( they actually gave a choice of fries or Jalapeno poppers at no extra charge. The sandwich had Huge SOFT delicious bread, and a big portion of meat! The sauce on the Reuben made a nice juicy sandwich. The poppers were good, too, but I would definitely come back for that soft bread. Cherry turnover for desert. Great location with lots of seating and appears to be recently renovated/unkept. My friend and her family invited me to stop in for lunch, and decided to try for the first time in probably 10-15 years. They really enjoyed the food and the French fries were delicious. All the wait staff was incredibly friendly. I'll definitely need to investigate more what I can eat next time besides fries and a drink. read more

Everyone here gave amazing service, super nice and organized. We made multiple pickup orders and they had everything ready on time. Vanilla shake is thick, the food we ate right away which is the only way to eat fast food so it doesn't go bad. Clean place, we spilt ice and they were so nice telling us to not clean it up because they would. It's the small things for me, hopefully this helps their rating go up! read more

The service here was excellent! This is actually my very first time at an Arby's and man have I been missing out. The employees were very nice and friendly with a very positive and energetic attitude. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and classic roast beef sandwich. You don't even need sauce for the roast beef, it was full of flavor and was not trying. I was very pleased and the chicken sandwich was also crispy. No my friends, your eyes do not deceive you, I am actually writing a review about a fast food chain. Yes I know I can get a mouthwatering Italian beef sandwich almost walking distance away at Dino's and I have preached endlessly about how AJ is home to some if the best mom and pop sandwich shops anywhere. But Arby's (more specifically the Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich) has held a special place in my stomach since college days. I always have two ... one with Horsey Sauce and one with Arby's Sauce. Never any lettuce or tomato or other stuff. This location was a pleasant surprise. Here's why it earned a rare five stars from me for a fast food franchise chain. First impressions are everything and how rare is it to walk into a fast food place and not be greeted by a bored worker who wishes he/she was anywhere but there. To the contrary Katelyn who greeted us was upbeat, friendly and helpful. It turns out they were running a special on the Beef 'n Cheddar that included BACON and I don't recall a day ever in my life when I've said no to bacon. We watched the sandwich maker slice the beef and to my eye she seemed to like making her sandwiches extra big and beefy compared to some I've had. The same was true with the person who prepped the curly fries - she artfully stuffed as many as possible into the container. Is it physically impossible to get a Brisket Sandwich at this location? Every time I order one, I get the wrong thing. Last time it was a regular roast beef, this time it was that stupid pita thing. I mean really, A pita with Brisket? It was the lamest, worst tasting thing I have ever gotten. Unfortunately at lunch time on a weekday the dining room is locked So I couldn't even go back in without getting back in the drive through line with over 10 cars. Can you do a zero for a rating? Where do I start? First off my son attempts to go through the drive-thru. He had a large order and they made him go in to pick it up. Not sure where the COVID precautions are with that. They then get our order wrong. My husband is allergic to onions and we requested regular buns. Didn't get those called up and they blamed the mix-up on my son. Now that is great customer service and this was from the General Manager. Figured we would salvage what we could for dinner. My poppers are cold. I don't think they cooked them long enough. Plus they forgot my ranch. Readers who follow me know I'm not a keen fan of junk food joints, but every once in a while there's one shat does stand out. That was Arby's, a name created by making a word out of the letters RB, which simply means 'roast beef'. But, sadly, what once made them great has now disappeared. My favorite sandwich was their basic RB sandwich, with no sauce, cheese, slop, pickles, etc. One was about $2.00, or you could get three for about $5.00. My last trip into Arby's I ordered one basic sandwich; that was nearly $4.00. The meat was no longer as good as it had been, and the portion was obviously smaller. I tried their pastrami sandwich, but all I got was a couple of buns filled with mostly gristle that was dripping in grease. Thanks, Arby's for ruining everything. I was Very Disappointed with our visit here today. We were really wanting a Jamocha Shake, so we went through the drive up and ordered 2 med shakes. $9.40--- Had to wait close to 10 min. When we finally got our shakes they were more like milk consistancy than a malted. Needless to say we will not be back to this location again. Beware. read more

I wouldn't usually rate a fast food place--you get what you pay for. This location has the friendliest staff of any Arby's (or any fast food place) I've ever been to--and I've been to many in several states plus locally. They recognized their regulars, happily accommodated special requests and were helpful to all their guests--especially, to their elderly customers. The restaurant was clean--though, smaller and a bit dated. That did not affect the good food or great service. All condiments were fully stocked and my meal was fresh and exactly as ordered. read more

I had the Hawaiian fish sandwich: there was a ton of tartar sauce that tasted just like mayonnaise and that's it, the fish was actually chewy - just barely warm with no flavor. I opened the bun to find that the bottom half of the sandwich had no fish at all! It was a terrible sandwich - highly recommend not ordering this from Arby's. Child when I tell you that that buffalo chicken sandwich ain't nothing to play with... I mean just that! Now I am not a fan of spicy food because I can't taste the food due to the heat... The service here is fantastic. Went in today for a quick lunch and expected the good old "may I take your order" treatment, but instead we were greeted by who I assume was the manager due to his different uniform, and he was extremely friendly, and rang us up himself so that we did not need to wait. The atmosphere there was not that of a fast food restaurant and the employees were all smiling. I appreciate any business that makes the service stand out. read more

Okay, 5 stars for Arbys??? Mostly for the service. We needed someplace fast to eat and Arby's is usually a safe bet. What impressed us was how truly friendly the front staff was. I think our cashier's name was Susan. She took our order, made a suggestion on the Senior soda (very graciously). Our food was ready by the time we finished filling our sodas. I'm writing this because I went to your Apache junction location that clearly says open until 11 and I arrived between 10-10:15 this evening to find all the lights off and the workers inside doing nothing. I waited for multiple minutes in the drive through and then went to the window and when they saw I was there they went out of sight. Following that I drove another 20 minutes to the next location after calling on n Gilbert rd in Gilbert Arizona to try again and they stated they were open. When I arrived they were just as the first. It is completely frustrating for a normal person, but I am 6 months pregnant and the only thing that sounded good to me was an Arby's sandwich so I finally got ready and headed out. I drove 15ish minutes to the first and 22 minutes to the second location for an overall of 38 minutes of driving wasted because your two stores decided to close early. I'd leave no stars except not an option. This location is closed for renovation (& has been for at least 3 weeks so I thought last time I drove by they were back open). You don't know that until you pull in as it's NOT on any sign visible from street (including the big one that advertises deals). So today I pull in and am pulling around to leave after figuring it out and one of their old enough to know better construction workers says "people just keep zipping in and out of here" in a smartass tone. I had stopped for him to cross parking lot but he waved me on. I then see an Arby's Mgr on walkway near door so I mention he may want to put up in the FRONT that they are closed so people aren't "zipping in and out". He proceeds to say there are signs (typed up on a letter size paper) on both walk-in doors and the drive-thru menu.
