Every single time I've been here, there's a HUGE line... I wish I could say it's because the food is really great or the area is just really busy but the truth is the service is just SOOOOO SLOW. Ordered a delivery direct from pandaexpress.com from a promotion they where having. Food was delivered incredibly fast about half the quoted delivery time, however the food was wayyyy overcooked and was not fresh. This order was placed at 133pm on a Thursday. I called the store as the receipt on the order said to do. The person answering the store phone was not helpful. She proceeded to say come in with your receipt and we can replace one of the items. There where 4 items. Then she said they don't do delivery. I asked why not just replace the order and have it redelivered and I'll give this food back to you. (Hopefully fix the quality at this Antioch Lone Tree store) There needs to be corporate intervention here for sure. It's family owned but sure doesn't feel like those want to keep business values. I'm actually giving 2 stars as to not reflect on maybe the fastest food delivery I've ever had. It was within I'm guessing 15 or 20 minutes fast. This location is undeniably bad. They make bad business decisions and the food is just so so. Food is over cooked and cold, and portions are small. For some reason the food clerk was apparently counting the number of pieces of teriyaki chicken she put in my box. All other locations just put in a full breast and a half. For some reason, they choose to take pot stickers off the menu. Seriously what Chinese restaurant does not have pot stickers? They said they discountinued pot stickers, but did not know why. This is the location we usually go to just because it's the closest to my house. The food is pretty good. Not the best but you get what you pay for. The biggest problem I have it that some of the servers are so skimpy. I was just there today at 1pm. To my surprise there was no line so no rushing was necessary. I ordered a rice bowl with orange chicken. The woman filled up my bowl with rice and scooped me 5 pieces of chicken. Another one star! After reading other reviews our latest meal was very similar to someone else. We used Door Dash, ordered 2 Teriyaki Bowls with No Sauce! How can you have teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauce?? It just becomes a dry chicken bowl. I think what made the situation worse was when I called Panda Express the person I talked to ..Mary...blamed it on DoorDash. How can that happen?? I would hope my food is prepared and sealed so no one else is able to have any contact with it. But this person on the phone would not take blame. Trying to put it on DoorDash over and over again. Today's experience had me wonder if this location is trying to fit in with actual Chinese food restaurants. I mean, they put an Asian lady who barely speaks any English up front to take orders. The lady was rude, impatient, and simply lacked some brain cells. If I want a rude person to take my order, I will go to an actual Chinese food place to feel that authenticity. Anyways, yes, you have gloves on, that doesn't mean touch all over the inside of peoples plates you are making and try not to touch the food with those dirty gloves on. Gloves protect you, while you spread contaminants from everything you touched with them on. That's not protecting us. Also, when someone waits for fresh vegetables to be made, please don't add the nasty stuff from the last batch on top of the fresh veggies, just to scoop me out the old veggies from the top of the new batch. It just doesn't make sense to do so. Last thing, don't be so darn pushy and actually listen to people when they are talking. Maybe you'll get the orders done correctly next time. And don't give the old man who is trying to order a heart attack due to your rudeness either. He didn't deserve it.
