Came here with my family earlier. Place is cute, modern, spacious, and bright. Everyone was super nice and greeted us. Our waiter was very nice too! Super chill and got our orders fast. Ordered a kids meal for my kids share, husband got a burrito, I got a smaller. The pancakes were huge, so soft, and tasted fantastic! They were served with hot syrup. Coming from Jersey, we don't get served hot syrup so that was blew our minds! The burrito was great, and the sampler as well. Their eggs were so soft and decadent even my 4y olds loved them! Definitely a must try!

This is a fantastic little brunch place in an area with very few options. The restaurant itself is always clean and nice outdoor seating area. We always order the chicken appetizer and some variation of their specialty coffees. Definitely recommend! We could make a meal out of these chicken bites and we usually end up ordering two sets! The service is always nice as well. Very attentive and welcoming. I definitely recommend you check it out and do so with the mindset that our options are quite limited here on the west side ;).

Nice quaint spot in the heart of ATL!!! The food was good, pancakes were huge and bacon was on point.

Pancake Social - Westside Paper Such a cute and cozy breakfast spot! I stopped by Pancake Social at Westside Paper after getting into Atlanta early, and it was exactly what I needed. They offer an early breakfast menu, and I ordered the "2 x 2"--a simple but satisfying combo. I swapped out the coffee for tea, and everything came out just right. The bacon? Delicious! Crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. There was no crowd when I arrived, which meant I was seated right away and placed my order within minutes. Quick, friendly service and plenty of free parking made the experience even better. This was my first time at this location, and I actually prefer it over the one at Ponce. I'll definitely be back!

For Ponce City Market location. Valet parking makes it easier or you can tackle the parking deck. Located on the external of the market and not inside. Reminds me of an upscale IHOP with much better food. Genuine breakfast location without the extra frills of decor and DJs which was good for a change to be able to socialize. Able to handle big groups. Service was great with just one server even with our large party size. Even offered a free pancake for the birthday celebration. Variety on the menu for food and drinks and all were delicious.

TLDR: 3/5 - The vibes were there but nothing was really screaming out to me to write home about. Food: Eggs Benedict: 3/5 - I've had better. Lacked hollandaise sauce. The egg was more of a soft boil than a poached. I was not expecting the fritters to be essentially latkas but I wasn't mad at it. Cortado: 4/5 - First time trying so I had no comparison but I liked it! French toast sticks: 3/5 - Not much frill to it. Perhaps that's just me trying to chase my nostalgia for something like this but I think it'd be great for a child. Service: 3/5 - I would've expected more attention on us due to the small amount of tables bu our server maybe checked in one time. I'm a person who drinks a lot of water and had to ask twice for more water. Vibes: 4/5 - Really cute spot. Great for big groups if needed and a bar section if you're a solo diner. I had some of their other signature dishes and was still left feeling like other places could do a better breakfast but if you're looking for something fairly baseline and could please a lot of different palettes I'd come here.

Went to Pancake Social on Sunday with my boyfriend and it was great. I ordered the PS Pancake Plate and he ordered the Chicken and Pancakes. I'm a picky eater so it takes a lot for me to explore new foods, which is why I went with the safe option. I really liked it, the pancakes were so big I actually had leftovers. For drinks I ordered a latte-- it wasn't my favorite, but I drank it anyway. Our server was fast and attentive. After waiting for a few minutes she came with water and took our order. She came by and checked how we were doing during the meal. The bartender gave me a to-go cup for the leftover coffee and even prepped it to go. Even though it was Sunday, the restaurant wasn't packed, and we were able to get a table right when we got there. They were going to give us a big table since it was the only one available, but I told them we could wait for a minute while they cleaned a two-person table that had just become available, and they cleaned it fast. For a Sunday brunch spot, it wasn't THAT pricey, which we appreciate. Overall pretty good if looking for a Sunday brunch spot.

Overall I enjoyed breakfast here! Parking was super easy and we were able to be sat right away. The servers were super friendly and multiple people welcomed us. Our server Jas was great. Our food came out timely and we didn't feel rushed. We shared the huge apple cinnamon pancakes which were light and tasty. We had a side of bacon, chicken sausage, and tater tots. The chicken sausage wasn't the best - not a good taste. The prices are definitely high (we spent $81 for breakfast for two with mimosas) but overall a good experience.

I didn't get a chance to eat here. I went in to ask questions about a potential visit. I wanted to bring 13 coworkers on a Friday morning for breakfast before work. There was a young lady and a young man at the counter when I walked in. I asked about the early morning menu being extended 30 minutes for my group to come in before work. The young man immediately said no. The young lady asked if I'd like her to ask a manager and I said, "yes please." She called a manager who also said we could not get the time extended. I talked for about 5 minutes with the young lady and young man before being asked about contacting a manager. I'm all for empowering your staff, however, if they can not make the decision, then I would have preferred to have been asked about a manager sooner. The space is cute and bright, super clean with clean lines. Hopefully, I'll have a chance to eat here someday.

Pork Sausage Omelette. Cheese Grits. Bacon. French Toast.
    Kalen T.

The only word I can use to describe the herb cheese on the omelet is off-putting. With regards to the menu, they need to work on wording!! I was expecting a cheesy omelet, instead I was offered an omelet with no cheese. Rather, a tangy cream filling that frankly made me lose my appetite. I watched as the French Toast we ordered sit in the window for about 10 minutes... When the food was finally delivered to the table, it was aggressively lukewarm. Like another reviewer noted, I also think the syrup tasted like candy. DO NOT DROWN YOUR FOOD IN THE SYRUP! If we're being honest, I'd rather eat at IHOP. Disappointment all around.

    Cheese grits.

Definitely a personal favorite. Grits, sausage, eggs and pancakes were all made to perfection. I think this place definitely has staying power great food at a very reasonable price. Can't wait to come back.

Couldn't have been happier with our choice. Reviews I'd seen online mentioned parking is a bit limited and that the restaurant is frequently busy. So we were prepared for that even though we were going on a Thursday mid morning. I think there was an influx of people celebrating graduations because it was in fact very busy. However we got very lucky with parking and happened to come in right as someone was leaving. I was sure we would have a wait for a table, which of course would have been fine, but actually we were seated immediately! Which was super nice and unexpected. The atmosphere is bustling but not in a bad way. The restaurant itself is adorable and has a lot of character. It feels like you're having breakfast at an old friend's house. The service was great and our food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. I ordered a specialty coffee, I believe it was the almond joy cold brew, and it was delicious. Strong, which is how I like it and not overly sweet. I ordered the chicken biscuit on the waiter's recommendation and it was absolutely the best fried chicken I've ever had. Juicy and crispy. My husband ordered the pimento cheese omelette and was very happy with it, the bacon was thick cut and smoky and flavorful. The pimento cheese grits that came on the side for me were also a stand out, such great flavor. The biscuits are fantastic and the blueberry basil jam that came with my husband's meal was such a nice touch. We will absolutely make a point to come back to Buttermilk Kitchen next time we visit the Atlanta area.

First things first: the Chicken Biscuit. Buttermilk Kitchen's biscuit is on the crunchy, honey-flavored side. I personally prefer fluffier, more buttery biscuits, so this one wasn't my favorite. That aside, the chicken was crispy and well-seasoned and paired well with the cheese grits. If you ever wanted a dry, crunchy version of Homegrown's Comfy Chicken Biscuit, come give this a shot. I also tried the Hash Bowl, which was a bit underwhelming. It was a *lot* of potatoes compared to the eggs and bacon bits, and there wasn't a lot of seasoning other than the bacon. Would rather recommend one of the other options if you end up visiting. The drinks are good as well, would recommend the matcha latte (not too sweet!) and the French Press coffee.

Ordering was easy as we got a chance to preview the paper menu, and we were given a card to place on our table once we found it. There was plenty of seating options despite the full lot, but it was nice out so a lot of people were out on the patio with views of the busy intersection. The decor was modern and airy.
