I was dining in while my car was being repaired. My hot latte with sugar free Vanilla, and my McMuffin were great. But the best part was the employee that was handling everything like a boss, which she might be. She was delivering food, getting vouchers, and may have even been working the drive thru. She was so professional, in charge and gracious all at the same time. I decided to write this review after how she handled two older men that thought they were in a full service restaurant. One hollered "more napkins" which she brought to him. The next man as she set down his tray ordered another Splenda. When she came back, he sent her back for ketchup. I hope they both tipped this employee well (sarcasm). This employee is a keeper and I'm sure you already know that. The automated ordering is not a pleasurable for us. We prefer a cashier that knows the menu. For my 100th review on Yelp, I wanted a sweet treat to celebrate! Normally this location, and many others have a broken ice machine but today I was in luck. Maybe the universe knew it was for my 100th Yelp review and ensured the machine's operations? Haha. Over the years, I feel like the hot fudge sundae has shrunk in size! I go years between visits to McDonald's, and every time I go back I am reminded why I don't go. I stopped here to grab some French fries to go with homemade burgers. I pulled up to the drive thru at almost the same time as the pain in the other lane. The girl came in and told me she would be right with me. She then proceeded to take the other person's order. Another vehicle pulled up after that person and she took their order before coming back to take mine. So she let two people ahead of me! When I asked the kid at the window about it, he said "oh, that's not right". Of course, both of them had big orders that took forever! Awesome job McDonald's, I won't be back! read more

awful. one star because none was not an option. i went there at 3 am, as it is 24 hrs, and they told me they were unable to serve food, that they were setting up for breakfast. That is not my problem. if you are open 24 hrs, but shut down for 1 to get ready for breakfast, then you should not advertise as a 24 hr restaurant. i would not have wasted my time driving there. this mcD's is the worst. I am going to call their headquarters and complain. Ordered a caramel frappe from this location. It had plastic and chunks of whatever the hell this is in it. Went back and the manager didn't care whatsoever that my drink was filled with something they couldn't explain. Tried telling me it was cookie and it was most definitely not. Had the consistency of prunes and boogers mixed together. Their idea of trying to make it right was to give me a new one as if I would ever drink one or anything from this location again. All I wanted to know was what the hell i just put in my body and they didn't care enough to figure it out. Corporate was no help. This location needs to have inspectors come in and check all of their machines because this was absolutely disgusting and not okay in any way. Today my girlfriend went in and asked what size their cups were and she didn't even get to ask for a strawberry shake before they told her "machines down" so she never even got to ask for it so I called in to see if they had it available because that's all we wanted and they just answered and said "I'll check" and then left the phone sitting there and "forgot" and never came back. First off, what happened to board menus and customer service? I have visited this location twice while on vacation because it's the only one in the area. Both times the dining room was not clean. Food on the tables and floor. Table number tents left all around. The last visit it took almost 20 minutes to get breakfast food for 2. We had trouble paying at the kiosk and texted the number on the sign attached to the kiosk for the manager....it was out of service! Yet there was the sign on all the kiosks. Not only was the dining room a mess, the beverage area was as well. There were no napkins, ice was out on one side, garbage was everywhere, and ketchup splattered on the counter. My man at the drive-through Logan was super nice and when I came through to get more food, he let me know. He accidentally forgot our nuggets on the first order and then without even us asking, gave us an extra fry and he was super apologetic and made sure that we left the drive-through happy. I used the app for a drive through order. The cashier said my card didn't go through (which happens with the app occasionally). I paid cash then saw the charge also applied to my credit card. I called the restaurant, was told to come in and I would be reimbursed. When I went in, I was told I needed to give them my credit card statement as it was company policy. I had my paper receipt proving I paid cash, and I showed the manager on my app that the payment processed. Still wasn't good enough for her. This seems wrong - like an invasion of my privacy to have to give them an entire statement. Instead I called my credit card company who will dispute the charge with them. No thank you, McDonald's. I took my grand daughter to Mc Donalds yesterday about 4:30. She ordered the quarter pounder, fries, and sweet tea which is a combo. We got charged for each item which made it more money. I ordered a Big Mac and fries the fries were suppose to be $1.00 got charged $4.98 for 2 orders of fries. We got home my big mac was thrown in the box everything was all over had to put the sandwich back together everything was cold. The fries were stale and soggy you could tell they had been sitting for a while. I paid $20.00 for this trash. I see why they want help no one wants to work there with all the customer complaints. This location deserves the least amount of stars ongoing. I've been here as a customer and gotten the worst service ever. I ordered food, then asked by the cashier if I wanted my change. I'm like, what? Yes, why are you asking me that? He doesn't mention anything about charity or anything just do you want your change. My change was closer to a dollar so ....??? Give me more info, or give me my change. Then he tells me after I've paid and I'm just running in, that it will be 12 min. From begin to end total aggravation, told myself I'd never come back. Then, next few times I'm in it's because I'm learning my area decide to do door dash. They not only never have the order ready for a very slow location. They get it wrong, people get mad because they haven't gotten it ready. The best news I've gotten this final time, is that when we can refuse to take an order and add why.
