I left it for them to do and within 3.5 hrs. it was all ready, perfectly cleaned and packaged in plastic as it was raining. Haven't received a refund yet . We went in on Monday night to do laundry & we put in 4 dollars & machine stopped accepting coins. I called back 2 days later & the lady working there wasn't helpful acting like she didn't know what machine I was talking about and denying what I was telling her that happened. She said she would have to review the cameras & said she didn't know when she would have time to do it. Extremely rude & unprofessional. Let me start buy saying that my dog stepped on some poop and ran straight for me comforter. I thought long & hard about taking it to a dry cleaner but sometimes they can get really expensive with spot cleaning. Found this place on yelp & thought that the 8 load washer would work just fine. I came in at what I thought would be a busy hour(a weekend morning) and it wasnt bad at all! I was surprised. Although I brought my own stuff to use its nice to know that they have a machine with laundry products($1 per box). Without me even knowing they had a sink where i was able to do my own spot cleaning before throwing it in the wash. I happened to glance at the 4 load machine($7.00) and thought that one might work well for me but decided on the 8 load ($11.25) so I didnt overload the machine. There is plently of seating to wait for your loads to be done so i picked a chair right infront of my machine just so I could watch it to make sure it was fully going through the cycles & it sure did. By the time I was going to dry there were a few more people there but not more 5(clearly 8am on a weekend is the best time to come because they open at 7). For the dryer I thought long and hard about taking it home to let it air dry but with this cold & rainy weather lets be honest it would be weeks until that happened. So i thought Id live dangerously and throw it in one of their dryers. From what I could tell they have a bunch 30lb machines(.25 buys you 5 minutes) and 8 50lb machines(.25 buys you 3 minutes). At this point I was out of pocket change but realized that they have TWO change machines so it all worked out. During my time at the laundromat there werent any attendants but from the sign I realized they arrived around 9am 7 days a week and since its a one stop shop they have the option to do the loads for you, you'll just get charged by the weight(based on signage placed). Overall, this was a great place when in a pickle, my off white comforter came out just fine, poop free & stain free. Great machines, quiet first thing in the AM and airplane seating to make you dream of flying away lol. read more

if I could I'd give a negative review I used to love coming to this place up until this last year. the workers are rude and when you bring up an issue with a machine they try to deny it. I came in and had 6 large loads I separated them all out to smaller loads so there wouldn't be an issue when drying 3 of the dryers did not dry my clothes at all I brought it to the front desk lady she is a shorter youngish lady. she then proceeded to tell me I was lying when I have proof my clothes did not dry in the dryer I asked for the owners contact so I can get my refund and the 2 women working there refused to give me any contact info. they bully and try to use intimidation to not give people their money back when their machines are not working read more

The wash plus is a great spot to get your laundry done quickly. The employees are sweet and helpful. They have a large amount of machines, the only thing is some of them dont take quarters easily and thats frustrating. Other than that, its a great laundry mat. read more

Everything was clean and worked well. Time really got away from me the other day and I didn't end up being able to do my washes until 9:20 and this place closed at 10. There wasn't an attendant to ask if I could do a wash/no dry before they close but no one showed up before I left at just before 10 and there was one other couple finishing up. The place was very full when I got there considering the hour, which made it feel very safe as I am female and alone late at night. The camera kept going off (like that bright light sensor) so I wonder if the owner/manager was just waiting for us to leave to close up. Either way I really appreciated being able to quickly finish my clothes in the large machines, although one may have eaten 1 of my quarters. Parking lot well lit. Large TV in the rear for entertainment. Not a ton of seating. No bathrooms. Easy parking but that may have been because of the hour. read more

Had a horrible experience here. The girl that runs this place that said her name was Tasha is simply the rudest, meanest person I have come across in some time, and she happens to be the representative of a business. How any business owner could employ this woman, let alone let her be the face to customers is beyond me. Further, a lot of the machines have issues. Not taking coins etc. Had to move my entire load 3 times as each dryer would not take coins. Washer had issues too. When I complained I was given attitude and threatening stares. I will not return. She refused to give me any info to contact the owners. read more

Having someone on-site is great because if you lose quarter's or a machine is on the fritz it's taken care of right away. This place is HORRIBLE. My mom and I had been coming here for four years and NEVER AGAIN. The short female employee who always wears the baseball hat is unstable and abusive. And the owner DOES NOT CARE. Last time we were there two of the dryers I used didn't work. So $10 and 45 minutes later I'm switching the clothes to dryers that do work and my mom went to inform that psycho attendant and she came over and got in my face and accused me of causing a scene. The only scene was her getting in my face. Then she stood right behind me and got on her phone and started talking crap about me to whoever she was on the phone with. Then she informed me that the dryer didn't work because the lint trap was full. Like that's my fault. Then she refused to refund my money. DO NOT GO HERE. The most expensive regular loads of laundry I've ever seen - 3.25, which is significantly even more than in San Francisco. However, a few things do balance it out a little. They have high-efficiency dryers that work well, 25 cents for 5 minutes, but 15 will do a small load and 20 will do a small-medium one. They also have a TV and apparently a restroom somewhere in the complex (ask attendant for the key), sadly these are very rare things for Bay Area laundries. Also operated by quarters instead of one of those janky card systems. And it's clean and seems kept up well, except for a couple chairs that have so much upholstery ripped out of the seat they're now unusuable. Some sort of free wifi as well, though I didn't try it. Would be a little too pricey for a regular place but OK in a pinch when traveling through. read more

Let me first say that this is my second visit to Wash Plus. The first time was almost 2 years ago when I moved here to California and I needed to wash some clothes & I hadn't gotten the keys to my new place and I desperately needed to do some "washing". And, then today when I needed to wash my oversized King comforter since it would not fit into my full-sized washer at my place. I had the same beautiful and friendly service as I remembered. There is a very nice woman who runs that place and she is so very nice & approachable. I spent a total of $15.95 for washing, drying, soap & softner. In the past I've used wash plus only a handful of times. Everyone was always very nice to me and professional. On 7/24/22 i came in to see how much it would cost for them to wash my bedding. The female working the counter said she would give me a discount and that the cost would be 25 dollars. I said let's do it. She said it would be done around 5:30 and that they close at 6. I left and returned at around 3. Another younger female noticed me and said she had just put my things in the dryer. I told her please dont rush and i will wait. I knew that it would only take 30 to 40 minutes to dry. I waited out in front while i talked to a friend and periodically walked inside and sat in a chair not bothering a soul. I did ask after 30 minutes how my stuff was coming along. Apparently without meaning to do so, i stressed this young female out and she called the older female that i dealt with when i first walked in. As i walked from my car to go back inside i was confronted by the older female and she was super rude and asked why I came early and not at 5:30. I explained to her that i ran some errands and came back early to see if my stuff was possibly done early. I told her my things had just been put in the dryer when i arrived. I even told her what i said to her younger employee, "not to rush and that i would wait. The older female continued to be very rude and made me out to be some bad person. She even went as far as to tell other patrons what i did??? In my 51 years I've never had a business treat me like this. I was very upset. For the SEBASTOPOL location on Bodega: REALLY?! It's dirty, half of the machines are broken and, worst of all it's a total rip off. Washers are 1.50 more than in San Francisco- how is that possible? Also you can't pay with cash so you have to buy a special card and you'd better have change or plan to go back to use up the rest of your money. Combined prices of washer/dryer will never add up to increments of money you have to put on the card, so there will always be a little extra change on the card that isn't enough for the lowest cost of drying. So, you have to add more money, but you can't add change to bring the amount equal to any wash or dry, just dollar increments. Total BS! read more

I got to meet with the owner and I have to say, I was really impressed by this laundromat! They have big, heavy duty machines, and a full service dry cleaning service that delivers! There is always an attendant in the 'mat to help you, and they have free wi-fi! It's a clean, comfortable atmosphere in a convenient location. If I had been doing this review 6 months ago, I would have given it one star and really hammered it. Something has happened over the past 3-4 months that is dramatic. We have a vacation property in the area and need to do all of our bedding once a month or so. For the past 3-4 month, each and every time we are there, things are cleaner and either all or most of the machines are working. While trying to wash my blanket and four loads of cloths several of the machines didn't work and or take quarters. They need fixed or at least signs. The prices are pretty high for such poor quality. The large washers didn't spin my blanket out and when I pulled it out water got all over! The only good thing to my expirence here today is the ladies that work here are nice and helpful and re washed my blanket free of charge. I have been coming here for a number of years and it has always been a nice place to do laundry. Today however the person working there was playing music so load you couldn't talk over it. I shouldn't have to ask them to turn the music down. I love country western music but not if I can't carry on a conversation. If the attendant wants to listen to music they should wear ear buds. Well, the free WiFi works - but periodically tries to get you to "like" the business' Facebook page. The cost and time to wash and dry clothes is a LOT more than I am used to, but at least most of the machines work, the place is relatively clean, and parking is not a problem. A double load costs $4.25 to wash and $1.50 or more to dry. Perhaps this is normal for the area - but I am used to only paying $1.50 to wash and $0.50 to dry the same amount (in a much shorter time). There is a television, but no restroom inside. Apparently one needing a key is available somewhere around the corner near the Bridge Club. One thing to be very aware of is that, at night, the front door will lock automatically and can only be opened from the inside - so don't go outside without someone else inside to let you in or making sure the door doesn't close. read more

Been coming here for a few years , generally very happy . However today came on a Sunday , at about 9:45 am & the employee working was using 2 of the 3 mega washers. This may sound petty , but we come here to use those specifically . I think to monopolize the majority of the large washers on a weekend isn't fair to the customer.
