Welcome to the neighborhood Pana! So happy to have you! This new location is near Amy Beverland Elementary School. Perfect location for those Geist/Oaklandon/Lawrence residents looking for a sweet treat! In addition to donuts, there are breakfast sandwiches, lunch items, coffee choices, smoothies, shakes and boba tea! Today I had a red velvet donut that was so perfectly balanced! Great cake flavor and the glaze added great sweetness. I'll definitely be back!

Inside is super clean, with a giant case filled with all kinds of donuts and different flavors! Service was great, we were welcomed as soon as welcomed in and helped immediately. It wasn't too busy when we went this Saturday morning! They also have a big menu with other items they have and different specials. It looks like they also have sandwiches for lunch too that sounded pretty good as well! The red velvet was soo good. It's super soft and the edges were kind of crisp. And the jelly filled was good too, not soggy either.

I walked in and had to stand to the side to stare at the menu for several minutes, just to figure out what I wanted. There are classic teas, milk teas, slushes, punches, lemonades, yogurts, coffee drinks, seasonal specials. Then you need to decide if you want boba, and if so, what kind? Do you want regular or popping boba? Do you want a milk cap? Cream? Some of the drinks (like the mango slush) come with jelly in it. Do you want the jelly that comes in the drink, or would you prefer it without? Some drinks come hot or cold. Which do you want: Hot or cold? Aghhhhh! There are so many choices. I eventually figured it out and ordered what I thought my children wanted, but then almost screamed when they asked why there were mango chunks in their drink when they only wanted popping boba. Guess what, kid? You got lucky and you got bonus mango jelly in your drink. Congratulations. This Kung Fu Tea is a nice little place to hang out, though. They have board games that you can play at your table, and we played one of them while we waited for our drinks. It took about 10 minutes to receive our drinks because they make the beverages to order. Sometimes, perfection takes time, and you can tell that they pay attention to detail here.

My friend had been telling me about her favorite bubble tea spot for months, and when we finally went, I was so happy to see they also have custom poke and sushi burritos and delicious onigiri options. The inside is super cute and was very clean when we went. Service is quick and unfussy, so this would be a great option if you need to pick up a to go order, but it's also a nice spot to stop for a quick lunch break. It's cozy and quiet so could even be a good place to work or study if you're looking off the beaten path on Mass Ave. Aside from the onigiri, most of the food is totally custom and made to order, so you can really get whatever you want. You order on a paper menu like at a sushi restaurant, picking exactly what you like--and honestly, you can go wild here. For the base price of $11.50 (for burritos and bowls), you pick your base, protein, up to two sauces, and then add as many of the mix-ins and toppings as you want. A steal, imo! There are several ways to make this vegetarian (I got tofu), and it could be gluten free, too, if you're careful about sauces. I ordered my burrito and a peach black tea with aloe jelly. Now I can't stop dreaming of the tea, either. Will be back asap. This is better than LA!

It was super fresh and filling! You order food by filling out a printed piece of paper at the center round table in the center of the restaurant. You check off what you'd like. There's not a whole lot of seating, but the restaurant is also on the smaller side. Everything is packaged to be able to take to go though!

However, despite everything, these things all come together nicely at Chill'n Camp Tea & BBQ. Are you like me and despise camping? Well, no worries. You won't need to squat in a hole in the ground, nor pick sand and flies out of your food and pretend you're having a good time at Chill'n Camp. This camping-themed restaurant doesn't have any of the stupid things about camping. Just cool, aesthetically pleasing camp-like things, all in an air-conditioned setting. So much better than camping! Does your dumb camp site have someone delivering roasted duck bao and black pepper spaghetti to your table? I didn't think so! Does your campsite have a corner where you can sing karaoke? That's what I thought. Therefore, it's obvious that Chill'n Camp is way better than camping. I'll need to come back and try the food here. My kid and I just stopped in for a boba drink. We got the Oreo Cake Milk Tea with boba. Keep in mind that they only have tapioca boba here -- no popping boba. My child really enjoyed the Oreo milk tea, though! He just wished it came with popping boba. Chill'n Camp is a place where you'll want to dine in, if you can. The atmosphere is what sets it apart. It's a camp-themed restaurant! There isn't anything else like this in Indianapolis. Chill'n Camp is like if Shelley Long and crew from Troop Beverly Hills joined forces with a Korean restaurant. I don't understand it completely, but it's a fun and family-friendly restaurant that you need to visit.
