It's always a treat when we get Habit catered for lunch at the office. We've gotten charburgers, charburgers with cheese, Caesar salad, onion rings and the infamous fried green beans. Everything is fresh and delicious and surprisingly the fried green beans and onion rings hold their crunch for quite some time! They never forget to pack an abundance of ranch and ketchup packs too! If I visit Habit, I also enjoy their Ahi tuna filet and portobello burger too. read more

One of my favorites until the last couple of times I've been there. The burger was so overdone it was literally like leather and even the edges of the bun were burnt I thought last time that it was just a one-off but going there today the buns were burned. I took it to go and the french fries were literally turned upside down in the bottom of the bag which wouldn't be that much of an issue but they get very cold that way at least when they're in the little bag together and they stay warm. Very disappointed. It was one of my favorite burger spots. I think I might hesitate before I go again read more

The woman that took my order had a nasty disposition. She didn't want to take my card out of my hand like the woman before me had done. She rudely extended the terminal for me to tap my card without saying a word. Then I waited an additional 10 plus minutes for my food. I can't keep paying high prices for bad service. That's insane. And to add insult to injury; the salad was a waste of money, time and energy. And even though I watched them fry fresh onion rings; I got refried old onion rings and a salad that was thrown together with a big fat dose of "fuck you." The hate is real. read more

Their food is always good, and they have the best Ranch Dressing! I got the Chicken Club Sandwich, Onion Rings & a medium drink. It was over $21 w/tax! We arrived right at 10:30 am (opening time), so we were the only people in the restaurant. That being said, the staff are always friendly. The restaurant was clean and bright. We usually order to-go, but decided to dine in today. My husband didn't order anything since it was only 10:30, but he usually gets a burger. We'll definitely return - most likely to pick up a To-Go order. Hubby usually places our orders in their App then pick up. read more

First time trying Habit Burger in Antioch. During lunch time I was surprised there was no line which was awesome. Instead I decided to order on the tab so doesn't make much difference lol. We ordered the double char burger with fries for takeout. The food tasted amazing and couldn't ask for more! read more

The phone order customer service doesn't not take your order correct and still paid for the extra charge. The customer service cashier so rude. Not going back here again, no wonder this place only have a 2-3 star. read more

Well this is what happens on a whim!! On a whim we decided to get a to-go from this place. When we reached and ordered we were so taken by the cleanliness and inviting ambience, on a whim we decided to have our order here itself.!!! Service was with a smile helped as well! And now about our order - super juicy Burger patty with just the right amount of cheese , veggies and sauces made each a treat. And accompanied with super crunchy onion rings and perfectly fried regular fries made this meal something out of the this world !!! We have found out burger spot!!! Psst.... please do not tell anyone! read more

Just ordered lunch from there and had multiple hairs in my burger. Will never order from there again

The worst Habit Burger I've had. This review is for a few days ago and the place was not even crowded. The Charburger was sopping wet with grease on the grilled onions and the burger patty and water on the lettuce. The brown paper bag was wet when I picked up the order. The burger did not have flavor either. I could've made a better, tastier burger at home. read more

This store should have five stars! The staff is so nice, and always make my order correct. I love my burgers well done and they cook it yo perfection. I love this location. read more

The Lone tree location is the best! Service is always quick and friendly and of course the food is delicious!

Recommendation : the Santa Bárbara char ask for boom sauce (it's got a spicy kick to it) fries sold separately. Tip : Make sure you ask for your meat well done if you want it well done they might just make it medium. Service: friendly staff . They'll fix any mistakes without giving you a hard time. My experience: I asked for no Mayo in my santa barbara char & it seemed like they put extra Mayo but they were quick to make it right once I let them know. Just had to wait 5 minutes because it takes a while to make. FYI : They ask for proof of vaccine card if you want to dine -in. read more

This place is great! The burgers are large so they cook through without drying out. The toppings are lavish. The prices are higher than a typical burger joint but you get a lot more for your money at Habit. read more

Used to come here as our go to Salad place. Came today for cob salad. Brown avocados, tomatoes mushy , previously frozen,?,much smaller serving in cardboard container,, different lettuce,(some limp and old) returned it and now I have to wait 7-10 days for $$ to be returned. Won't be coming back for salad !. Too bad Habit!! read more

Might want to check and change your oil. Fries, onion rings, and the chicken tenders we ordered this evening for our child tasted rancid. Not sure if other customers have complained but it's really bad. read more

Love Habit, whenever I go, the service it's amazing, the food is always great. The place is nice and clean. Perfect place to go.

Great service and food is good. If you are a regular they will have your already memorized.

There is truly a reason why I mostly cook my own food! Tonight I ordered dinner for my son and husband and was waiting for food to be ready. While I sat waiting a lady comes from the dining area and says she has the wrong order. The team behind the counter proceeds to then package what I suspect (and I was right) was my order to go! Absolutely Not! I told the young man being the counter that I needed the whole order made over and that he cannot do that to anyone. After that food left from behind that counter in someone else's hands it should not be served to ANYONE! ...why I eat at home read more

I went back recently and the food was excellent and eventhough it was 30 minutes to closing, I was still able to get a large Tropical tea!! As a Diabetic, this is one if my favorite drinks so thank you for such a yummy lettuce wrap char with sweet potato fries with my favorite unsweetened tea! It was great and I'll definitely be back!! read more

My family and I enjoy coming here. If you eat at the restaurant the food is hot and delicious. Our go to lately is the Santa Barbra salad and bbq chicken salad. So good! read more

I know this place is known for burgers but I come for the chicken Caesar salad. It's is particularly special? Not necessarily but it's huge and I love the char on the chicken. They'll ask you if you want teriyaki sauce on the chicken. Don't get it. It's a weird taste with the Caesar dressing. I enjoy their burgers too- this time I tried the double char with bacon added- so juicy, it was dripping all over the table. And I also tried their seasonal special- garlic fries. I wish it had fresh garlic but instead was drizzled with a garlic aioli sauce. I prefer their tempura green beans or sweet potato fries. For those pepper lovers out there, they have a pepper bar with jalapeños, peppercinis, and chili peppers, as well as a selection of hot sauces. There's a lot of burger places around the area that compete: In & Out, Nations, Lumpy's, and all the fast food restaurants- but The Habit keeps up with reasonable prices, their sides, and you can't beat their 99 cent cone! read more

Absolutely filthy! This business should not be open. Every single table is dirty and has not been wiped down. The floors have not been swept or cleaned. The blinds have ketchup on them. The walls are all scraped down to nothing. The area they are cooking in has food all over the floor. The glass doors and windows are covered in grimy hand prints. After ordering and sitting down looking around we decided it was a health hazard to eat here. I very kindly asked the manager for a refund, and she refused to. She was rude and uncooperative. She also tried to keep my original receipt. Another employee intervened and gave me the receipt and tried to help with the refund (Jasmine) which I appreciated. I have informed and the health department to follow up. read more

Good food and great customer service. The staff are well trained in customer care. Their protein wrap is delicious.

Update: The business manager reached out to me to make things right. I was not looking for something for free, just to made whole. I have been a long time customer since the location opened and I feel the as though Habit cares about their customers. My family had a meal from the habit last night. The service was great and the food was fantastic! Thanks again Habit!!! read more

Wow! Stopped by Monday night at 830 and clerk told me inside was closed. Normally, they close at 9. But I told them can I get it to go, and the clerk properly took my order. I did not have any extra TIP money at that time but will give a decent tip on my next trip to the Antioch restaurant. Thank you from a Veteran for allowing my wife and I enjoy your delicious CHAR burgers! read more

The food was horrible. I truly don't know what all the fuss is about. I ordered a Double Char. 1 patty was over cooked and the other patty was under cooked. The bun was super hard as well. I asked for extra Mayo and they didn't put any at all. Got fries on the side and they were cold and unsalted when I asked for extra salt. My little liked her grilled cheese but not her fries. I would recommend going to Five Guys or Nations read more

In addition to their menu they also have grilled cheese for the kiddos. Which is great!!! Always comes out hot and fresh (off the grill). The menu also has different side rather than just fries and onion rings, they also have sweet potato fries and deep fried green beans! Other great choices in this fast food, their drinks! They just don't have regular fountain drinks they also have lemonade and strawberry and peach limeade. read more

I ordered through their app for delivery but my milkshakes did not get delivered. Habit Burger & Grill - Apparently this is worth a dollar more. For a sprinkle of cheese. - Salad Near Me - Antioch, California

First let me say, I love their salads and most of the food I have had has been good. Customer service, not so much. I have ordered pick up 2 x now and have yet to get what I ordered. It seems there is a ranch shortage. First time no xtra ranch as ordered at .60 cents extra. Ok, maybe a mishap. Second time it ordered two extra ranch dressings thinking they would catch it this time. However, this time I was shorted 3 ranches! It's not the extra charge but more the principle. I give the person that brings our order out a tip just to walk out the door and hand the order to us. Why can't they give us a courtesy check?! I won't be ordering again for awhile. It's just frustrating. read more
