. I had beef and broccoli and my friend had a shrimp dish. It comes with your choice of soup, egg rolls and the egg drop soup was honestly one of the best I've had. They serve it in the restaurant in "to go" containers, which is OK, because you need to take the rest home. I'll be going back and would recommend it. Only a few people seated late lunch, but plenty of people there for take-out.

Still love Rose Garden Paradise location. Prices went up but food is still very good.

This is only the second time I've been to this restaurant but each time they are very friendly we ordered ahead and by the time we got there, the food was actually ready when they said it would be so that's always a big plus. The food was very good and the five of us two adults and three children all really enjoyed it and definitely will come back here and if you get a chance, try them up.

Dragon and Phoenix (comes with rice) and soda - A Chinese takeout meal includes shrimp with broccoli, chicken in sauce, rice in a box, a soda, and a white cup with a lid.

Pretty good find and I will definitely try to check out Rose Garden again! It was a pretty busy weekend day for me! I had been out of my home since 7:30am and had appointments back to back that I didn't have anything to eat/drink until 4:30pm other than a Starbucks mocha Frappuccino and cheese danish that I ate a little before 8am. I had another appointment at 5:30pm and was early in the area..so I basically just chanced my luck and pick Rose Garden to eat because it was one of the two restaurants in the big lot that I happened to pull into. I was pleasantly surprised by a large menu of Chinese food (granted, I rarely ate American Chinese food these days....ok..minus some Panda Expres habit that I hadseveral years ago). I didn't know what to pick and ended up picking Dragon/Phoenix (I had no idea what it was..but it looked like some combo of 2 meats...so I just randomly picked it out). I was pleasantly surprised that it seemed they had cooked my meal for me fresh to order (I waited around 10 min...and it was all good for me!). I also liked that they had quite a large place for you to sit (everyone ordered at the same window whether you want to pickup or eat in). All their eat-ins are self-serviced....so no one is there to bother you. Plus, they trust you enough to equip you with utensils, sauces, napkins for you to grab on your own..which was nice. What's more was...I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh, hot and tasty the meal was. Turned out Dragon Phoenix is a combo of lightly spicy orange chicken and Shrimp with veggie white sauce...yumm!! I knew I was hungry...but I ended up eating half of the meal in one go! (and their order is quite huge!). It wasn't so much because it was because I was hungry..but also because the food tasted good that I couldn't really stop myself from eating! Overall, very happy I tried this place..and I would think of stopping by this place again if I'm looking for something to eat around this area!

Even though its a small parking lot in a strip plaza. Fresh hand pulled noodles are good, which were a little soft for my personal preference, but still good. It may sound strange but things with pork will taste porky. My girlfriend doesn't like pork, but can eat it, but she ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings and it was too porky for her. For me, it tasted just right because this is the flavors I grew up with. The dumpling dough had a nice texture that I prefer. My Ramen had a big fatty pieces of pork which is what I like. They didnt skimp. It was a good bowl of noodle soup. Wouldn't say its the best ramen I ever had, but it was good. Beef roll was good, I would say its one of the better ones I've seen in ABQ where its really filled with beef. Would recommend this. We also got soup dumplings and I will say that we didnt get the proper spoons for them. At first I thought they just didnt offer them, but looking at photos, we never got them. It makes a difference for your eating experience and enjoyment. We will definitely be back as this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area and you really get some real Chinese variety and not your basic generic stereotypical menu.

There is a good variety & selection on the menu. We ordered our usual go tos: pork shumai, shrimp har gow, pan fried chives, chinese broccoli, beef rice noodle, baked egg tart, mushroom shumai, steamed chicken feet, curry rice noodle roll, sweet tofu. The food was great and made us feel like we had made it back to Houston Asia town again. Our 2 honorable mentions were the baked egg tart which was crispy and the sweet tofu which was a perfect balance of sweet and flavor. This is the only place we've found so far that has these 2 items on the menu. There were many other items that we wanted to try but could not this visit because we were stuffed - next time. My only negative was that the shrimp har gow was a little bit on the gummy side. I would give a 4.5 star rating because of this, but since that's not an option I'm happy to give them a 5 star review because it was barely an issue. Everything else was good! We're so happy to have a place that carries some hard to find asian food items that we miss. The service was friendly and attentive and there was a good vibe. The restaurant looks well-maintained and clean. Highly recommend this place.

We would get Dim Sum in Flushing, NY and I have nothing but great memories from it. So! When I found out this spot brings out the carts for Dim Sum - I ran over! We went for Saturday brunch and it was empty. I ordered for the table. The chicken feet really stood out to me and were delicious. I will say...they advertise it is homemade...but I'm not too sure. The soup dumplings definitely had a precooked frozen packaged texture / flavor - similar the ones you can get from the grocery store. BUT! Overall: we had a fantastic experience. The family was very friendly. I think they were surprised how much I ordered. I was excited and happy. And yes, we finished it all lol If you've never had Dim Sum then you MUST come here for the experience alone. They bring out the carts and you pick what you'd like. This is a great way to spend BRUNCH with a large group. Forget the American brunch and try the Chinese one! It's a new experience and will be fun.

The food tasted ok..but I appreciated the kindness of the staff and their service mindedness. I really wished they had more selection of food though. For example, I was hoping their would have fried taro paste in birds nest (ok..I know..this one is really chinese), or even custard buns (this one..I was surprised they didn't have), or..even chicken feet (ok..I don't eat these anyways but hey..it's a testament to what dimsum place would look like). But otherwise, if you arelooking to take someone to try dimsum and aren't so put off by the ambience (the place is quite unassuming..but was fine to me), this id probably a more authentic dimsum place in ABQ to me (granted the sign on the street was a Lil too much of an acclamation of NM's state of dimsum)!

It was so good last year that we actually had a conversation with the owner about them being from San Francisco, after I told him it was the best Chinese food I've had in America outside of San Francisco. Well, that has changed significantly, and not for the better. We made a trip down from Santa Fe this week, specifically to eat at Noodle Works. Yes, we drove over an hour each way on Monday just to eat here. What a mistake! It was clear the General Tzo chicken was microwaved and not fresh fried. It was absolutely inedible! Mall food court Chinese is better than this dish was. Strange because almost exactly 1 year ago their General Tzo's dish was among them best I've ever tasted. I know this dish is not authentic, but to serve pre-fried then microwaved chicken is inexcusable! The Singapore Noodle dish this time was incredibly dry. The curry was more like a dry rub stuck to the noodles than it was a real curry sauce. Again... mall food court quality. Another dish that used to be amazing here. The crab in the crab rangoon was so fishy you could smell it before it was even delivered to the table. It had clearly sat out unrefridgerated during prep for far too long. It was inedible, or of fear of getting food poisoning... they did take it off of our bill. We are so disappointed in how bad the quality has fallen off in the last year! We loved them so much in the past that we will give them one more try, but we will not be making a special trip down from Santa Fe to eat here again. We REALLY hope they get their act together because we really like the employees and owner and want to continue to support them. Management did apologize without being prompted for the slow service and poor quality food, so hopefully they know serious improvement is needed if they are to stay in business. We wish them the best because they are great people. Good luck!
