I used Montecito Super Wash for pickup, washing, drying, and delivery of a large 6x9 washable Ruggable rug that had not been professionally cleaned in five years. They handled everything beautifully. The rug came back clean, fresh-smelling, and looking noticeably brighter, and the entire room feels refreshed now that it's back in place. Pickup was Wednesday and delivery was Friday exactly as promised. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and careful with the rug. Even including a tip, the total was only about $45, which I thought was extremely reasonable for the amount of work involved. I would absolutely use them again for oversized laundry items. read more

I was visiting from out of town and needed to do a load of laundry. I walked in to Montecito Super Wash and immediately felt the welcoming atmosphere! I was clueless about what size washer to use for my laundry or even how to operate the machine! Suddenly, a lovely young woman named Olga asked me if I needed help! She was just so kind! She helped me choose a washer and showed me how to load an app on my phone from which I could choose a washer or dryer by its number and make a payment to get it started! When she knew I had the process down, Olga excused herself and immediately found other people to help! I have been to many laundromats in my life! This experience was the best so far! Olga took the stress out of my rushed morning and helped me get on my way with clean laundry! She loves her work and it shows!! I am speaking to the laundry service and it was 10/10. I messaged ahead of time and dropped it off with an attendance. She was nice helpful, and everything was folded professionally. They used free and clear for my daughter's sensitive skin. I dropped off a lot of laundry, and a medium sized comforter. I will definitely use the service again. This just about the only laundry mat I will go to in Santa Rosa, period. it is clean, the machines work and so do the dryers. I've rarely had any issues and when I have it was resolved right then and there. they have a restroom we can use (thank you so much for that!) and it's kept clean! they also have a sink for our use to rinse out clothes or maybe do some extra scrubbing on stubborn stains. There is a built in wash board in the sink! it's nice and deep too. plenty of various washer sizes to choose from. plenty of tables available to fold clothes. it can get busy at times but I've never had to wait for a machine or dryer. the people there are very friendly! One night I had a couple loads that were taking longer to dry (big heavy comforter and some dog beds) and they were there doing some fluff and fold orders and didn't mind me staying past to let them finish drying. the music they had in was so much fun, reminded me of Cuban mixed with some Latin flare. I don't know what it was but it was fun and everyone was smiling and having a good time. Ankther customer had brought them all a pizza as a thank you for letting them stay to dry their stuff and they offered me a slice! that's the kind of place this is. First time here, was looking forward to fast experience. They have big machines and big dryers. I don't always carry cash. They use pay range which I've used before. Well, couldnt finish my laundry because the app was not working. Tried loading money into account it would freeze. When I did before it froze the amount taken was not reflecting into my account. Said it could not find machines. Terrible annoying, inconsistent, inconvenient, expensive . Quarters? Yeah doesn't take those! You have to use TOKENS!!!! Would not recommend. read more

I drive from Penngrove to Montecito Super Wash because they are just the best. They have staff on site and the place is always clean. The machines are in good condition and are quickly repaired when there is a problem. You can use the PayRange app to pay instead of using tokens. This is really convenient. This place is ALWAYS clean. I think it's the cleanest laundromat I been to in Sonoma County. I enjoy coming here because they have many washers and many dryers as well. The only thing I don't like is that they require tokens to wash and dry. I always end up with extra tokens. They do have an app that you can download and enter your card info on. Personally I don't trust these types of things as I've had bad experiences other places. The Montecito Super Wash is really just, well... SUPER! It is consistently clean, with working machines in abundance and it's open from 6am to 11pm. Other bonuses: You have the option to use as an app to pay as well as the traditional coin system. The coin machines work well. There is plenty of seating in the laundromat. There is a lovely worker-owned grocery store & a delicious Taqueria right in the same shopping center. I needed to do three or four loads of laundry and didn't have a place to do it at home. So I bundled up and took it to Montecito super wash which turned out to be a great idea. I put all my loads in the "Big Bertha" machine - $10 and it all fit just fine. I put it all in one big dryer to dry it all at once, and it took about 90 minutes. Next time I would split it into two dryers and dry it faster. They were folding tables outside separated by several feet so I didn't have to stay inside to do that part. I was doing some laundry and one of the machines I chose wasn't draining properly. Cycle was done but it was still full of water. This place is always very clean they have a sink with hot water. There are so many machines of different sizes. They have laundry baskets and cleaning products to clean the tables before folding your clothes. During Covid, they have hand sanitizers everywhere and folding tables outside.
