I love panda express because you know, orange chicken and fortune cookies! I would also usually doordash from this location every once in a while, for a quick grub if there's no cooked meal at home. So I can say that I'm pretty much a regular customer. But tonight, we decided to just order on-site on our way home, coming from work. I even came in, all happy and smiling with my son, only to leave feeling awkward. I'm pretty generous with my reviews, but I have to knock out several stars, because I'm pretty big with customer service. Sooo.. There was a young gentleman who helped me, however at the end of the order, he kept asking me a question that I couldn't quite catch, so I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I get it, it may have gotten annoying, but he didn't even hide his annoyance, and noticing his demeanor, I apologized. I was tending to a toddler which probably did give me a hard time hearing and understanding him. I do have to thank Daniel for stepping in to help us out and just re-phrased the question for me. But I just felt that it was dealt with unprofessionally, as the young gentleman was talking about me under his breath, with the rest of the staff, blatantly expressing his frustration, while I was there, waiting for my order. But I have to give credit when it is due, service was pretty quick, because we were the first in line together with a few other people. Food is consistent: orange chicken, chow mein, fried rice and steamed rice are pretty good! It hit the spot! I ordered A SINGLE A LA CARTE Chow Mein & I asked the rude staff Brandi if I can go straight to the cashier since my order is complete. She couldn't even let me finish my sentence and rudely said I had to follow the group down the line. I stated that the families all seem to be waiting for their food (the trays were empty) & Brandi again answered rudely but now raised her tone and added an annoyed sigh & rolled eyes as she said, "No, you have to follow in line like everyone else" i was surprised of the rule but more so offended by the behavior that was displayed by the staff. Even the families ahead of me reacted surprised how Brandi behaved and one dude said, "here dude, u can cut in front of me". First off, it's so rare that I leave a bad review unless something went down, which it did. I stopped by this location trying to get a quick meal before I had to head out to an urgent appointment. All I wanted was two entrees and one side... it's called a "plate" on the menu. I was starving. I walked in and ignored the litter on the ground inside... closing time I thought. I stood there in front of the front counter staring at the variety of items, though a few of them were out or almost out. I forgave that because it almost seemed they were approaching closing time, no biggie. Finally after a few minutes, a young lady came up to me and asked about what I wanted. Simple... their shrimp entree and some broccoli beef, with steamed veggies as a side. I did notice that there were no steamed veggies left but a few cabbage leaves on the edge. I thought for a moment that she was going to say they're out, but low and behold, she said the chefs are making more and it should be about "two minutes"... remember that for later. Two minutes, I can wait. She continued to package my shrimp and for some reason didn't include my beef in the container, ok whatever. So the clock starts ticking (remember... two minutes). About 5 minutes later, the cashier sees me and asks if I'd like to pay first while waiting for the veggies, I said sure. So I did. I also noticed that there were about 3-4 other guys waiting for their order as well. Two of them ended being DoorDashers I think because I doubt the guy next me was called Melissa, but I could be wrong, oh well. Those guys were already there waiting when I paid for my order and they must have waited another 12-15 minutes for their food. As for my food... no veggie making was in sight. Fresh broccoli beef was prepared and served, some other wonton dishes, and other items we're continuing to come out... but hey, no veggies. Ok great. So what I also failed to mention was during my wait time there seemed to be employee chaos erupting before my very eyes... then later I connected the dots based on what I heard. My experience ended with me asking for and getting a refund just to let you all know, but before that, I was over hearing (pretty loudly) how the "chef" told the young lady that served me how tired he was and something about working the next shift or something. She got angry and told the big boss about how he doesn't want to work. He started laughing (at this time, I'm still waiting and no veggies in the wok). Then minutes later I realized, I had to go because I would be late to my appointment if I waited any longer. So I asked for a refund and she tells the "chef" how she told him to make the veggies first before anything which he didn't comply with apparently. So I really don't know who to blame but management I guess... who just hung out in the back. The young lady who helped me was running around doing what she could, but it seems there's no coordination and communication in the kitchen... and that being said with three guys at the stove just joking around. Overall, I left hungry. I would never come back here again and would never recommend this place for the life of me. Steer clear. The two stars are for the young lady that helped me and gave me my refund immediately when I requested it after waiting for such a long time, so thank you to her. read more

I am Asian so Panda is like the quick food to get something in your tummy. Been eating at this location for last 4 years and the quality of the food has drastically went down the last 18 months. The food isn't cooked well, like kung pao is missing ingredients, sweet fire chicken was overly crunchy and hard, the chow mein wasn't stir fried completely where some of the noodles didn't have any flavor and to top it off they forgot my fortune cookies. Worst Panda Food I have ever tried! I used to work at panda when I was in HS and so I know some of the rules that implement that us workers must follow. Such as serving Honey Walnut shrimp... Idk if the rules has changed but every Customer are supposed to get 7 pieces and be remind the customers of the extra cost. Well, my fiancé only got 6 pieces... which was disappointing. And the Fried Rice... it did NOT taste Good! NO type of flavor! Same with the Chow Mien. Overall, all their entries were tasteless. No flavor to it. Disappointed because all panda should taste similar with the amount of flavor due to having the same ingredients that should be used. Came here to pick up a order for my wife. It said it was ready in ten minutes and we arrived 20 minutes later. I came up to the online pick up area and an employee asked me for the order name. The employee didn't know how to look up the order and asked me for the items ordered. Another employee came to show her how to check it and they said they would make it right away. Several employees who saw me checking in see me standing there for ten minutes and don't care that I'm still waiting. Ten minutes go by and I asked where the order is. The same employee asks again for the name and the contents of the order. I told her I already told her the name and the contents. She runs around asking other employees and several minutes later someone finally points to the food which no one labeled and had been sitting there for the past 10+ minutes. Other online pick up customers were running into the same problem and were venting their frustration. So I've come to this Panda Express several times. I will say that the food is cooked well, the service is efficient, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. I think the main reason I am giving three stars instead of 5 is that the portions to me seem very stingy. When getting honey walnut shrimp, there is usually a total of like 6 shrimp. And the scoops aren't heaping of the other stuff. If my 3 entree plate is going to cost around $13-$14 after the extra fee for the shrimp, I'd expect the portions to fill the tray. I think this is an easy problem to fix. The leadership here should realize that with prices up, and regular restaurants serving full meals for a couple more dollars, that their should be value in their product, and proper proportions. I really love this location and I come here a lot. Every single time I've come the food is super fresh and the people working are really nice and doing a great job. My ONLY complaint, and it's the same complaint I have about where I work: It is literally SWELTERING hot in this restaurant. It is so gross and uncomfortable to be in the building and I can only imagine how difficult it must be for the employees too. It's summer time and we live in a hot place and it's only going to get worse. I don't know if companies are trying to save money or what, but the heat in this building is literally unbearable. We go to this location at least once a week because my kids like Panda Express and we order the same food everytime. Last week the teriyaki chicken was still pink but we were hungry so my husband cooked it more in the microwave and all the chow mein were burned. We didn't complain last week bec it was late, kids were hungry & school night. Came here again tonight bec kids asked for it. They were pretty busy. Ordered the same food, this time the chicken was cooked but they robbed us from the chicken pieces (photo) on 1st combo and on 2nd combo we paid extra ($1.25?) for Shanghai Steak and we got more onions than the steak (photo). I showed the manager & he said it looks like it's not a lot bec of the way it was scooped on the plate. As you can see on the photo it that wasnt the case. Sorry for long review and hate to leave a negative comment but the food isn't that great to begin with and having to pay more to only to get 4 pieces of steak is pathetic.
