Orders often have to be resubmitted 3 or 4 times before the female druggie in the back gets it right. These miserable souls are content with their jobs at Carl's Jr. Their shakes taste like crushed ice with corn syrup. I've had better slop at Circle K, and their food is genuinely disgusting. I've been coming here often since January during evening hours. Usually, I'm the only customer here, and like to stay after I eat to read or catch up on my bookwork. Only once can I recall ever seeing anyone else come in during the evening. Eventually I grew tired of being bullied and getting handed shiddy food, so I finally quit eating here. There's no compelling reason to support this dysfunctional outfit. It needs to be shut down until someone responsible can be found, who is willing and able to operate it properly. Honestly, I should've gone with the 3x3 (three patties instead of two). That'll definitely happen next time I'm in the area. The animal-style fries were outstanding. The combo of the special sauce, caramelized onions, and melted cheese over the fries was addicting. The staff was amazing and super friendly, even though they were extremely busy.
