If I could give this panda express no stars I would I tried to call and speak to a manager or supervisor about our order and kept getting hung up on, the food is dry and old tasting flat out gross if you even want to call it food. I will never order from Apache Junctions panda express again. Ordered online as I have in the past, my husband went to go pick up the food at the time it said it would be ready. He went inside and they said it wasn't ready yet and that he couldn't wait inside and had to go through the drive thru. He waited for 10 minutes in the drivethru and when he got to the window, they told him it STILL wasn't ready to to park out front and they would bring it to him. 10 minutes later they bring the food and he comes home. They forgot an entire meal from the order and didn't include any sweet and sour sauce even though we ordered egg rolls. Very disappointed. Ok so my son and I love panda, today not so much. This is the worst sweet and fire chicken I have ever had. The chicken was dry and crunchy and these little piece was my whole meal. It says on Google that this Panda closes at 12am? We place are orders at 9:15pm at the drive through. Most of us wanted orange chicken to go with are meals. I care for my dementia-stricken mother & can't leave the house wo a big production & my neighbor said she would pick up lunch. Typical Panda. Only complaint is that they consistently put way too many onions in the chow mein compared to other locations. Fine if you like them but to me it is way too much. Clean restaurant. read more

Used to like this place but don't bother stopping now. I don't know if they are desperate for business or what but I drove in there at 4:00 or 4:15 on Aug. 19 and asked for specific order. Girl said she would do her best to accommodate. When I got to window she handed me food and tried to shuffle me off. I noticed condiments I asked for weren't in bag. When I asked she reluctantly gave them to me and then when I checked my order it was not as I ordered. She then backpeddled and said she wasn't "allowed"to give it to me as I ordered! I told her I didn't want it if it wasn't as I ordered which she seemed to agree to before I paid. I was in a hurry so I just took the food And told her it would be my last time. Have gone to this location for months and always has been good except for last 3 times. 3 strikes and you're out. I would have overlooked cuz of pandemic but she outright lied and tried to quickly dismiss me so good bye panda express. They lied to me last time I was here as well. Last time steak was overcooked and was barely any in entree! Mostly vegetables! What am I paying extra for? Great service from all the folks especially Melissa. Large portions, Clean store! Fair price and always tasty. Good food fast and fresh. Yummy spring rolls and of course orange chicken. Now they have Mexican cokes for the best tasting real sugar with you meal. Very excited. read more

Went here today ordered several meals. When I got to the window I asked to add on 2 drinks. The lady at the window stated we can't add on anything. I thought she was just joking and asked her are you serious? She stated yes, we don't add anything on. If you want to add anything on, I was told to drive through the drive thru again. This "Panda" does not even taste like a Panda Express should AT ALL. The chow mien had zero flavor besides super crunchy celery, my Beijing beef was chewy as heck, and the orange chicken was so mushy. Ew! read more

Drive thru was quick. Chow mein was subpar and probably the worst i've had out of any panda express.

My husband ordered food last Tuesday March 17th and got $29 and change worth of food. This is the third time now they have messed up our order via drive thru and not given us any teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken let alone they had been out of many foods even during the day. This order had it on a plate and in a bowl. I had called them that night to just let them know and the woman said there was nothing they could do about it if we didn't have a receipt after i explained i was truly just making sure they knew so they could fix the issue but i advised her that is ridiculous if they make a mistake but dont give me my receipt than they cant do anything?(they could easily mess up an order and not give a receipt by their own doing and you would be out of luck for help) She tried pushing me off to the general manager to come in on Thursday when they are there instead. (All merchants can look up receipts on the point of sale system via time and amount) however my husband found the receipt while i was on the phone and so I gave her the receipt number and the amount and my name and after her speaking with the manager she advised me that the manager approved for me to come in and get my ENTIRE order free of charge on another night as long as i brought the receipt in. Well my husband went in tonight to get our order because we have a newborn at home and let alone the Coronavirus makes it difficult for us all too. So i figured it would be an easy dinner so we don't have to cook because we are in the middle of moving and running on little sleep. Well he gets there and they say they can't do it!!! WHAT?????!!!! Management clearly doesn't have communication with each other or even a thumbtack board in their office to communicate things like this! They had "no knowledge" of it supposedly! So you make a forgiveness promise to a customer and then don't keep it? Unacceptable! He still had to pay!!! Needless to say i will be going to the signal butte location from here on out(if we even eat panda again) i dont care if this location has drive thru or not if they continue to mess up our order and dont do what they said they would do to make it right its not worth my money!!! read more

Yalin took our order today and was extremely unpleasant. Unfortunately, during our drive thru visit, at the end of the order one of the servers said "ew." We decided to confront the server for why she said "ew" at the window. No one admitted to their wrong doing. Yalin kept making eye contact with us though the window, and even closed the window shut on us during our confrontation. I am very disappointed as to how the shift lead and her friends handled the situation, and as to how the manager handled the complaint. If any employee there thinks their food is "ew" or has a problem with our order i would expect them to say it to my face, not just someone who acts tough behind an intercom. We found Yalin and very rude, and disrespectful. If she hates her job and the food she serves so much maybe she should find a different. job. Don't go here, the food may be great but Yalin needs to learn about muting her mic and working on customer Service when asked a direct question. If she doesn't have an answer to her why she said "ew" while taking my order she should keep her opinions to herself. I don't see her moving up in the company. If the window is shut during a confrontation, she's definitely too immature to be speaking out of line while taking a customers order. read more
