I would have given it a much better rating, but my visit yesterday with the rude night attendant, and the response from, Marc Occhipinti today. has changed that. I accidentally put money into a washer that was out of order, and another one would not start. I sent a message to the company using the app. About both machines. I've done this previously and was issued a refund. But I get two responses. "THE MACHINE DOOR WAS NEVER LOCK COMPLETELY. SO DID NOT START.. C E THANK YOU" , "THAT MACHINE #42 HAS BE OUT OF SERVICE FOR 8-9 WEEKS . WITH OUT ORDER SIGN ON IT . THANK FOR YOUR INPUT." To me it comes off as rude. I can not express in words how grateful I am that Oasis Laundry exists, but I will try. This review is geared towards the wash, fold, and delivery service. I have a back injury, and hauling laundry is not on my "Can Do" list. I had tried to use another service, and they never showed up, and when they responded the next day, the response was short and kinda of rude. I reached out to Oasis and explained my situation, and the lovely person who picked up the phone was able to sign me up for delivery for that day and for a future schedule. The communication was great, and the driver was awesome and super fast. The laundry is fresh, clean, and neatly folded. I seriously recommend this place if you need the wash and fold service. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Over a very good experience, a little pricey for shure but worth it . I had to wash all my heavy cold weather blankets and the machines are huge and wash great! Not only do they accept Quarters but also card! so that is very handy and easy to use . The place is always constantly getting cleaned definitely going to go back . read more

I would pick zero if I could this laundromat is by far the worst around from the expensive machines to the shady customer service.I had my clothes stolen from the drier and when I complained to staff about it they told me there is nothing they can do about it and "to not feel bad someone else had there stuff taken also" WTF I asked if there was a manager I could speak with of course there wasn't I was given a card for a Windsor laundromat where they said I could call and leave a message for the manager to call me back.When I finally did reach someone I was told it's my fault and they can't do anything about it.They have cameras all over the place but said they will not review to see who took them or anything. This place used to be amazing. Air conditioning, clean, friendly. Must have new ownership. No AC, rude guy working there, pay toilets (legal in cali?) No sign of reason cleaning. And now the prices are all up. So more money for much less. read more

I rarely use laundromats, but Oasis Laundry is in my neighborhood and I had a need. Today is Friday, Sept. 4. I was glad to see a sign on the door that states: "Masks must be worn." I expect this. We are in the middle a pandemic. Sadly, all three employees (2 wore uniforms and one who worked with them appeared to be either off duty or the owner, and exited out the back door) were not wearing masks. I cannot trust that this business is conducting itself ethically based on what I've seen this morning. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in there to give it a try and they wanted to charge me three times what I normally get charged for the same two baskets of laundry. And then just got very negative vibes and just overall bad first impression. They don't do like most laundry mats and Weyer clothing in a separate bin so that everything's the same. The things I like about Oasis, it is clean, safe, the machines are in good shape and good variety, prices are reasonable, they let me have my little dog with me, the workers are very nice. It also has a nice atmosphere which is important when you have to wait. The only thing I was not happy about is I can never get the WiFi to work. read more

This is a pretty good laundry mat, as far as 'mats go. Lots of space and tables for folding, TV's, and a few video games and soda/candy machines. I love that they have quite a few machines that will do 2-4 loads or even a couple that do up to 4-5 loads at once! Then you can throw it all in a huge dryer. The bigger loads can be slightly costly, but it's worth the $10+ to get your laundry done quick! The only thing I didn't like last time was that the bathroom was not freely available to customers, and the attendant told me that she was busy (folding laundry) and I would either have to wait for her to get me a coin, or pay 25 cents to get in the bathroom. I had to go really bad so I used a quarter, she didn't seem to be too concerned with my urgency! Also strange-- They had a tiny section devoted to 'take some clothes leave some clothes'...kind of like 'take a penny, leave a penny' at a convenience store. Only, no one cares if pennies are used and worn. The clothes for taking were all trashed for one reason or another (stains, rips, tears etc) and should have been treated as such. read more

This is the absolute worst place you could possibly do your laundry. I brought in 50 pounds of laundry and asked for the wash and fold service. The attendant was new but that was not the issue. He told me that it would be two hours for the loads to be finished. We arrived four hours later and the loads were not finished drying. When we came back an hour later, he was finishing the folding of our clothes. A lady at the counter gave us $9 off because of how long it took. She critiqued his work jokingly, to which he replied by calling her a "b****" in front of my girlfriend and me. It gets worse. Our clean clothes were put into plastic bags so we did not realize that they had not given us back our whites or our towels. When I called about 30 minutes after leaving, the new attendant argued with me on the phone saying there weren't any whites and that he gave us our towels. He continued to argue with me after I insisted that he hadn't given them back. He checked the dryers and realized his mistake to which he apologized and said "it's been busy and I was confused." We had to drive back the next day to get our belongings that were not handed to us when we first picked up our laundry. A different attendant was at the counter and gave us $10 back, meaning we paid a total of $55 for the WORST service in every way. I would avoid this place like the plague... it's AWFUL. read more

Great place nice machines . But one of the employees seems to not care at all about wearing a mask or social distancing at all. Walking right up to an elderly woman customer within a foot . No mask. Do better than this . I might come back when this changes. I do lots of laundry for my business. Like $200 a week worth. You just lost $800 a month because of this problem. read more

I haven't been in very many laundromats so I don't have a great frame of reference for reviewing. I can say that I've never had problems with any of the machines, it's clean, they have TVs and the radio playing - but not so loudly that I can't wear my own headphones if I want to. Free wi-fi! Cost seems pretty average, about $12 on average to do weekly laundry for 2 people. read more

I was there today when I saw the owner fill up thrown away bottles of laundry detergent put them in the machine and sell them for seven dollars apiece that is completely shady so if you buy a bottle there and then throw it away chances are you will be buying it again for seven dollars I get you want to keep the planet green but come on read more

We were staying at the nearby Doubletree Sonoma and didn't want to go through the hotel for laundry services, since it was a one night stay and since we're just generally not comfortable making other people deal with our dirty clothes (though I think Oasis offers laundry and folding services). We came in at about 9 p.m. on a Monday night, approximately an hour and a half before close. The guy working there was great: he immediately greeted us, eyed our laundry bag and pointed us to the machine that would be able to accommodate everything in one load, and made sure we set it to the optimum wash cycle for our clothes. He was constantly walking around cleaning things and, indeed, the place was extremely clean. There were a lot of machines for different purposes, and all appeared to be well-maintained and fully-functional. They sell several different brands of detergent and dryer sheets, as well as both plastic and fabric laundry bags (which worked out perfect for us, because I didn't want to put the clean clothes back in the same plastic bag that they were previously in while dirty-- seemed like it would just be self-defeating). Prices seemed reasonable-- similar to what I paid at the coin-operated washing machines and dryers at a previous apartment complex a few years ago. Oasis is in a strip mall near a liquor store, a frozen yogurt place and some other stuff, and appeared to be in a reasonably safe and decent neighborhood. The other customers all appeared to be pretty normal and kept to themselves (unlike what I've encountered at other laundromats). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place is great! I used to hate doing my laundry before, but now I go here just so I can be glared at and harassed while I drop 100$ doing all of my clothes. The short haired older woman sure understands the meaning of customer service. Every time we go in there we are greeted with a welcoming attitude and then interrogated about our laundry. I can't think of a more perfect way to spend a day off. I recommend this place if you have zero self respect and enjoy constant confrontations. Otherwise go to one of those crazy laundry places where they leave you alone and let you do your laundry in peace. read more

We sometimes use the fluff and fold service when we don't have time to spend the day doing laundry. Each time we pick up our laundry, it is so lovingly folded and organized by wonderful Pam. She pays close attention to the labels and washes everything accordingly. We come home to put it all away and often find ourselves talking about how carefully everything is folded (even our underwater, so sweet!) It's takes so much stress out of laundry! I love this place. It has a very large facility so many people can do their laundry without running into everyone. It is very clean and feels very safe unlike other places. There are large folding tables for you to use, they have someone on staff most of the lady. The restroom is very clean and overall a very nice place to do laundy! read more

If you like doing laundry with someone hovering over you making comments, this is the place! The owner followed me and my children around as we loaded our clothing, watching us to make sure we were using the machines correctly. I thought you out the clothes in the machine, followed by quarters but apparently I'm unaware of the many intricacies. When we paused to have lunch, she walked by us and grumbled, "God there's rice ALL OVER the floor!" I have young children, and messes happen so I already knew I would be cleaning it up. When I told her that I didn't appreciate her attitude since I was paying to use the facilities, she rolled her eyes at me. I also informed her that we would be cleaning it up. I really like this place but the older lady that works there is like a laundry nazi! My dryer was literally half full and on the lower half at that. she came to saying that I had over filled it and it had way too much... and kept repeating it over and over... she went around multiple times making sure no one was over loading the washers in an awkward over the shoulder manner... place is great but the lady is not. read more
