We ordered two big plates delivered to our home. Only 1/2 our order was delivered. I called the store and they told me to bring my receipt in and they would refund the missing items. They did not offer to send the missing items or to correct the order. Terrible service. read more

Got a bigger plate with two sides of orange chicken and asked for broccoli beef as the third. Lady said it would be 5 minutes so I waited and when they brought it out it was pretty much all broccoli and a couple pieces of beef. When I asked if they could add beef they refused and said that was the serving... I don't usually leave reviews, but felt weird that they were being so stingy with the beef. Only reason why I added a second star was because the kitchen guy was kind enough to bring it out to me. read more

It's always a great experience whenever i eat here, the food is always very tasty, and sauced to perfection! I highly recommend the Orange Chicken and the Beijing beef! But the rest of the food on the menu is delicious as well! This locations issue is that they are so STINGY with their sauces. The service that follows when asking for extra sauce is so sassy. The employee it's always an older woman she gives me attitude she gives me faces and yet she only gives me 2 more sauces. Also don't think you can say it's a corporate thing where we can only give a number of sauces when other locations around the area actually give you more than 2 extra sauce packets when asking for more. It's a shame it's the only close location so I do have to settle knowing I may or may not get the sauces that I ask for. Also I always ask for it at the window just in case they charge you for extra sauce but they don't because they follow up with asking me to remind them when I get to the window. read more

I dont know what to say about this place. Every dam time you walk in the place the entire staff is friendly and says hello! The food is exactly what you expect! It's quick and fairly priced! Every dam time you leave the entire staff tells you goodbye and have a great day! I'm going to have to start complaining at Every other restaurant for not meeting the PE customer service level. We go here about once a week. Always fast and delicious. We share a bigger plate and it makes for a good deal.

Where to begin? The food was good. The service at this location left much to be desired however. I attempt to call this location several times to ask a question. When I walked to the door, with a mask on, and waited at the door to catch the attention of an employee was told I could not even ask a simple question, does this location sell their sauce by the bottle . The drive through line wrapping around the building, and did not seem worth the wait just to potentially waist the time to be told they do not. *On a side note we have done online ordering at this location to which we found out the order was not complete when it was delivered. When attempting call on this occasion as well we had to repeatedly call to get a response. When we did get an answer they acknowledged the missing items. But hey, the food was good. read more

It's a very bazaar level of service, came in on a Sunday, and waited almost 30 mins for my order after ordering through drive thru. You need some sort of management oversight, some kids slur while taking your orders during the weekend, during the day time and weekday, there's a young lady that seems upset mostly . Front door was closed and a sign directed that I go to the takeout window. Okay, so maybe they were shorthanded. Placed my order, but had difficulty understanding the person talking to me as it seemed she was slurring her words. Got my order quickly and payed for it. She thanked me for my order, but did not give me my change. Now granted, it was not much , but really???? When I reminded her how much my order cost, the other person got my change, made a very rude remark and they both laughed. This was the most outrageous behavior I've ever encountered anyplace, especially at a wonderful restaurant like Panda Express. I stopped in on a late Friday afternoon during lunch it wasn't as packed because I missed the early lunchtime rush. I opted for a bowl because I wasn't that hungry. I got the fried rice and the new five spice shrimp. I could tell the rice was cooked fresh, and the shrimp in my main course had huge pieces and was fresh and not frozen shrimp. The vegetables in the dish were fresh as well and the taste was great. The staff was friendly and helpful they even walked around and asked if everything was okay. I've lived near this location for 4 years. I've maybe had 2 experiences here where there wasn't an issue. Tonight, no better. Slow service, not unfriendly but definitely not friendly. Jose appears to be the MOD, but is anything less than impressive. Needs toVery disappointing since I love Panda's food. Update. Why do I keep torturing myself? Probably because it's the only Panda within 10 miles of me. Yesterday, I went through drive-thru. Asked how fresh the King-Pao was. Reply was "it's pretty fresh". Was asked any soy sauce today? I replied "3 please". Got home with my meal; Kung-Pao over cooked, no soy sauce. But 4 packs of Chili sauce instead. Upper management, you need to address or just close this location. read more

This location is terribly mismanaged. When We walked in and got in line NO ONE was serving. Eventually the cook came forward to serve. Eventually servers came out of the bathroom. I have been to several Pandas .. this trip the food was as good as usual. EXCEPT i dont think i have been treated this bad at any other fast food. This guy KNEW me and wife were together. He barely acknowledged we were standing there. My wife said .. all rice .. and i said can i try this chicken, he didnt say anything, didnt even look at me, i said it again and he says i heard you. During the entire placing our order, he NEVER looked at us, teated us lime customers or acted like he wanted to be there. Then to cashier. Same thing?!? I said i want teriyaki and soy, filled a cup with out a word. I asked if that was teriyaki? She just pointed to the cups. I sat with my wife, wanted an extra plate(we split it) no one at the counter, same girl. I asked for a plate please. Not a word. Just handed to me. Not one word. I agree with some other reviews about the staff at this location. They aren't always friendly, and the same manager has been there quite some time, so you'd think things would have improved over time. This location can get crazy busy, but there is never an excuse for unclean tables and floors. Despite that, we have never had issues with the food itself. Its always hot, and if they don't have something ready, they will bring it to you when its ready. read more

Employee by the name of Idaly was rude. They were out of food and Idaly stated they were out for the day.

Awful, awful service and the food wasn't great either we were ignored in line for about ten minutes - got our food - almost every table was dirty. I asked the manager if I could borrow a cleaning rag - he rolled his eyes and said 'yeah - whatever' then disappeared into the back. No one ever came out to clean... manager came out as we were leaving and gave us "the eye" / dirty look. I'm continually stunned how places stay open with asshole employees won't be back. read more

It he food is what you expect of Panda Express, but the service is always terrible! The negativity comes from the managers. Today's manager (11/4/2021@12:33pm) was so rude! I placed my order and forgot an eggroll so asked if I could add it to my order at the window (other drive thrus have no problem with this). From outside I could see the manager getting irritated with the window employee and she was wagging her finger "no" at me. It's a terrible work environment for the employees. The managers are always grumpy and stressed out and take it out on their employees and customers. This has been my experience EVERY time I have gone. just left Panda Express Bernalillo NM. We got orange chicken that had the wrong flavoring on it, and tried to call them but they didn't answer. To make matters worse my daughter found a hair in her food that didn't match any of ours. I am fed up with this location and will never return there again. We have put up with the most poor customer service from their staff who behave like we we're bothering them every time we've gone - but we didn't dare be rude back out of fear they might intentionally tamper with our food. I read one review that was positive , so I decided to venture out and go get takeout, BIG MISTAKE! they definitely need a different cook, the noodles were dry, the orange chicken overcooked, didn't even taste like orange chicken, the brown rice was undercooked and crunchy..I ended up throwing it away.. I have tried Panda Express in other cities and was never disappointed..and what's with the lack of customer service? I ordered a dish that had a 10-15 minute wait and I waited..so the person who came out to delivery my food, I asked her for some hot mustard and she complained that her shift had ended..I complained back and she ended up brining me a handful of hot mustard envelopes..why don't they train the employees? they are in the service industry, you are servicing people, your paycheck comes from the customers...geez.do a better job, manager are you listening? I will return to a restaurant that has great food, even if the service is not so good, in this case it was bad service and bad food, not going back here for sure. read more

I love Panda Express. I also love when you take the survey from the receipt, you get free food for the next time. They always give huge good size servings of whichever food you would like. I love the orange chicken . Obviously that is a favorite for a lot of people and obviously there fried rice. This Panda Express is on their game they get their food out quickly and fresh. So normally I have no issue with this location however today I waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me. Eventually I went in and explained what happened and I got NO apology. Just an excuse as to why it probably happened. This is just not how you do customer service. Poor service - Spend you money elsewhere. Went to this location between games. Doors were locked 15 minutes after open time. Employees saw us at the door but didn't even acknowledge us.
