We decided to have panda after a very long time. Walked in at 5:30PM on a Monday night and didn't leave until 6:20PM. The wait and line is absolutely absurd. I'm not sure where the bottleneck is here but management needs to take a serious look at this. It is unacceptable to have to wait this long for food. Everyone in line was frustrated and even the online order people were waiting a very long time. read more

This spot had the most rudest workers there. They were completely rude my sister and I when we were trying to order. As my Little sister was ordering the lady would speak over her in a rude way and would not let her speak. And they all had bad attitudes and as we were telling another worker our order she just mugged us. Such bad service. read more

Don't come here in a hurry. I swear the employees operate at quarter speed. Constantly a line to the back of the restaurant. They either need to hire more staff, work on the efficiency of their operation, or both. This place has been without ice for their bottled drinks for months. read more

This panda express on LONE TREE WAY is soooo slow in the Online/Doordash area it is pathetic. Everytime I come here food is never ready plus it's always a line of people waiting. Workers won't look your way because their so worried about the customers who haven't paid yet. I've stood in the pickup line for over 20mins plenty of times before the cashier acknowledge the other line. read more

I went here for lunch and the line was long, but moved fast. Good size portions as well. Hooray for quick Chinese food.

We went on Saturday night at 9:50pm and they were supposed to be open till 10:30pm and they had already ran out of most sides. They didn't even offer to prepare any sides that we wanted and simply said to choose from whatever else was there. Extremely poor customer service. They should either change their store hours or be prepared to serve till the time they are open. read more

This Panda Express is the worst one I've been to. Even the mall locations serve higher quality food. I ordered delivery through their Panda Express App and did not receive my full order. Apparently they use Door dash to fulfill delivery orders, so I contacted the delivery driver and he said that he picked up the order they gave him. I reviewed the temporary emailed receipt from DoorDash and saw that the order total was $50.00. However the food I ordered totalled + $72.00.At first I figured it was a technical issue or item I ordered was sold out, I was hoping that the $72.00 charge from Panda Express would be later resolved through an automatic refund of for the food I did not receive...NOPE! Up till today Panda Express has not corrected or refunded the $20 they owe me. I find it disappointing and weird that a multi- million dollar franchise has failed to correct the issue since December 14th. I have contacted their support and have not received any response. They don't care to take steps to correct mistakes so I guess customers don't matter but your money is still gladly accepted. ....Thieves You are better off going elsewhere for American Chinese food, this location is terrible. They half fill the a la carte cartons and alot of their protein dishes are mostly onions and vegetables. Their fried rice is tasteless boiled rice, you can make fried rice 10000% better just by following any youtube video, the dishes with vegetables are raw and if they forget an item in your order they'll gladly take your money and will not resolve the issue. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH THE PANDA EXPRESS APP, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER; YOU WILL END UP THROWING MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. Negative stars. read more

Great location with plenty of parking. I wasn't sure of what I wanted & so I appreciated the server's patience while I decided. He gave me samples to try, which I've never been offered at other Panda Express locations. I like that the food tasted fresh & not greasy like many other Chinese food restaurants read more

Very disappointed with our take out order. We usually go to the Balfour PE in Brentwood but the wait was much longer. Our food was very sparse at this restaurant. Barely any meat in the beef and broccoli and not the good portion we're used to. I will not be returning to this PE. If that's the case at all of them, I won't be returning at all. The portions are extremely skimpy. read more

This has got to be the worst place to get fast food. The same rude non speaking English Asian woman is still here marking the same dumb mistakes and can't multi task. She will just ignore you when you come back to notify her you got the wrong plate. Then since there is so much disorganization you get some lady ordering 10 plates in front of you and holding up the line because they can't make enough fresh food to fill the plates! There is also a lack of cleanliness at the tables. You can't find a clean table anywhere to eat. If you want incompetent, rude and unfriendly servers than suit yourself! Otherwise, go to an authentic Chinese restaurant where if the servers are rude, at least you got fresh, authentic food! read more

The best location for service and food. My family can eat panda everyday day. We love the bbq drilled chicken the best then orange chicken and tofu. Every time the taste is fresh and meet the standards. Thanks read more

This location is incompetent at filling orders. This is the third time now that my order does not match . They don't answer their phones. Ordered online pick up as usual since their lines are obnoxiously long & I did the family meal. Ordered two sides of chow mein which is stated on the receipt yet I got one chow mein and one fried rice. The first time I got home and they gave my the complete wrong pick up order and had to go back and pick up my order. The second time they didn't include one whole bowl of the order and they even "checked" it off on the receipt . Is it that hard to match the food to the order and place it in a bag ? & their response is a laugh and oh I was wondering why we had an extra bowl sitting here how funny ... ? read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Antioch, California

We are regulars at Panda. I ordered the Panda Family Feast. They did not advise that they ran out of the boxes. I paid for the full family feast and received my entree and sides in the Panda bowls. I mean really. We are four people and are able to eat twice with the amount of food we get. I have grown kids and we barely ate once? If you do not have the container then offer a discount on the food. Don't charge the full price. Not cool. Very disappointed. Just tried the food and the Kung Pao was scorched. Wow really. Very, very disappointed. read more

Went today around 5pm and had my first bad experience here. It wasn't busy; someone was at the register, but nobody in line. I was waiting almost 5 minutes before someone said anything to me. They all looked at me but didn't say a word. I ordered my sides, then the worker walked away to the back without saying anything. I ordered teriyaki chicken but there was no teriyaki sauce on the chicken or in the bag. The workers were not friendly nor very attentive. The past couple times I've been, it hasn't really been that great. Giving two stars because the orange chicken was good, as it always is. read more

We've not had a bad experience yet at this location. We order online and pick up in store, easy peasy, quick, delicious and accurate. Always on time. Our most recent orders I've even started adding "3 soy sauce, 2 sweet and sour, 3 teriyaki" etc in the special instructions and they've always gotten it accurate. I hate wasting, so when we order and I know they're going to put more sauce than we personally need in our family, I like to specify to save the items + their money. So it is nice to see a business really read the request in the Instruction box. Always very kind and on the ONE occasion that there was an item not ready, they were very kind to my husband and even offered a free soft drink while he waited the 2 minutes, yes, 2, two, minutes :) A weekly stop, indeed. read more

I have eaten at many Panda Express locations in the Bay Area, and the manager at this location (Christine), is the rudest employee I have encountered. She is skimpy on her servings, rude when you ask for any soy sauce or teriyaki sauce, etc. I have frequented Panda Express locations for more then 10 years, but the will be my last visit to this one. Christine's consistent rudeness on my last 4 visits to this location have forced me to drive to an alternate location. The food is ok, but the serving sizes are noticeably smaller then all other locations I've frequented! read more

I've been to this location many times in the past. My last visit was in December of 2019. I order a two item dinner on line and went to pick it up. When I arrived the order was incomplete and when I mentioned it, the person helping me just walked away. They did return with the missing item and when I said thank you they walked away without a word. Rude wouldn't be the right thing to say. They were just completely indifferent. When I got home and sat down to eat the food was beyond unediable. The pot stickers were so hard and crunchy that they could have broken a tooth. The fired rice was the same. It was the consistency of uncooked rice and to hard to eat. Obviously these items had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The main dishes were sweet fire chicken and string bean chicken. Both were small portions and the sweet fire chicken was also old and warmed one time to often. The string beans were shriveled and dry. Over all the meal was in a word horrible. It will be a long time before I go back. read more

I ordered food online yesthey at 3pm, my pick up time for my food was at 515pm. I went to pick up my food and you were closed. A rude lady walking out told mei would get a refund. There's no return email you don't answer your phone so how do i get a refund? Costumer service is horrible. No posted time's in your door infront on your website or in Yelp? I ordered right from your website it says your open until 930pm. I want my money back! I paid for something got nothing. read more

I've been to this place a few times and the line is always long, and they move so slow compared to other locations. I figured I'd try ordering online this time to save myself some time. We ordered a bowl, 2 plates, and a bigger plate. The bigger plate was completely missing the orange chicken. There's no way to contact them to report this other than calling the location directly. I tried calling 8 times over the course of an hour but gave up because no one answers the phone. It's just an automated message saying no one is available to answer, and then it hangs up. I understand mistakes happen, but there should be a way to report this online. read more

Panda Express is to Chinese food what Taco Bell is to Mexican food. If you're expecting high quality meals, don't come here. You'll have better luck at a hole in the wall restaurant. Compared to the location in Brentwood this one has a lot better chefs. I don't get food poisoning at this Panda so that was my first tip off. It's better designed on the inside where the decor looks more updated and spacious, with a variety of seating. My bad, it's high tables with bar stools or regular tables with good ol' chairs. There's is more parking availability and more accessibility if you're in a wheelchair. The staff is hit and miss. Friendly at times, vacant at others. The lines at this location feel like they're going faster than the one in Brentwood, but then again, there's more room to form a line rather than waiting outside the door. Fortunately, the wait is never really long just long enough to make you so hungry you scarf down that crappy Chinese food. read more

Well, well, weeeeell....I finally walked in for my first experience. Major line but seemed to move person by person. All food choices looked good. I ordered the $6.29, 2-entree plate with chow mein, honey walnut shrimp and broccoli beef. Now they tell you right away when you order the shrimp that it costs $1.00 extra....mmmmmkay. The order was to go and packaged like any other fast 'Chinese' food place. The chow mein was dry and in my opinion Safeway makes better. The shrimp were big and thinly breaded, honey sauce was good but there were very few walnuts. Boo. The broccoli beef was meh...Safeway's is better. The beef almost tasted fake, like not even real beef or something like freeze dried meat. For this being my first time and I did like the honey walnut shrimp, I'll probably be back to give them another try. My son had been here before so he knew what to get. He also got the 2-entree plate with fried rice and double orange chicken. He loves the orange chicken. I loved it too! I bogarted his plate! Hahaha! The orange sauce has like a spicy zest to it in a good way. Chicken looked to be both dark and white meat. Also got 2 veggie spring rolls and a medium size container of steamed rice. read more

Panda Express - Entrance - Chinese Near Me - Antioch, California

For fast, Chinese food this is a great place. Orange Chicken is by far their most popular - but it is breaded, so it won't fit into everyone's diet. Beijing Beef is also very good, but shares the same heart-healthy concerns. When I was seriously watching my weight - I would do the white rice and black pepper chicken, and it was very good. My real gripe about Panda Express is their ordering system. Sure, you can see all the food, and it appears on the surface to be efficient. However, at nearly every Panda that I have patronized, the food is not in order when it gets to the register - and not just within the same party (i.e. my meal is about to be purchased by the persons in front of me in line - or vice versa). This gives me the uncomfortable feeling that, in spite if all the employees being confident in their system, I am not being charged appropriately. I have the exact same complaint at Chipotle Burrito. read more

The worst Panda Express ever. Don't say you open at 10:30am if you're not even close to being ready. Walked in at 10:30 to the open doors, got glared at by the 2 guys cooking as if I just murdered their dog. Missing half of their menu because it wasn't cooked yet by the 2 guys who hate their job. The girl taking the orders and manning the cash register kept asking for more of the fire chicken and teriyaki sauce, the 2 cooks wouldn't even look at her or acknowledge it, leaving both of us with no clue when it's going to be ready, nice. You can only imagine the care and thought these guys put into preparing your food. read more

I've lived out here for five years and I've never been to this Panda Express before. I wasn't missing much. I actually placed an order online at 8:06 p.m. For whatever reason the order wasn't going to be ready until 8:54. I arrived at 8:58 and, not only wasn't the order ready, but they didn't have pot stickers. Silly me to think that they would have still filled the order and just let me pick the replacement item when I got there OR called me to find out what I wanted in exchange. So, I waited more than fifteen minutes for them to fill the order and had a chance to glance around....at the dirty floors and tables. Sigh. Overall, it was a pretty unpleasant experience and definitely defeats the purpose of having online ordering. read more

Horrible.. I wanted something quick, as it was getting late. Purchased a meal, fried rice/chow mein, orange chicken, and mushroom chicken.. found a surprise in the mushroom chicken that looked like a bug.. whatever it was, it didn't match the mushroom/chicken concept.. it freaked me out, to the point I threw up.. I asked for a supervisor, but she ignored the workers request to speak with me.. the worker was very attentive. I suggested that they throw away the current batch of mushroom chicken.. the worker apologized... here is a picture of the item in question.. I felt that it was a bug as I saw a leg, after dissecting it in the my tissue after I yak' d.. you really get what you pay for.. it's not worth it... read more

Pretty good first time visit today. It was about 11:30am when I showed up and there were two people ahead of me. It took nearly 10 minutes to get to me, which is a bit long when all of the food is prepared and ready to be slapped on a plate. The server was nice. Offered me a free sample of a shrimp that tasted pretty good. I ended up with some chowmein which was pretty generic but not horrible. Something I would order again if I came here. Paired it the mixed veggies and the spicy/sweet chicken. It was all pretty good. Seems to be a lot of seating. As I ate my lunch, I noticed a very long line forming that seemed to take forever to get through. I am glad I came when I did. I think anything after 11:30 to 12:30, it may be a bit of a wait. read more

It doesn't even rate one star. This location used to be good but has continually gone downhill over the last several month. The staff is disorganized and poorly managed and even when you eventually get your order you will need to check it because it probably won't be correct and/or will be missing sauces or fortune cookies. They're simply a mess and I won't be going back to this location again. read more

The meat that is placed in the bowl is getting lesser and lesser. You can actually count it, the last time I bought was only 4 pieces of meat and the rest was noodles. I think they are trying to do it in purpose. Make sure you check your bowl before leaving otherwise you will just be eating more rise or noodles instead. I dont think it is worth the money getting your meal. read more

I've been to this location a couple times now and the food is pretty fresh and quick and easy... Love the value and the variety of food. Price is very fair... And now I get to Big Box because that's the best bang for your buck... Although it's way too much food for one person. Although it is a lot of food and should be split up... First, it's Panda Express. My rating is based upon knowing this. It is not gourmet cuisine. It's quick and inexpensive Oriental food. I visit this location a few times a month and have not had a bad meal. The employees are always fast and friendly. The food is always consistent. The only bad side is sometimes they get very busy and the lines can nearly go out the door. Overall if you are looking for a good quick meal this location is good. read more
