Ordered a bowl. Was not happy. Since yall just started offering bowls I'm figuring you guys are completely clueless on what people actually want. You have two non-bun options. A lettuce wrap or a bowl. A lettuce wrapped burger is meant to be eaten by hand like a regular burger. If customers are getting a bowl then it needs to all be chopped up like a SALAD! This is how everyone else does it accept "you guys". My bowl just had everything tossed in there. Full patties, full strips of bacon, full tomatoes, full pickles and peppers all were full size. Nothing chopped up. And All the condiments I requested were on the side in a separate bag. This is so dumb. And so irritating. I had to cut up everything and add all my condiments back in and toss it all together. If a customer is ordering a BOWL, yall should be doing this shit. The cajun fries are delicious but I dont get all the hype on the burgers. I feel it is very over priced. The shakes are good. It reminds me of the old Kwik Way that use to be in Oakland,CA The service is ok. Yes they are friendly but not attentive to first timers. I had to plead for help. I stopped by to grab a BLT to try for the first time. I didn't realize it was made from those crispy bacon that you get from a diner that's thin and cheap. Not your thick cut bacon that you're used to on a premium BLT. I will, however, give this a four star, because the fact that they load up the bacon in the sandwich every bite taste of bacon. It was just very crispy. The service is always great at five guys, I'm always greeted and the atmosphere is very friendly and home feeling like for the staff members. read more

I've never had five guys before today and was pleasantly surprised. This location is in the Winco shopping center. I ordered a single little bacon patty bacon burger with a small fries and drink. They don't do combos here so you order everything separately and you get to choose your toppings. I had the basics: mayo, mustard, lettuce, pickles on a crispy bun. The fries were overly packed in the bag and the best part was the freestyle drinks. They had my fav vitamin water and Powerade flavors. The only downside is that this little single bacon burger, small fries, small drink cost me $18. Kind of steep. I would come back here again. read more

Every time I go to Five Guys, the cheeseburger is my top pick! You get the choice to customize the toppings for your taste. It's pretty awesome being able to watch them prep and cook your food. The Cajun style fries are off the hook which I prefer over In and Out's fries. read more

Came here today 1/21/25 around 12-12:30. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by every single employee. They all had smiles on their face too! It is very rare to walk into any establishment nowadays and to be greeted by everyone and for them to have smiles on their faces! The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious! Located on the corner of lone tree in the WinCo shopping complex. Open for to go orders with a few tables outside, probably soon indoor will be allowed again. Ordered the little cheeseburger which is 1 burger patty while BF ordered the bacon cheeseburger with all the fixings. You can customize with all toppings (lettuce, onions, tomato, Mayo, ketchup, mustard) or pick and choose the ones you want. Fries come in small, regular and large with an extra scoop- thrown in. So I suggest sharing a regular & making them light on the Cajun. Bag was full of yummy grease from the fries so make sure you carry it with a hand on the bottom before all your food falls out ! read more

Bestie and I were in the area and wanted something quick so we shared a small fry. The young lady who greeted us had a lovely smile but this restaurant is in need of cleaning. I've never been to a Five Guys location that needed attention to this degree. The floor was dirty, the counter was dirty and I did not initially notice but the floor in the back area where they cook was filthy. The fries were okay but over cooked, not burned but almost as if they had been re-cooked and this was the only thing we came for..... y'all know I love my potatoes. A disappointment overall and it's only 8:30 and this spot closes at 10p. The thing is, they're not even really crowded and there's like 5 ppl behind the counter.. smh I'll pass next time and just ride on back into the Bay. The Five Guys in Alameda and San Jose (closet to Hamilton) never disappoint. Finally got to have lunch here at the newly opened Five Guys in Brentwood. I had my usual Double Bacon Cheeseburger, all the way, plus extra jalapenos. What I like is that their jalapenos have a kick unlike most where it is washed down. Their bacon is cooked exactly how I would like them; dark and crispy all the way. Hearty french fry portions, a small order is good for two. Their soda machine is cool. It is a touch screen machine to all different soda selections. Unlike your traditional soda machine with multiple spouts where more than one person can use the soda fountain at once, (provided they want different sodas) it has only one spout; almost always creating a line at the soda machine. Also the music inside the restaurant is blasting like its a 107.7 The Bone concert. Overall, good Five Guys location. It has the same quality and taste like I have ad in Pleasant Hill and Fremont. read more

First time I've been to 5 guys since just after they opened(didn't have a good experience back then), but this time was amazing. Started with our counter guy Austin. Not only was he exceptionally kind and quick, but my guy is a pleasure to speak to definitely smarter than he looks. This curly haired little muppet gives me hope for Millennials & Zoomers everywhere. Usually they're too hopped up on Mountain Dew to function and keep a job. On to the food... our burgers were all perfect. All of them had custom differences and each was perfectly cooked. The burger patties were all nice and juicy. The toppings were all just as ordered.
