It is strange to me that the lights were off. It is very clean and quiet inside. The tables are pretty clean. There is hardly any seating. There are a few games for any kids that may come along but really not much to look at. Usually the laundromats I go to have books out for loan or a tv etc. no bathroom. Parking was easy. Pro - this place seems to have an employee here all the time. It's near by to apartments and Motel. It have free WiFi. Con - I found two dryers that was dirty. I used the big dryers instead of the regular size dryers thinking the clothes will dry better. I was wrong. The place is also expensive compared to other places I have been to. He actually have a note explaining why it's expensive. He says he have to give the employees a pay raise, water and sewer bills, etc. Overall - I may try another place. I may have to drive further to save money. He may have no control over this but I think the fence need to be taken down that is dividing the property. Took a few blankets in to wash. There is an attendant on site who will wash and dry your items for you at a reasonable price. While the washers can be a little pricey ($5.75 for the smallest one and I believe $11 for the largest), the dryers were much more affordable!! About $1 for a twenty minute dry! It's located in an ideal location where there is food, a dispensary, and a liquor store along the strip! I wasn't able to get cash out at the laundry mat itself so I walked over to the little liquor store, but all of the staff was so helpful and they even had laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bleach, etc for sale on site! Best laundry in Santa Rosa! Fully staffed with the friendliest people. Super clean. New equipment. These machines dried my clothes in 1/2 the time of my old laundry mat. While I've been there I've met people who've come from Windsor, Sebostopol and all around Santa Rosa. People drive for miles to come do their laundry here. Great place! When I need a laundromat, broken washers and/or dryer, comforters to wash, weeks behind on laundry due to natural disaster, I usually go to the TERRIBLE, dirty, broke down place near my house. I was there 4 times last month. I looked around and didn't really see any options that were much better. I thought people didn't go to laundromats anymore and/or nobody cares. Until I discovered this place. This place is what a laundromat should be. It's clean for starters. The washers and dryers work. So do the change machines. There is an attendant on staff. She helped me when I accidentally put my money in the dollar coin change machine instead of the one for quarters. I haven't been in a laundromat this nice in 20 years. This is the cleanest, most friendly laundry Matt I've been to. There's always somebody onsight, they always have change, and the owner is the nicest man. I recently lost my home to the Coffey fire I've been "frazzled" my mind is elsewhere lately. It was 845 he closes at 9 but he let me start my laundry which meant he would have to be there past closing. Then I lost the keys to my van not only did help me look for them but when we couldn't find them he took me all the way to my FEMA trailer by the fairgrounds got my extra key and took me back. And he asked the sweet lady working for him to wait for us. He showed me such kindness. I wish I could repay him! It people like him that restore our faith in man! Very nice spacious space. Very clean as well. Nice area close to a few places to eat. However, it is pretty expensive. $4 for a pretty small load and next size up is $6.50. For the dryer it is $0.25 per six minutes. read more

Beyond irritated.. Perfect reminder why i dont go wash at the laundromat! So i go and spend over 20$ to wash our blankets instead of washing at home.. Like i usually do, just takes too long... I used 4 different washers at 7$ each.. All but ONE opened when the wash cycle ended.. I tell the lady about it and i hear here speaking in spanish to the other ladies why its stuck and how its not gonna open and im gonna have to wait til tomorrow.. I havent made it known i speak spanish YET.. then she tells me the same and i told her well are you gonna refund me the money for that wash.. And she tells me NO. well just re wash for you and u can pick up tomorrow. first of all.. Thats my daughters blanket and sheets for her bed... So what tf is she gonna use now?! Then her and 2 other ladies continue talking... And start saying lil smart shit not realizing i UNDERSTAND THEM. I could care less about 7$ but its the principal of this place having shitty customer service and not giving a fuck about a little girl not having her bed made tonight.. Then as im waiting for the other loads to dry... She hands me the phone to talk to the manager whos trying to SMOOTH me over.. If you know me.. Thats not fucking happening. Then i ask him about refunding my money and how the blanket/sheets are gonna gather/grow bacteria being locked in the fucking washer.. Damp and warm.. I already DISLIKE using laundromats because idk what people put in there and the thought of her stuff being in there over night? Imagine all my work or her school clothes were in there.. Then what? My washer broke so I looked on yelp for a laundromat close by my house. It's been s long time since I've been to one do I was a little apprehensive. This place was great! I haven't been to many other laundromats to compare to this place, but this place is clean and simple. There's always staff there to help. The washing machine and dryers are a little more expensive than I'd prefer, but are reasonable enough to keep me coming back. I like that the dryer allows you to start with just 25 cents for the 6 minutes instead of paying a whole $1.25 for a full 36-48 minutes. However, again, 6 minutes isn't much for 25 cents. Should be more like 10-12. I left my comforters in a machine one day and wasn't sure if I'd get it back the next day, but the staff took it out and had it hanging and drying, so I was able to take it home without even needing to dry it. read more

I had a couple of loads while visiting my boyfriend who just relocated here. The space was great! The staff was super friendly, the machines were clean and efficient, and fans kept it cool. They have free WiFi and a few small tables. They allowed me to roll my cart just outside to dry some shirts that I hung on the rack of the rolling basket. I was literally met at the door with friendly staff who helped me with the best way to launder my specialty item. They even helped me with spotting and folding my item! Very clean laundry. Triple load washers and super fast dryers. The man was cleaning, scrubbing, emptying lint screens and keeping the space spotless. That gives you confidence that the machines are well maintained too. Great place to do laundry if you are traveling. Done in 45 minutes start to finish. read more
