I am speaking to the laundry service and it was 10/10. I messaged ahead of time and dropped it off with an attendance. She was nice helpful, and everything was folded professionally. They used free and clear for my daughter's sensitive skin. I dropped off a lot of laundry, and a medium sized comforter. I will definitely use the service again. First time here, was looking forward to fast experience. They have big machines and big dryers. I don't always carry cash. They use pay range which I've used before. Well, couldnt finish my laundry because the app was not working. Tried loading money into account it would freeze. When I did before it froze the amount taken was not reflecting into my account. Said it could not find machines. Terrible annoying, inconsistent, inconvenient, expensive . Quarters? Yeah doesn't take those! You have to use TOKENS!!!! Would not recommend. read more

This just about the only laundry mat I will go to in Santa Rosa, period. it is clean, the machines work and so do the dryers. I've rarely had any issues and when I have it was resolved right then and there. they have a restroom we can use (thank you so much for that!) and it's kept clean! they also have a sink for our use to rinse out clothes or maybe do some extra scrubbing on stubborn stains. There is a built in wash board in the sink! it's nice and deep too. plenty of various washer sizes to choose from. plenty of tables available to fold clothes. it can get busy at times but I've never had to wait for a machine or dryer. the people there are very friendly! One night I had a couple loads that were taking longer to dry (big heavy comforter and some dog beds) and they were there doing some fluff and fold orders and didn't mind me staying past to let them finish drying. the music they had in was so much fun, reminded me of Cuban mixed with some Latin flare. I don't know what it was but it was fun and everyone was smiling and having a good time. Ankther customer had brought them all a pizza as a thank you for letting them stay to dry their stuff and they offered me a slice! that's the kind of place this is. I will always recommend this laundromat to anyone that asks and it's worth the drive for me to come here from the other side of town! read more

I drive from Penngrove to Montecito Super Wash because they are just the best. They have staff on site and the place is always clean. The machines are in good condition and are quickly repaired when there is a problem. You can use the PayRange app to pay instead of using tokens. This is really convenient. You can even use PayRange to make a purchase from their vending machines. No complaints! read more

Ok so it was kinda hectic trying too do 9 loads of laundry by myself. But the facility was great . I got my bag stolen that just had hangers in it ,and it was hard trying to navigate around the other people doing their laundry . But for the most part It was expensive yet my clothes were clean and fluffy and the washers were clean . It had a bathroom for only half my 4 hours that it took me too do laundry . So that was rough cuz they locked it at 4pm and never reoped it . I have a blatter problem so when I need too go I need too go . This place is ALWAYS clean. I think it's the cleanest laundromat I been to in Sonoma County. I enjoy coming here because they have many washers and many dryers as well. The only thing I don't like is that they require tokens to wash and dry. I always end up with extra tokens. They do have an app that you can download and enter your card info on. Personally I don't trust these types of things as I've had bad experiences other places. The Montecito Super Wash is really just, well... SUPER! It is consistently clean, with working machines in abundance and it's open from 6am to 11pm. Other bonuses: You have the option to use as an app to pay as well as the traditional coin system. The coin machines work well. There is plenty of seating in the laundromat. There is a lovely worker-owned grocery store & a delicious Taqueria right in the same shopping center. I appreciate the difference in from many other laundromats in the area- the care that is put into maintaining the place is exceptional. read more

I came here to wash tonssss of laundry and haven't been to a laundry mat since I was little and was definitely not up to date on the new app feature but was so happy to have gotten to experience it because I didn't have any cash! I completely forgot to get cash and bring detergent as it was a last second stop to wash my dog hammock, bed and a blanket I had in my trunk. I needed to do three or four loads of laundry and didn't have a place to do it at home. So I bundled up and took it to Montecito super wash which turned out to be a great idea. I put all my loads in the "Big Bertha" machine - $10 and it all fit just fine. I put it all in one big dryer to dry it all at once, and it took about 90 minutes. Next time I would split it into two dryers and dry it faster. They were folding tables outside separated by several feet so I didn't have to stay inside to do that part. All in all, a good experience and I recommend it read more

I was doing some laundry and one of the machines I chose wasn't draining properly. Cycle was done but it was still full of water. The owners happened to be there and helped move my clothes to a different machine. And paid for my wash again on top of giving me $4 credit towards drying. Thank you so much for doing that. This place is always very clean they have a sink with hot water. There are so many machines of different sizes. They have laundry baskets and cleaning products to clean the tables before folding your clothes. During Covid, they have hand sanitizers everywhere and folding tables outside.
