He ended up in the strip club of course after after hours and managed to get my coat to my suite before his flight took off. My husband brings in all his work shirts. That said, I have now been to this place four times in one month to find an "Out to Lunch" or "Closed Early" sign on the door during their posted business hours. Today I drove 10 minutes out of the way just to find they would not be back for another half hour. It's very unprofessional. I realize that people need to eat lunch, but please post lunch hours on your door and website, or stick with a consistent lunch hour (I arrived at 1:45 today because that was the time their lunch ended the last time.) It's incredible frustrating. I strongly suggest calling before coming in to make sure they're open, especially if you have to make a drive. Edited to add: I have terrible luck with this place. I just went to pick up something, and was told to come back at 4:30. Apparently their deliveries don't come in until after 4pm. I guess they don't do the cleaning on-site. To be fair, it does say "After 4pm" on the receipt, but I was NOT told that by employee when I dropped off. So once again, a wasted drive over here. So keep in mind-- when they give you a date your items will be ready, they mean after 4pm on that day.
