GREAT service!! Nice menu and good food. We are from out of town but will be back if we come through this way again.

I enjoyed a really good breakfast here at the Pancake House. I've been on the road the last couple of days and one of my favorite things to do is eat at popular local joints. Not only do I get to enjoy a good meal, but get to mingle with the locals. I went with an Eggs Benedict. It was very delicious and our waitress energy matched the meal. Everything was excellent, food was delicious, well portioned, great energy and located in a great area.

A solid place for a classic diner meal. First, parking was a problem. I was about to give up and go somewhere else but then someone pulled out. The staff were very friendly. My coffee cup never got below half full. I ordered the seafood omelette with hash browns wmd English muffins. For the most part nicely done. Seafood omelette is a combo of dungeness crab and bay shrimp. The ratio between the two was way slanted to bay shrimp. Probably would have been better to get the crab omelette. But it was good. Just the right amount of cheese and the select of cheese pairs well with the seafood. The portion of hash browns is good. But WAAAAYYYY under salted. Which i can understand so that people can control their salt intake, but until i salted the potatoes they were very bland. Also the cook on the potatoes could be improved. You can tell they simply cook a portion on one side snd maybe flip then done. They don't chop/mix of the crusted portions into the center to better distribute the nice formed crust. In any case, a very positive experience. I'd go back when timing is right and in the area.

Their gluten free pancakes were delicious! The staff was friendly and service was great, everything was clean. This is somewhere I plan to frequent!

Early morning means breakfast! My friends and I were making our way down to Oregon in the early morning and decided to stop for breakfast here at Longview before entering Oregon. It's located next to Burger King on California Way in Longview. There's a small lot to park at but once the breakfast rush hour comes, the entire lot was filled and people were making their own parking around the lot LOL. There's also street parking around the area too. I got the Meat Lover omelette with a Marionberry Rollup (substitution is only $2 extra!). We were at a restaurant called Pancake House. Definitely had to try one of the pancakes! The roll up was basically three huge crepes with marionberry inside. WOW! The roll ups were filled with marionberry and basically its jams. Bit too sweet for me (near the middle-end) but suuuuper good! There was an initial crunch when it first came out but eventually lost it as it sat out too long. The omelette was filled with ham, bacon, sausage, and melted American cheese. Yum! Wasn't too salty and super filling. There was an option to sub the American cheese for another cheese, which I should have since I started getting sick of it LOL. The amount of food was crazy (peep at pic) and for a really good price! My group also enjoyed their meals! A friend got the corned beef hash (he enjoyed it a lot! but for some reason, he only got all bread, was not expecting that), and my boyfriend got the bacon and eggs combo with toast (forgot I had bacon in my omelet, so I stole a piece which I did not regret LOL). Great restaurant to stop by for breakfast especially on the way down to Oregon or up north of Washington! Great portions with great prices and service. We got our food around 8am, missing the HUGE breakfast rush around 8:20-ish. Definitely recommend before that time or a couple hours after.

The service was fast, efficient, and personable. All the staff seemed friendly and worked together like a well oiled team. The food was amazing! I had the chicken salad sandwich (see pic) and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and yummy the sourdough bread was for my sandwich. I asked our server "Angie" and she said they baked it fresh every morning! The decor was just as the name "Country Folks Deli" described. Painted walls, Cow statues, and decorated like a good ol' fashioned country deli. Yup! Another great place to add to our list of favorites

The staff seemed to be spread VERY thin. We were told to sit where ever we wanted, then it took a full ten minutes for a server to come to the table. Then another one came right after that and asked us the same questions. They would benefit from having a host and assigned sections. The food was really good. Some items more than others. The French dip sandwich was so good, homemade bread was amazing. The au jus for it was so salty I thought I was gonna OD on sodium. Same thing with the chicken noodle soup. The fries and wings were delicious. Prices are a bit steep. $10 for a half a small sandwich.

When we walked in this evening, Triangle was packed! They had football games playing on multiple screens, and as usual, the crowd was lively and in (mostly) good spirits - depending upon how their team was doing. We ordered the mac & cheese bites, and I'm going to suggest that you *never, ever order them - *Especially if you are on a diet - they are stupid good, and hard to resist! Mr. wonderful ordered the Sourdough Patty Melt with tots and of course - left nothing on his plate. I had the BLT. Only complaint - fries could've been crispier. Everything else = perfect. I spoke with Linda who was our server this evening (she was fabulous even with the crowd and chaos) and she confirmed that I can order *crispy fries, so - I'm thrilled!
