I have a leg injury from a car accident and cannot carry a heavy bag of laundry to and from the car, even though I usually park at the curb. People take the carts and keep them. And refuse to relinquish them even for five minutes. Today a woman left her laundry bag in the cart. Her laundry in the washing machine and a man next to her she would be back in a few minutes and to keep it for her. This has happened twice now. The first time a couple were watching clothes in the dryer. Had their baby in the basket and refused to relinquish it. I contacted the owner and suggested a few more carts would be helpful. She said, "If you don't like my business the way it is, you are free to go elsewhere". Ok then...I will, and suggest others do the same.

Washer is pricey with price ranges from $7.75-12.75 per load. I am not sure if this is the normal price for a laundromat or not but it was cheaper when we lived in an apartment and used their washer/dryer (around $2-3 per load). Lots of machines here are out of order. The instructions to use the machines are unclear. When we tried to add coins to the dryer, the machine could not accept any more coins so we had to just start the machine for 10 mins and then moved to another machine that could accept coins. It was very inconvenient. The coin exchange machine does not always work either. The place is also kind of dirty. The owner needs to take a better care of this place. There are only two old and small chairs next to each other for people to sit on. I wish there are more chairs for people to use and not next to each other on the corner. It is very awkward to sit next to strangers in a very small space. Overall, I do not recommend this place unless you absolutely have no choice.
