    Peach shake
    Marie S.

Came here to get a peach shake in August (after another location told me that it wasn't being offered anymore) and they delivered and understood the assignment. The drive thru line was a little long on a weekday afternoon mid-day, but the line went fast and service was friendly. The peach shake was so good! Creamy, with a subtle hint of sweetness and good prices. No complaints here.

I'm off the mindset that you really just can't go wring with Chick-Fila. And this location further solidifies that opinion. I've visited twice and both times I've had fantastic customer service. The food was, of course, delicious and delivered in a timely manner. But what where they really went above and beyond was that I had an employee come by and check on me several times during my visit. He made sure I had everything I needed, that my drink was full and in general made sure I enjoyed my visit. I ordered through app, my order was correct and it was overall an excellent customer experience. It is always pleasant getting to dip in and patronize a Chick-Fila.

    Yuck!

Chic filet you have lost us as a customer.!! You would think with Raising Cains across the street that you would strive to do better not worse.!!! We got a salad today, no dressing was included! You know those hard pieces of lettuce that are not edible?! Our salads were full of it! Yuck! Terrible experience

There is a reason that Chik-fil-a is known for their friendly demeanor and fresh food. This location is no exception. Everything is fresh and fast yet always made correctly. As someone who eats Keto, the grilled chicken nuggets are a huge hit for me! They may look odd but they are so full of flavor! Same with the buffalo sauce! It is super yummy and healthy! I love that this location does a lot of community events too. It makes it a fun place for kids and families to go. They have movie nights as well as arts and crafts and theme nights. Everything is always clean here and the drive thru runs very efficiently during peak hours. Really love this location!

Ordered a spicy deluxe from them today and got spoiled lettuce in my sandwich. Extremely disappointed. Please check your sandwich's for rotten vegetables.

Let's start with I have never had a bad experience at Chick Fil A but this location stood out. Helpful staff quick service and the front still gave me a coupon for a free meal because they felt I had waited to long on my food. Im only visiting but I will hit this location again before I leave the city.

Always a good experience. I don't think I have ever had a bad Chick-fil-A experience. Employees were superb. Friendly, helpful and courteous. While dining in the restaurant we were checked on twice. Condiments were neatly organized and well stocked. They even had Purell wet wipes, which I was thankful for since I'm messy with the yummy Polynesian sauce. Bathrooms were spotless and the parking lot was easy to navigate even though it was shared with many other businesses. This one has a kids play area, which looked packed, so must be fun. :)

Came to grab lunch and of course with the popularity of Chick-fil-A there was a line in Drive Thru. I parked went and ordered carry out. Only thing I would have liked to have seen was the use of both lines in DT. They had cones set out but cars were just using the outside lane. The line backs up fairly quickly. Other than that everything was great. The food hot and fresh. Lex was awesome and so friendly at helping me out. Always a great experience.

They were the best salads I've ever tasted which I why I'm giving three stars instead of less. My mom ordered the 505 Cobb and they forgot her chicken which was frustrating after waiting for nearly an hour. However, they did make up for it by making her extra chicken! And their chicken was absolutely delicious!! I ordered Persephone's Lunch which was outstanding. I added chicken to it which made it nearly $20 for a bowl salad. We went with the Korean Chicken bites, the Margarita Flatbread, & the green chilli cheeseburger. The Chicken bites were terrible. Taste wasn't great at all, they were very very fried, but not in a good way. I love some good crunchy fried chicken but these just were not it! The flavor, the texture, none of it was right. The Margarita Flatbread was med. Taste was pretty good, but it was soggy and didn't hold up well at all. That said it was the best of the 3 things we did get. Unfortunately, that's not saying much..... The burger was okay also. Not bad by any means, but nothing special at all either....considering there's a burger place next door I thought the burger would be able to compete with the neighbor, but trust me if you want a burger, go next door! They don't put sauce on it at all, no nothing. Just straight up patty, cheese and bun. Only my 6 year old cousin eats like that.....I did add some mayo and ketchup, which helped, but still not a great burger.... The bun didn't add much for us either, even though it was baked in house with green chilli....A simple brioche would be better imo... The fries with the burger were actually the best single item of the experience. Their fries are really good! So good that I was going to eat every single one of them but instead my waiter just came and took my plate before I had finished the last 10 or so. No are you finished yet, or anything, just grabbed it, turned and left. I was so shocked I didn't even have time to say I'm not done with that. He left the crummy chicken bites we weren't eating though..... LOL Seriously don't touch my plate unless it's empty, or you ask first! Since it was a small amount I let it slide and didn't reduce his tip because the rest of the service was actually pretty good overall..... I definitely 100% will not be back here though, there's much better food in the area.

It includes some items I'd never tried before such as atole (blue corn porridge) and Pueblo-style enchiladas as well as some things more familiar to me like their beans/greens bowl (Fiesta Bowl). I follow a whole foods/plant-based diet and was eager to try nearly every single item on the menu (except for a few deep-fried items), so I actually made 3(!!) trips here during my three-day stay in Albuquerque, and I still didn't even try everything I wanted to. My favorite item was the Feast Bowl, which comes with the bean of the day (e.g. chickpeas or pinto beans), sautéed kale, fresh avocado, and quinoa. It is a smallish portion (good for me because I wanted to try multiple things) and really tasty. A little on the salty side. I ordered this multiple times and would add it to any meal. My next most favorite item was the lentil and green chile soup, which was the "daily kyu-nah" (daily stew) all three days that we went. It was sooo hearty and comforting and delicious, with potato chunks and other veggies and amazing flavor. The next shoutout goes to the tamales, filled with black beans and veggies. Delicious enough for me to order repeatedly. I also loved the atole, a warm and lightly sweetened porridge made from blue corn. A bit reminiscent of cream of wheat. I had a hard time deciding between this and the blue corn waffles which also looked fantastic. I love that they serve breakfast all day. The green omega smoothie was tasty, and I appreciated that it came in a small or large size. The only dish I didn't particularly enjoy was the Pueblo-style enchiladas. It is a single enormous thick whole wheat wrap folded up with kale and zucchini inside. The wrap was infused with red chile powder, and it was extremely salty and rather dry, although the veggie filling was nice. Some of my friends liked this dish, but it wasn't for me. Overall, I loved this restaurant and could have eaten every meal of my trip there. Next time I come to Albuquerque, I'll probably try to stay within walking distance of Itality so it's even easier to go over and over. Genius. I had the tamale platter. I haven't had a tamale in ages, they are rarely a vegan option, so this was a real treat and they are delicious here. It's smothered it in green chile sauce and comes with a side of that damn fry bread. I added a side of guac to make it even more extra. Sadly, we found kind of a mixed bag. First, the standout items. The margaritas were fantastic; some of the best we've had in the USA and extremely generous. The pinto bean sides were some of the best we've had since returning to the States in 2013. Perhaps not quite as great as those of the shuttered El Cotorro but still stellar. Next, the tacos. We tried only two of the several tacos on offer - The El Pastor and the Pescado. Both were served in what was called "corn tortillas" but these differed from virtually any corn tortillas we've ever had in Mexico or elsewhere. They were at least twice as thick as your typical corn tortilla found in just about all Mexican taco places in Mexico and elsewhere. The consistency and taste were quite different from your normal corn tortilla also. In fact, they really didn't seem to have much taste at all, of corn or anything else. Now to the fillings. At the aforementioned El Cotorro, the meat for the Al Pastor tacos was cooked on a vertical rotating spit which was the only way we ever saw it cooked in Mexico. The meat La Reforma used in their al pastor tacos was more chunky and way drier than any we ever had in Mexico or at El Cotorro. It didn't taste similar to any al pastor tacos were ever had in Mexico. It also kind of seemed like it wasn't cooked recently whereas in Mexico you can watch the cook with a large knife carve off the meat from the vertical spit right in front of you. Usually the time between the carving and it sitting in front of you is under 10 seconds. The fish taco at La Reforma was disappointing. The fish resembled a fish stick but one without much flavor. We wouldn't order it again. We gave the mini-churros a try for dessert. Because they were so small, they were way crispier than your typical regular-sized churro. We might return but we'd skip the al pastor and the fish tacos and try some of the other tacos. But we strongly suggest that they dump their current "corn tortillas" because they're not that good. Way too thick and virtually tasteless. Lo siento. Kudos for the margaritas and the beans. The rest of what we tried didn't live up to the recent glowing review in the ABQ Journal.
