This place is close to my house so I come here but usually a bunch of kids and nothing is done quickly. You can use drive up and they still don't have your order ready. Expect to wait a while maybe an extra 10 minutes be fore your order is up. Someone get a real manager for this place. I like the basket of fries, but sometimes the kids just put a small amount. The drive thru service at this particular location has deteriorated over the past several months. On 3/25/23, I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru and I had one car a head of me. I had to repeat my order 2xs, at the 1st window the girl rattled off two orders that were not mine and then I had to repeat my order for a third time. I received my order and went home to find out the drink was wrong and no straw in the bag. I drove back to the store and spoke with the manager. After I explained what happened, she handed me an empty cup to get my drink. So I had to correct their mistake. Then on top of it, she offered up no apology for the mistake. So if you're driving through Bernallio/Rio Rancho NM, keep driving to another McDonalds. read more

Quick, fresh, and decent. You really can't go too wrong with McDonald's. This was a fairly quick and efficient one. These guys were on top of their game. They got my order out quick and it was actually correct! The food was fresh like it just came off the grill and deep fryer (fries). I burnt the roof of my mouth that's how fresh it was! I was on my way to the casino and figured I wanted something quick and fast so I came here since it was on the way. The prices are fair. The new spicy McNuggets. Oh boy! They are a huge site for sore eyes. I feel like they should've done this a LONG time ago! The new pumpkin and cream pies are also something not to stray away from either! What a joke. When you pull into the drive thru they first ask you if you're using the mobile app. This determines your priority. It happened to me yesterday. When I replied no ma'am I'm not using the mobile app , they proceeded to take order of three other drivers in the next line over. I just watched as three other drivers zoomed on by leaving me at the order board. It wasn't until I blew the horn, that they came back on. BTW the mobile app isn't all that great. Sometime it won't even allow you to check in and pick up your order. You have to call the store and tell them the app isn't working. Gee wiz. read more

Visited this McDonald's location after a hiatus of two years. I came hungry on Friday night, 12/18/2020. I'd heard rumors of McRib's triumphant return, but only for a limited time. I fondly remembered the McRib, but my memory had faded to just knowing I had enjoyed it many years in the past. Inside dining closed to everyone, so our only options were drive-thru or outside delivery in parking spaces 1-5. We chose outside delivery in space 2. Ordering on the application allowed us to buy large fries for only $1. Since it had been eons since I had had a McRib, and I was very hungry, I ordered 3 and the wife had 1. I think our poor server thought there were four people in the car and was surprised to find only 2 of us. They forgot the catsup so he went back inside and I tipped him when he returned. Needless to say, the McRib(S) were as tasty as I remembered and the onions, and dill pickles really complemented the bbq sauce and juicy, boneless pork. McDonald's fries I think are some of the best in fast food and I'm never disappointed. I asked the server how long McRib would last, and he told me until the end of December. We might visit here again right after Christmas. Who knows how long it might be before I can have another McRib once 2021 is born! read more

Every time I come to this location the employees are rude. Today crossed a line. A lady with tragically green nails with the dreadful name of Erin on her tag shoved my drink into my hands causing the lid to pop up a little and spill over the side. Erin didn't seem to care or maybe she didn't notice and proceeded to shove my food bag into my hand and in the process smashed my nugget box open and spilled my fries and nuggets in my bag. I'm working on my own anger management and it took everything in me not to launch my food and drink back at this repugnant hired hand. Mustn't you shove food and drink lest you want it shoved back. I was visiting from CA and I felt the service was slow. The lady who took my order had to open a roll of quarters, and took her time unrolling them. It would quicker to pull out my change and finish unrolling them after the transaction. Another lady made my milkshakes and took her time doing it. In all it took around 7 minutes to get 2 chocolate shakes. That's appalling by CA standards. Good milkshakes, though. The menu board was horrily boring looking. Sterile black isn't going to catch my attention. It's a nice place to sit in the air conditioning after a long drive. However it gets cold fast. It seems like they have the air on full blast because it's hot outside. It didn't take long for my friend's order to get cold. The music playing was Bon Jovi Dead or Alive, so no complaint there. My friend ordered a fish sandwich. The fillet of fish is very small and like eating dough with yellow paste and reconstituted fish. His order was fast. But it wasn't necessarily food. read more

This place will get your order wrong every time. I can't even tell you how much money I've lost because of their incompetence. They're either the scum of the earth, or they don't even speak English. I eat at this location often. I just ordered a filet o fish and a double quarter pounder. The filet o fish had to have been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour, it was inedible. I mean literally tough, the bun was so dried out it was hard to tear by hand. I am sure they would have made it right had I called them, but I am not going to spend 45 minutes going back and forth for a sandwich . I went through the drive through at this location on 528, used the app and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. What I got was 1 hamburger with just mustard and a cheeseburger just ketchup. Being at work at this time I called and their phone constantly had a busy signal. So I went back a few hours later to get the order corrected and the woman manager refused to do anything about it. After complaining to McDonald's online, I received 3 exact form emails from 3 different people saying how sorry they were but of course they never once offered to make it right. This location has screwed up before giving us cheeseburgers with no meat!! I shouldn't of gone back but it's so close to work but will use the other Bernalillo location by the freeway in the future. I went through the drive-through on November 30, 2019 and while I was waiting for my food at the second window a young lady was making drinks for other customers and then I watched her drop the ice scoop to the ground and then pick it up and put it back into the ice. When I asked her if she did that she gave me instant attitude and said yes ma'am I will clean it don't you worry. As a customer I find is very disgusting and as someone that has worked in the food industry I know how dirty floors can be and I think that this is just wrong and when asked about it the attitude was unnecessary. read more

Wasting time, money, gas, etc. The management is rude, Courtney is especially rude as well as her mother who's is also the store general manager. He could not give me the order i placed with my phone and wanted me to re-order it at 2 times the cost. I left the store without any food. 2 days later the charge posted to my account. I have filed a claim with my credit card to take away the FALSE charge they put onto my account. I will now file complaints with the FTC and the BBB you thiefs! read more

Drive through crew @ McDonalds on 528/ Enchanted Hills didn't have their act together today. I went for the promotion item "French fry fork". The gal taking my order said they were out. I decided I didn't want the meal without the promo item. So I just ordered the sandwich. While paying I asked the man when the promo item would be back in stock. He said "we have them but you would have to order the meal". I explained I asked while ordering or I would of ordered the meal. I asked if I could change it and he explained he couldn't. While picking up my food I explained I was disappointed about the situation. She said they were out of the French fry fork. I said the first window said you had them. She just said" I don't know". Really!! Are employees taught any customer service skills at all. Are they informed about promotions before starting their shift. This is my community McDonalds, other locations are much further. With that being said, I feel as if this location needs major intervention. My community is stuck with awful service, wrong orders, unacceptable food. I've boycotted this location for about a year to after almost getting into hooks over hot mustard sauce with a rude employee (needed to avoid going to prison). Luckily they have a high turn around on workers, I recently went back because of convenience and it's still the same. 9 times out of 10 there is something wrong with my order, served to me with an entitled attitude. Don't get me wrong, there are about a handful of people that work the window that know what customer service is and it's only because of them I've chosen to give this location chance after chance to get it together. I call when I get a large coffee filled half way, or missing half my order, but the manager never cares. I'm lucky to get an apology. I just called the corporate number to speak with a customer service rep, I began to tell her how this location needs training and help, but she transferred me to a survey while I was still talking. Time to boycott! I despise poor customer service and greedy corporations and McDonalds is exactly that. read more
