Talk about your customer service. Look I'm not complaining to get my meal paid for, I'm complaining cause I want my food to 1) come out right 2) to come out hot and 3) to come out with the sauce saucey and not curdled.... So The food itself was.... Well to be honest I'd have better luck having my five yr old cook this at home, also I would like to eat WITH my family and friends that I brought with me. Like eat together. I know a crazy concept but to have to watch them eat while I wait for my food then to have them watch and wait for me to eat cause I waited so long isn't the "good time" we came to enjoy. All in all the overall experience combined with the price is 2/10 for me. I could've had a better time at a McDonald's drive thru than this. You all gotta do better. We're trying to survive out here which we're barely managing to do and we decided to splurge and we picked you guys to do it with and if I knew the service, the experience and the food was gonna be less than mediocre we would've just eaten frozen tv dinners. Cause honestly that probably would've been a better experience. You know during covid pandemic the quality went down and restaurants got away with it. But we're no longer living in those times so it's time to step it up again. Quality has got to maintain a 10. Treat every night like it's opening night, ya know. Terrible experience today for lunch... Mongolian beef was TERRIBLE! More onions than beef and far too much sugar in a sauce that I don't even recall being super sweet. To make matters worse, the specialty appetizer I specifically came for was not available! It's on the sign outside and sitting at the table... Do better! Waitress was kind. We hadn't been to Changs in years so we thought we'd switch it up from our normal spot and try this. It was a big let down from the food side. The service was wonderful. But everything beyond that was med. The dynamite shrimp is okay, but severely lacking some sweeter flavor. The entrees we got the crispy honey chicken and changs spicy chicken. Both were okay but just seemed to be lacking some flavor. I definitely won't be back for either of those or the app....the noodles also sucked. The fried rice was probably the best overall food we had quality wise.... there's much better Asian food close by for half the price. read more

I love eating at P.F. Chang's! Their menu is clearly labeled with gluten-free options, and they always take proper precautions when preparing the food. Everything comes out hot, fresh, and delicious. I love coming here in Albuquerque -- I come at least once a month for pick up, sometimes dine in. The food is fresh, well made, employees friendly. I usually get the sesame chicken -- my favorite. Love the sauce! Last time I had an issue with my order when placing it through GrubHub, PF Chang's did not have to help but they were so incredibly helpful, Tammy in particular helped me so much and saved the day! She did not have to help me but she did! Love PF Chang's, will come here as long as it remains as good as it is. I love spicy Chinese food and their sesame chicken is my perennial favorite. We are here for lunch and thing went south almost from the start. The main lights were not working so the dining area was very dark. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to even read the menu. We both ordered the lunch specials with egg drop soup, spicy chicken, Mongolian beef, and fried rice. The egg drop soup was the worst i have ever had. Almost nothing but broth and the merest specks of the egg strands that are normally a dominant part of such a soup. The Mongolian beef was very tough. This was very disappointing since it normally is quite good. My spicy chicken and the fried rice were both fairly decent, but initially they brought me the wrong dish. PF Chang used to be a place we would go for exceptional Chinese food- but on this visit- at this location- it was a sad and frustrating dining experience. read more

So I came in here after minor eye surgery. Wanted to just relax a bit, get some good food before heading home. Things started good, as I walked in and was greeted, and ask where the restroom was. I sat myself at the bar, was greeted within minutes after sitting. Got a food and drink menu, the female bartender let me know the specials on the drink and some appetizers for happy hour. After a bit I ordered my drink, fast and delicious. Then I ordered my food, after a few sips. Then, after a awhile a guy came on shift for the bar. Didn't say hi, didn't greet me, and also while looking at the premade juice he took his finger put it in the juice and got out a seed from a lime. After a while the female bartender let me know she would be leaving and handing me over to him. Ok, fine. She said by to the guy and he said, "I'm hoping to go home." Hmmm? My food was ready, he brought it out, verified that is what I ordered and gave me some soy sauce and turned around and walked away. Didn't asked if I wanted anything else. Strike 2. I'm eating my food and not once did he ask how the food was. It's a 3-5 min rule for me. I used to be a waitress. Then I watch him make drinks that were ordered. He makes them, gets them ready, then a few min later I see him take a swig of whatever was left from one of the drinks that he made. I think it was wine in a small bottle for wine spritzer. Ok, strike 3, no tip for you. Food was good, portions were good enough to have some taken home. Place was clean including the restroom, Lighting, music were fine, they had the Olympics on which was nice to watch. I get that we all have bad days and wish we didn't have to work, food service is hard but you are there to provide a service and be on your best even when you don't want to be. So picking things out with your fingers, saying you wanna go home, not greeting customers and asking how they're food is and then drinking some alcohol regardless the amount. 2 stars , and only because the rest of the place was good. read more

This restaurant is about thirty minutes from our house, on the I-25 way. Wife and I visited here on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 6:45 PM. We had reservations but were about ten minutes early and waited by the front door. They sat us at exactly 6:45 PM, at a table to the left of the front door. This place contained no empty tables from the time we arrived until we left. The packed place seemed even more impressive considering the size of the dining room! Observing all this, we had high hopes. We both ordered cocktails. She the Kyoto Bloom ($13) with gin, sake, elderflower liqueur, strawberry, lime, and club soda. I had the Lucky Lotus ($13) with coconut rum, nigori sake, lemon, cane sugar, and cream. My cocktail consisted of a glass of ice with a little liquid. On top of that, it had a watery consistency! What I tasted seemed just okay but disappeared way too quickly. On the other hand, my wife LOVED hers and wanted me to reverse engineer that cocktail for her at home. I tasted hers and it was way better than mine and actually had liquor in it. We ordered an appetizer of dynamite shrimp ($13.50). The tempura battered shrimp were tossed with some sriracha aioli and came on a bed of crispy, vegetable strips. This appetizer contained lots of large, crispy shrimp with great spicey flavors and even the vegetable strips were fresh and delicious. I ordered a plate of the Singapore Street noodles ($15.50) as my main entree. These thin rice noodles were topped with chicken, shrimp, onion, vegetables, and a light curry sauce. The noodles were dry and stringy as was the chicken. Shrimp were just okay, but the entire dish didn't have much flavor even after huge helpings of soy sauce and hot oil were lathered over the top. My wife didn't enjoy her signature Lo Mein Beef ($15) whatsoever and stated she had better Chinese at Panda Express. PF Chang's is, and always will be, highly Americanized, Chinese food. You can get much better Chinese at smaller, non-chain, mom and pop, Chinese restaurants. If you want authentic, inexpensive Chinese food in Albuquerque, try a restaurant called Budai Gourmet Chinese restaurant. Read my Yelp review on it dated 2/27/2022. If you visit here, stick to experimenting with the cocktails and try the appetizers. The main entrees are average at best and blah at worst. Idk about inside the restaurant but if you doordash or uber the food you portion is comical. 5 bites and the main meal was done leaving nothing but white rice. I had like 5 pieces of broccoli in the beef and broccoli with like 5 pieces of meat. Egg drop soup had vegetables in it and zero flavor. My egg roll was a burnt crisp. Any decent person would have never of served this meal to thier own mother. I loved the PF changs in St. Louis and I can say I will never order or visit this location again. I've always liked the food at P.F. Chang's however, the quality seems to be trending down over the last few years while the prices keep trending up. The Chang's spicy chicken is good and the Japanese old-fashioned is a good choice for a cocktail if you like drinks that are booze forward. My first time here! Loved the ambiance, very well decorated and gives a great atmosphere for date nights . The menu is on the pricey side but does deserve the extra prices with the quality. Like many chain restaurants, P. F. Chang's remains "most likely to be just okay". Once upon a time, I thought that their lettuce wraps were life changing but they now sit in the not bad but not good category. I went with family from out of town but only because they wouldn't agree to something of my choosing. Anyone else have that problem with their small town family, I'm over here like let me show you the world and they're like nah let's go to "insert mediocre chain here". You just can't find amazing food at these places. Don't get me wrong, they're usually consistent and sometimes we crave consistency. Overall, the food was just bleh and not what I would have chosen. Delicious meal at P.F. Chang's! The Orange chicken is delicious, the chicken is tender and has a decent amount of citrus flavor. It comes with a side of rice and you can do fried rice or lo me in for an up charge as well. Prior to my meal I also got the Kung Pao dragon roll hopefully you can see in the pictures how amazing it looked. The roll itself is a California roll but up top it is covered with crunchy tempura crushed peanuts and individual slices of seared Ahi. The flavor of the smoke thats in the dish they bring it out in kind of stays on the Ahi and tasted weird but after letting it sit for a bit that dissipates. It was so good to have p.f Chang's again, since we don't have many where I live. We had two meals here, dinner with our excellent waitress Valerie! She made it so wonderful, she was a joy! Food was great as usual. Honey chicken and chicken lettuce wraps are the bomb! We came for lunch the following day and unfortunately did not get to see Valerie again. I went to lunch here a couple of days ago and yes I regretted it. The food had no flavor. I'm really disappointed in the Asian inspired restaurants who have Americanized their food. It had no flavor nothing Asian about it. If they put the effort in the food to make it as authentic as the waiter's clothes it would have been great. The atmosphere was fine. I'm just wondering why all the dishes only appear to be Asian . I ordered the Mongolian beef special I received about eight pieces and I do mean about....i think it was actually six pieces and a whole heaping of cut shallot stems. If you want to eat Asian food do not come here unless you're bringing your Asian seasonings with you and please leave them for the kitchen. How could anyone mess up egg drop soup? The fried rice appeared to be good but once you put it in your mouth...nothing. If I would have been blindfolded I would have sworn it was just white rice. Do better. read more
