I don't take the time to leave reviews but tonight YOSELINI was so over the top - I had to take the time! She was being asked questions by my family, the family ahead of me, and the family after us.. all at the same time. ( Good grief, right?! ) Nope, not for YOSELINI! Not only did she handle everyone's separate silly requests, but she did with a smile and genuine care and consideration for each families different objectives. Came at 9pm an hour before close from the lake, full size truck and a 30ft boat behind me. They locked the dining area and wouldn't serve us an hour before close we were trying order and take it home. They refused us service and told us we couldn't walk through the drive through. This Panda Express location sucks. They close at 10:30 but if you come at 10pm good luck. They are out of most of their food options for entrees. I asked if I could get an order of rangoons and they said no. I understand they can't do entrees but if they can't fry an order of rangoons while they are still open I feel that's just lazy. Does that mean they fry a lot of them at once and leave them sitting for hours and they ran out? This location is awful very lazy staff that just wants to go home. This location has a drive thru, so I went for a quick stop in. There are not many vegetarian options and I wish they would expand that as I could see returning if they expanded the menu. However, go in at lunchtime or 5:00 pm and if you're not ordering orange chicken, plan on waiting for the to cook your food. I normally go to Panda Express on Ocotillo in STV. But a few weeks ago I was near PE in AJ. Nothing but problems. Wrong food. Found that out when I sat at home to eat. Called asap , would refund in 3 to 5 business days. No refund. Called twice more , was assured by Jesus manager would call me. Had takeout here this evening at about 5:20 PM. Third time I've eaten here. Food is pretty tasteless and basically tastes all the same, no matter what you order. Freshness is good but the portions are pretty small, especially for $11.95 for two main items and a side. Service is pretty non-existent. This time, no one said hello, or, "We will be with you in a moment". I just stood there waiting. No one even smiled, out of about 5 employees. No one smiled at the last two visits. It actually looked like nobody was enjoying their work (ever been to an In-N-Out Burger?). I took my receipt out of the machine as the gentleman wasn't going to give it to me. Aside from getting our order wrong half the time (I've been here at least 10 times) they forget the sauce about 8 out of 10 times and I'm writing this review because I went and ordered, when it came time to pay I gave them a gift card and also gave them my credit card for the rest which would have been just the tax at about a dollar and some change. But they just took both cards, then gave them back only charging my credit card, even though I specifically told them "use the gift card first" and even if they didn't hear me, you'd figure they would use the gift card instead right? But no just charged my credit card and didn't bother with the gift card. Very bad customer service. We ordered online, when they delivered it, we were missing part of the order. I called them and was told that they could not deliver it as it was a third-party delivery service. I asked them just to make the part of the order that was missing and call the service and have them bring it out, I was told I would have to come in and get it or the next time we ordered they would include it with the new order. I told them to refund the full amount of the order as I was not going to pay for an incomplete order. Then I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was too busy. The food is all that matters. First, let us remember that this is western U.S. style Chinese food, not very close to the authentic thing if you're from San Francisco, Seattle,or NY. 1. All three of my items tasted like petroleum by-products due to the styrofoam containers which are banned in many areas of the country. At the least they could line the containers with paper. 2. Kung Pao Chicken. Not too bad, give it 3.5 on scale of 5. Wasn't fresh. 3. Chow Mein. It was stale and leftover...that's why they added so much onion ruining the softer taste of the -re-cooked noodles. A grade of 1 on the 5 scale. 4. Angus Pepper Steak. Two bits/bites of meat, and that was it. A wasted pick. another 1 on the 5 scale. 5. Orange Chicken. Trust me Panda Express didn't invent this entry. First had it in 1969 where it had been a mainstay since the 1930's. A grade of 2.5 on the 5 scale. Doubtful I will eat there again as there are many better choices within 15 minute drive. read more

At 5:30 pm, my husband and I tried making an online order for the family meal deal. The website glitched when it was processing our order, so it didn't accept our order, but miraculously took our damn money. I was taking care of my daughter while this rude "LADY", we will just say lady so this post won't be removed but I don't mean LADY. This LADY doesn't include my orange chicken and my spring rolls. I call and won't you believe this location doesn't have managers!? Lol just some clown named Diego, who said if I drove all the way back I would get a good replacement. No apology, no responsibility. I asked for a refund and he told me no and they don't do that over the phone, so I said if I came into the store can I have a refund? He said yes but I would only get a refund for that one plate and I would need to bring the plate and the receipt. OK, I sent my husband in because if I went in I would've thrown this plate at his face. The lady open the plate as if she didn't believe the food wasn't in there, she closed it really quick and again did not apologize or take any accountability, but said we will get a refund in 5 to 7 days. This place is hit or miss. Several times my food has been cold when I've gotten it. This last time though I got the entirely wrong item. Used the drive through and my mom and I each ordered honey sesame chicken. When we got home and took our first bite, we almost went through the roof it was so darn spicy. They gave us kung pao chicken and not our honest sesame chicken. Spicy foods hurt my stomach so I avoid them at all costs, so in the trash mine went as we were also not provided a receipt.
