This location killed it tonight.. I mostly observed YOSELINI! Can't be 100% on the spelling bc I called twice and both girls that answered the phone gave me the wrong spelling. I don't take the time to leave reviews but tonight YOSELINI was so over the top - I had to take the time! She was being asked questions by my family, the family ahead of me, and the family after us.. all at the same time. ( Good grief, right?! ) Nope, not for YOSELINI! Not only did she handle everyone's separate silly requests, but she did with a smile and genuine care and consideration for each families different objectives. I'm a business owner and I had to take the time tonight to give her a shout out bc no one else working tonight gave 2 s***s about the customers on the opposite side of the counter. Just her. Thank you sweet girl... I see bright opportunities coming for you and I want you to hear it loud and clear! This level of customer service is unheard of in a fast food chain like this. Thank you, YOSELINI. You kick a** girl!! read more

Food is okay but what is shocking is this younger generation that doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in and stand at the register for several minutes and intentionally ignores you. We are all screwed when they get older and we are elderly. They'll probably vote to euthenize all of us! No personality, not empathy, not customer service skills. It's not just Panda Express, it's everywhere. Parents have failed us. read more

I just ordered this for my night shift dinner and this is what I got. I went through DoorDash and maybe you guys don't care about DoorDash or something like that but bother dishes I got were filled like this. I love panda and I want my orange chicken :( read more

Came at 9pm an hour before close from the lake, full size truck and a 30ft boat behind me. They locked the dining area and wouldn't serve us an hour before close we were trying order and take it home. They refused us service and told us we couldn't walk through the drive through. Arrogant employees without any common sense and no customer service skills. read more

Super busy, but excellent good with great service! Sometimes you have to be patient and wait, but it's well worth it! Great management staff, really responsive to customers. read more

This location has a drive thru, so I went for a quick stop in. There are not many vegetarian options and I wish they would expand that as I could see returning if they expanded the menu. The service through the drive thru was friendly, and quick to complete my order. The exterior of the building was clean. Overall a decent experience, though my options to eat are limited. read more

This Panda Express location sucks. They close at 10:30 but if you come at 10pm good luck. They are out of most of their food options for entrees. I asked if I could get an order of rangoons and they said no. I understand they can't do entrees but if they can't fry an order of rangoons while they are still open I feel that's just lazy. Does that mean they fry a lot of them at once and leave them sitting for hours and they ran out? This location is awful very lazy staff that just wants to go home. We went to filabertos across the street to get food. read more

Always very quick service and reliable quality. I appreciate the service and will continue to visit.

CHECK your order!! Horrible service this is the only panda express you can go to and always forget the sauce to the teriyaki chicken. What's the point of ordering teriyaki chicken if you guys can't put the dang teriyaki sauce in there. Horrible customer service wouldn't recommend. Definitely happened more than twice. read more

Horrible customer service!! The workers have no regard for common courtesy towards a customer. & no sense of service. They seemed to be more concerned about closing. I will NEVER eat here again. This store needs to hire new staff. read more

Food is good when it is ready. I understand that not everything is cooked and ready to go w If you show up at 8:30 at night. However, go in at lunchtime or 5:00 pm and if you're not ordering orange chicken, plan on waiting for the to cook your food. OR they often have very little in the bowl and it looks like it's been sitting for 3 hours . They'll try to serve you that - which is why I always go inside to get my order !!' If you wait for them to cook the food, it's usually good ... just be prepared to wait ! read more

This place is just awful!! Have given 3 chances and always disappointed. The staff are rude, and don't know what they're doin..or care. Every time our food has been old dried out and doesn't taste right. Orange chicken doesn't taste like Orange chicken. Soggy rice that's mush, and burnt egg rolls. $45 of food down the drain, won't be back to Panda Express..seems a trend throughout the chain of not giving a f*ck. This store seriously needs restructured, employees retrained to suit the needs of the store and customers not their own. read more

I normally go to Panda Express on Ocotillo in STV. But a few weeks ago I was near PE in AJ. Nothing but problems. Wrong food. Found that out when I sat at home to eat. Called asap , would refund in 3 to 5 business days. No refund. Called twice more , was assured by Jesus manager would call me. No call, sent to Corp , they also said I would get a call, Again no call. And no I didn't eat food. Had mushrooms and I can't eat. They want a copy of receipt, but most of it has failed. If you want to have Panda Express DON'T go to A.J. read more

Had takeout here this evening at about 5:20 PM. Third time I've eaten here. Food is pretty tasteless and basically tastes all the same, no matter what you order. Freshness is good but the portions are pretty small, especially for $11.95 for two main items and a side. Service is pretty non-existent. This time, no one said hello, or, "We will be with you in a moment". I just stood there waiting. No one even smiled, out of about 5 employees. No one smiled at the last two visits. It actually looked like nobody was enjoying their work (ever been to an In-N-Out Burger?). I took my receipt out of the machine as the gentleman wasn't going to give it to me. The tables were clean, the floor was clean, and the counter was clean. But I'll look for another Chinese place to eat. Can't be that difficult in Apache Junction. Thank you for your time. read more

Service was VERY impersonal. Orange chicken looks just like mushroom chicken, super greens were almost entirely broccoli, the rice was full of carrots. Just gross. Never again. read more

The food is usually really good here and it seemed okay, but within an hour of eating, I got really sick. I don't know if there was an ingredient in what I had that made me violently ill but this is the second time this has happened to me from this place (different location the first time it happened). I was so disappointed because normally I love the food here. The service is excellent at this location and the ambiance is quiet but enjoyable. read more

Sooooo, it's been years, like 20 years since I've gone back to a Panda after a food poisoning episode. It was one of the worst moments of my life when that happened. But here I am 20 years later trying it again. And, boy have they stepped up their game and the food is really tasty. My family and I love the noddles and the rice. The entrees are good as well. I back in on the Panda train and enjoying it so far. read more

Aside from getting our order wrong half the time (I've been here at least 10 times) they forget the sauce about 8 out of 10 times and I'm writing this review because I went and ordered, when it came time to pay I gave them a gift card and also gave them my credit card for the rest which would have been just the tax at about a dollar and some change. But they just took both cards, then gave them back only charging my credit card, even though I specifically told them "use the gift card first" and even if they didn't hear me, you'd figure they would use the gift card instead right? But no just charged my credit card and didn't bother with the gift card. This was in the drive though so I couldn't see what they were doing but I still have a full gift card I'm not looking forward to trying to use again. I hate writing bad reviews even though it seems like that's what everyone comes to yelp for, but when it's consistently bad... read more

They're absolutely incompetent. They messed up my order.. it was one meal. They forgot the entree. I called and the lady on the phone never said sorry. I asked for a refund and they refused. Bad service, cold food. I waited in the drive through line for a long time and it didn't move. I went inside to a unhappy female employee. I asked for Black Pepper Chicken and teriyaki chicken. The server argued over the amount of Black pepper chicken. There was not enough chicken to make 2 plates. She scrapped up scraps to make a second plate / bowl. And on my other bowl was teriyaki chicken. I asked to have them pour teriyaki sauce on my teriyaki chicken. They said "we don't do that here " they gave me a small package of cold teriyaki sauce. Just what I want cold teriyaki sauce on my warm teriyaki chicken. I asked for a second package and they wanted an additional charge. After I complained I finally received one more package. It's like they're going to go broke over an additional package. I will never go back to panda express in Apache Junction, AZ I hope others will follow!!! read more

Very bad customer service. We ordered online, when they delivered it, we were missing part of the order. I called them and was told that they could not deliver it as it was a third-party delivery service. I asked them just to make the part of the order that was missing and call the service and have them bring it out, I was told I would have to come in and get it or the next time we ordered they would include it with the new order. I told them to refund the full amount of the order as I was not going to pay for an incomplete order. Then I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was too busy. I called Customer Service and complained and was told I would be getting a refund and that they would be holding classes on how to treat the customers' This is the Apache Junction AZ Panda Express Cj P Apache Junction AZ read more

The food is all that matters. First, let us remember that this is western U.S. style Chinese food, not very close to the authentic thing if you're from San Francisco, Seattle,or NY. 1. All three of my items tasted like petroleum by-products due to the styrofoam containers which are banned in many areas of the country. At the least they could line the containers with paper. 2. Kung Pao Chicken. Not too bad, give it 3.5 on scale of 5. Wasn't fresh. 3. Chow Mein. It was stale and leftover...that's why they added so much onion ruining the softer taste of the -re-cooked noodles. A grade of 1 on the 5 scale. 4. Angus Pepper Steak. Two bits/bites of meat, and that was it. A wasted pick. another 1 on the 5 scale. 5. Orange Chicken. Trust me Panda Express didn't invent this entry. First had it in 1969 where it had been a mainstay since the 1930's. A grade of 2.5 on the 5 scale. Doubtful I will eat there again as there are many better choices within 15 minute drive. read more

It's says they close at 930 , but it's false advertisement . They stop cooking around 845-9. I Went they're at 9 and they didn't have orange chicken , noodles and shrimp . Why advertise for 930 if you don't serve all the items on no the menu ! read more

***UPDATE*** As I left this review I had also reached out to corporate because we wanted our money back. Corporate ended up emailing my husband and today our money was refunded. Thank you! I know $25 isn't a lot, but when you work hard for that money and it's just taken away, it's frustrating as heck! Thank you for making it right and giving us our money back. We really appreciate it. At 5:30 pm, my husband and I tried making an online order for the family meal deal. The website glitched when it was processing our order, so it didn't accept our order, but miraculously took our damn money. I've been trying to call the store for 20 minutes and not one person is answering! Cool. Good job people! Was hoping there was something you could do about it. But now I'll have to contact corporate and pur credit card company in Hope's for get our $25 back. After a 10 hour work day, this is not what I wanted to deal with. ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE! read more

My wife and I were working late, didn't feel like cooking picked up some Panda and had us a little feast, great food and great service!!

How do you mess up THIS bad!? Lol we went IN the store and bought our food! I was taking care of my daughter while this rude "LADY", we will just say lady so this post won't be removed but I don't mean LADY. This LADY doesn't include my orange chicken and my spring rolls. I call and won't you believe this location doesn't have managers!? Lol just some clown named Diego, who said if I drove all the way back I would get a good replacement. No apology, no responsibility. I asked for a refund and he told me no and they don't do that over the phone, so I said if I came into the store can I have a refund? He said yes but I would only get a refund for that one plate and I would need to bring the plate and the receipt. OK, I sent my husband in because if I went in I would've thrown this plate at his face. The lady open the plate as if she didn't believe the food wasn't in there, she closed it really quick and again did not apologize or take any accountability, but said we will get a refund in 5 to 7 days. This store is a joke, the people are a joke, and panda express should be ashamed. This is an absolute disgrace, and it's no wonder these people only make minimum wage. read more

This place is hit or miss. Several times my food has been cold when I've gotten it. This last time though I got the entirely wrong item. Used the drive through and my mom and I each ordered honey sesame chicken. When we got home and took our first bite, we almost went through the roof it was so darn spicy. They gave us kung pao chicken and not our honest sesame chicken. Spicy foods hurt my stomach so I avoid them at all costs, so in the trash mine went as we were also not provided a receipt. They seem to not pay much attention when doing orders. I don't come here often but luckily I have more food experiences than bad. read more

I guess good things can't last at this panda. Went in today and everything was running low. Bottom of the barrel food that had been under hot lights for hours. We asked for new beijing beef and the manager acted annoyed. He said probably 6 minutes. We said we'd wait. The next customer asked about beijing beef and he said it'd be 10 minutes. What?? I looked back at the staff. 3 people huddled around talking and doing nothing. The one orher person at the cooking station wasn't cooking anything. He just was lazily moving thongs at the prep station. I won't be back. read more
