Never once have I been here when I didn't have to listen to a crunchy old local complain about any and everything they can the entire time I'm there - not the fault of the laundrymat, just beware. Here's why you might want to go here. 1. They have a wash machine big enough to wash 3-4 full size comforters - $9.75 2. Although it's tight and usually full they have off street parking so you do t have to lug your dirty duds too far. 3. Cool art on back side of building 4. Right next door to yogurt shop and library so if you REALLY gotta go potty, a public restroom isn't too far of a walk. 5. Although too expensive, the washers seem to do a good job. Sadly wont be returning. Aside from the fact the machines are expensive, they don't actually WASH your clothes. I don't pack my machines because I don't have a whole lot of clothes but what Ive noticed both times I've come here, my clothes still have lots dry spots after being pulled out of a "wash". This tells me that the machines are not actually filling up with water to fully soak your clothes. And theres no bathroom!! In fact, nowhere in the town of sebastopol (other than whole foods) are they letting anyone use their restrooms which is quite a huge disappointment especially for people who need a few hours to waste at the laundry mat. read more

ugh. total frustration at the cash-less establishment. Cash-less as in THEY will take YOUR cash, but NOT give you cash BACK when there is money remaining on your card, thus forcing you to either 1)return to this place (NEVER!) or 2) let them keep your $$$. The place is tiny, which is fine, but unless you drive a mini cooper or a prius, forget about parking. Their lot is too tiny to accommodate normal sized vehicles, trucks, minivans, etc. There are pictures on the walls depicting how to use/load the cash-LESS Machine, and the washers, none about the dryers. It cost me $3 for 18 minutes to use the dryer=COMPLETE RIP OFF. I was there at 9 a.m on a Friday morning. Alone. Eventually a couple of people trickled in and also looked as annoyed as I was at this stupid cash-less card system. NO RESTROOM. NO SINK. Bonne Chance! because you are going to f'ing need it. Very conveniently open 24 hours. It was cool that they used an electronic card instead of making us use a bunch of quarters. Did have some chemical free machines which I didn't use. Going at 3AM, it didn't feel the safest but pretty sure any place that late would feel sketch. Will definitely use again read more

First....there is NO wi-fi so they need to stop advertising they have it. Bring a book if you are going to wash here. They use cards (you have to load them w/ money and insert into washers and dryers to operate) and I hate this....why??? They end up getting more money because unless you use each quarter you put on the card they get the extra. RIP OFF. Machines worked fine which is why I gave two stars. That's all. read more

This place is used to be awesome. I've been using it for years. It's had its problems, sure. But the new owner sucks and is never there to help you and doesn't leave a number to call. ALSO he's rude. He is so worried about his non existent customers finding parking that he put up signs so he can tow your car away. I moved off grid and now have to wash my clothes at a laundry mat, I have tried several and I am happiest with Wash Plus. Yes they use cards but that means not having to load a bunch of change in the machines. The location is great, within walking distance of MANY shops, its nice to get away from wifi.... They also have chemical free machines which is amazing for our planet! read more

Really gone downhill! Dirty! I've come to this laundromat for two years now. Equipment seems nice enough but no one around to clean up. Floor is dirty, often has people in there in the evening who seem to be partying. Too bad, if they could just have someone monitor and tidy the place up a few times a day it would still be great. read more

Convenient. Clean. Comfortable. Efficient. I'm surprised by the earlier reviews. Note change of ownership in 2015. If you require an attendant, this is not the laundromat for you. But it is for me. I've been a happy customer for about three years. Location is super convenient. I can start loads of wash, get lunch or dinner nearby (e.g., Whole Foods), and come back to dry&fold. The machines work. The signage is helpful. The place is clean, with ample table space for folding, and the quarter-less card-pay system is a godsend. (More so if you're a regular customer like me, and maybe less so if you're a one-time visitor who may put money on a card and not use all of it.) The owner/operator has posted his cell phone number throughout the space. Twice when I needed to contact him, he was quickly responsive and helpful. Close parking, with street spaces and dedicated spaces in back, has always been available. read more

new in town, came here to get several loads of laundry done. you walk in and there is no staff to help with money cards and questions and whatnot. washers were all pretty expensive. the dryers are the most ridiculous part. it's supposed to be $0.25 for the dryer, but little do you know is that $0.25 only gets you 7 minutes of drying time, which is definitely not enough to get a large load dry. you have to keep adding $0.25 for every 7 minutes. the dryer that i was trying to use ended up eating my money because it kept saying the door was open even though it was closed. once your card goes below the minimum amount of money, you can't get those remaining cents back because there is no staff there to help/give you a refund. definitely will not be going back to this laundromat again. read more

Great laundromat. It's very simple to use with the easy cards rather than having to fuss with quarters. The owner is nice and has his phone number posted on the walls throughout if there is any problem. It's in downtown Sebastopol so if you want to occupy your time while your clothes are in the machines there are lots of options all around. read more
